This master´s thesis deals with evaluation of financial situation of the company CECHO - BOHUMIL CEMPÍREK s.r.o. in years 2007 - 2011 using selected indicators of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into four basic parts. In the first part there are defined problems and objective of thesis. In the second part there are formulated all necessary theoretical knowledge, which are practically used for the calculation of financial indicators in part three. In the last part of this thesis there is evaluation of the financial situation of the company based on results of the financial analysis, including the preparation of proposals for its improvement.

The aim of this diploma thesis is assessment of competitiveness in construction company with help of tools and methods of financial analysis. In the first part are defined theoretical terms related to examined problem, while attention is focused on terms construction company, competitiveness and financial analysis. In practical part are applied methods of financial analysis which are used to assess efficiency of the company. Achieved results are compared with the most important competitors on the market and also with branch. To comparing was used benchmarking diagnostic system of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. As an output of this thesis are recommended tools for continuous assessment of competitiveness.

This diploma thesis analyzes the financial situation of the company ZEVOS Inc. and suggestions for its improvement. It is dividedin to three parts: theoretical, analytical and cystom designs. In this thesis are applied to financial analysis. On this basis, it made a proposal that leads to an improved financial situation.

This thesis analyses the financial situation of the company Královopolská RIA, a.s. in the years 2002 to 2006 at the basis of sesected methods of the financial analysis. It comprieses proposals of possible solutions of indentified problems which should result in the improvement of financial situation of the company in future years.

Abstractthe aim of my diploma thesis is to evaluate economical situation of a constructive company with tools of financial analysis. Theoretical part od my thesis is focused on constructive companies in genereal, account sheets, differentation of assets and liabilities and mainly on characteristics of financial analysis. Practical part of my thesis describes financial situation of a chosen constructive company with a help of financial analysis. The financial analysis is elaborated with so called horizontal and vertical analysis, method of ratio indexes, pyramid fragmentation and with a help of quick Kralicek test. This diploma thesis with topic “Economic progress estimation of construction company based on financial analysis” deals with making financial analysis of selected enterprise. Based on financial statements of the company, horizontal and vertical analysis is provided, after that the company is analysed with ratio indicators and summary indexes. In the end, the overview of financial analysis’ results and brief comment is formulated.

The master´s thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of the selected company in the period 2010–2014. The aim of the work is to gain a comprehensive overview of the financial situation of the company by using selected methods of strategic and financial analysis and based on the results of analyzes to recommend measures which should help to improve the situation and strengthen the financial stability of a company.

This thesis is called "Management of enterprise services" and it analyzes the management of Capital Company producing services in the public interest. We assess development costs, revenues, assets and sources of financing of the company. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of a general description of the classification of the capital company in the national economy and justification of its existence, meaning and relationship to its founder. In the practical part of the thesis we provide concrete data about the company, characterize its activities and present a horizontal and vertical analysis of its statements. Based on the results of the practical part we define positive and negative factors affecting the financial results of the company. With negative factors solutions are suggested to improve the results of the company.

The thesis deals with the accounting and management of state organizational units. In order to meet the aim of work was selected entity District Court in Jindřichův Hradec. The theoretical part characterizes non-profit organizations, state organizational units, budget rules, accounting and management of state organizational units. The practical part deals with the characteristic of the selected entity, financial statements, accounting of specific cases and comparison with the accounting of business corporations. Furthermore, the practical part deals with the analyses of management with state property and state budget funds.
