Lietuvoje kaip ir visame pasaulyje atliekama gana daug visuomenės sveikatos tyrimų. Visuomenės sveikatos tyrimai sudaro beveik 30% visų per metus atliekamų ir Lietuvos bioetikos komiteto aprobuotų biomedicininių tyrimų. Darbo tikslas - išsiaiškinti visuomenės sveikatos tyrimuose dalyvaujančių tyrėjų, tiriamųjų ir bioetikos komiteto ekspertų nuomonę, kaip jie vertina etikos reikalavimus keliamus visuomenės sveikatos tyrimams. Metodika: Kokybinis tyrimas, fokusuotų grupių diskusijų-interviu, turinio (content) analizės metodas. Pagal vienalytiškumo principą sudarytos 3 fokusuotos grupės: „Tiriamųjų“, „Tyrėjų“ ir “Vertintojų“. Grupėse 6-8 respondentai. Rezultatai: Kadangi Lietuvoje nėra vieningo susitarimo kokie yra visuomenės sveikatos tyrimai, tai nera aišku kokie turi būti taikomi etikos reikalavimai. Pagal Lietuvos Respublikos biomedicininių tyrimų etikos įstatymą visuomenės sveikatos tyrimai patenka į biomedicininių tyrimų grupę, ir jiems taikomi tokie patys etikos rekalavimai kaip ir visiems biomedicininiams tyrimams. Patys problematiškiausi etikos principai kurių sunku laikytis atliekant visuomenės sveikatos tyrimus yra informuoto asmens sutikimas ir konfidencialumas. Šiuo klausimu sutapo visų trijų grupių („tiriamųjų“, „tyrėjų“ ir „vertintojų“) taip pat Lietuvos bioetikos komiteto narių nuomonė. Object – to see the opinion of the investigators and investigative objects who are taking a part in public health researches and the opinion of the bioethics committee experts. How do they estimate the ethics demands for the public health researches? For the work was chosen qualitative research, focus groups discussions – interview method, content analysis method. Under the Lithuanian Republics biomedical researches ethical low the public health researches get into group of biomedical researches and the same ethical demands as to all biomedical researches are operated to them.
