Diploma thesis Veterinary Clinic is compiled in the form of project documentation. The building is situated in the city of Pardubice. The building will be made from POROTHERM blocks with ventilated facade with the mineral heat insulation. The ceilings will be made of reinforced concrete. One part of the building has lean-to roof and second part has flat roof with vegetation on the top of it. The project emphasizes layout, static, fire safety, acoustic, energy savings and user safety solutions. The building has two floors, of which the second one is receding. On the first floor there are two consulting rooms with shared waiting room, operating room, x-ray, laboratory, post-op care and technical background. On the second floor there are facilities for employees, such as dressing room, daytime room, kitchen and office. The Master thesis presents a design of the multifunctional building in City of Pardubice. The building has three functions: caffe house, administration and also housing. The building has four floor without basement and there is a level roof. I tis designed as a reinforced concrete frame and walls with ventilated fasade do not have a bearing function. Design of building mens the general technical requirements for the construction.

The subject of this master´s thesis is lately erected building of kindergarten. It is a two-storied building, without cellar and with flat roof. Object is based on the strips foundation. This kindergarten is formed by three departments with capacity fot twenty children. The part of this building is the kitchen, where cooks can prepare hot meals. On this piece of land there is situated the parking with seven parking spaces. The master´s thesis includes a project documentation and specialisation.

In my diploma thesis I designed a new office building in Brno. The building will function as a business incubator, so it will provide space for developing companies for favorable lease terms. While projecting the building I took into consideration future changes in dispositions. Part of the building has a basement and it has one underground and four aboveground floors. The building is designed as monolithic ferroconcrete unit and it has reinforcing perimeter walls with unit core. The ceiling is made of monolithic ferroconcrete panels. The building has flat rooftops, ventilated facade and is based on piles.

The new building of a university dormitory with workshops is the content of the presented thesis. The building consists of fifty-two beds for students’ accommodation with complete equipment in eight cells, three workshops and a technical support. This is a combination of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton and classical masonry building construction with insulation. The building has four floors. It is designed as seven towers with flat roofs, which protrude from a ground floor with a vegetative roof. Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed into an urban area of Nový Jičín. Glass atrium and overall shape solution are the distinctive features of the proposal.

Theme of this master's thesis is a new library building design including traffic and technical infrastructure. Content of the building integrates library, education centre, bookshop and coffee house. Main tasks of the institution are cultural, informational and educational activities. Due to its position, library building should create functional centre of social life and provide opportunities for gathering of inhabitants. Library is designed as detached building with four levels above, and one level under the ground. Supporting structure is created by reinforced concrete frames. Ventilated facade is insulated with mineral wool and paneled with cement-fiber boards. Object is covered with single-skin roof.

The object of this diploma thesis is the processing of technical documentation for a implementation of Halls of Residence with Refectory and collective parking. The building is without cellar, has seven aboveground floors and a flat vegetation roofs. Supporting system consists a reinforced concrete frame with steel concrete stiffening cores, filling walls are made of ceramic blocks. The whole building is insulated. The facade is ventilated, aluminum cartridges.

This thesis deals with the detailed documentation of the sports center . Estimated location of this building is on the property number 136/15 in Karlovy Vary in the cadastral Tuhnice in the Karlovy Vary region. Currently, land without regular use. The land is owned by the investor. Newly built three storey sports center will serve the large kinds of sports activities. The sports center will offer the first floor , two multipurpose rooms , for example, aerobic , spinning , heat, zumba and other sports, the climbing wall and two squash courts and in the second floor of the gym and two multi-purpose halls . The first floor will also find a restaurant with two bowling lanes . The project was based on the layout of the study and the project planning permission . The result of this work is to complete detailed documentation, which includes a drawing of the situation , floor plans , sections, elevations , drawings, foundations , ceilings , roofs, stairs and details. Furthermore, a technical report , extracts elements of fire safety of the building and thermal assessments of buildings.

The master’s thesis deals with the solution of selected parts of the the construction technology project of the Cultural center in Žamberk. The thesis primarily focuses on the light external cladding which is designed as a hanging light curtain wall with ventilated air gap. Several other topics are also covered, namely the building site, construction equipment and the technological process schedule.

Diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of the implementation of the University Centre in Zlín. The work includes building technology study and subsequent construction technology project. In this thesis, the aim was to determine the time, financial and material demands of the project, choose the optimum process of construction, ensure BOZP, make the proposal buildingsite for the individual stages, the calculation of costs of site preparation and select adequate mechanical the assembly. It was drafted fire assessments of buildings.
