Paradoxically, however, although the theme of human rights is present in the global agenda permanently and for some time now, there is not given due visibility to the issue from the perspective of everyday slights such rights in the context of job relations. This study therefore has the scope precisely address the issue of human rights of workers, is discoursing, in addition, about the exploitation of those who are in labor vulnerability, with all its consequences, taking even that this kind of exploitation increase exponentially the chances of impunity of those who make use of such practices. In this context, therefore, that is to emphasize the role of labor law and the legal system as a whole, for the defense and promotion of human rights in labour area, we can also optimize results and increase the effectiveness of measures to be adopted, as seek to demonstrate, through the strategic use of tools provided by other branches of law and also for other fields of knowledge such as economics and psychology. Also it will be treated in detail on the issue involving the supply chains. On this important issue, it is argued that we move towards an effective accountability of all links of these chains, particularly that ones which appear at its tip, as final beneficiaries of the use of an entire subcontracting network, and represent usually the link holder of greater economic and financial capacity. The desideratum that it??s pursued through the use of all these tools, in short words, is toldly linked to the conclusion that it is urgent that the we use strategic measures intended to optimize the results to be obtained in the operation which aims to guarantee labor dignity. / A realidade tem sido pr??diga nas afrontas aos Direitos Humanos na seara trabalhista, com um grau de precariza????o cada vez mais intenso das rela????es laborais, n??o raras vezes com trabalhadores sendo submetidos a condi????es absolutamente degradantes, em n??tido e grave desrespeito ?? sua dignidade. Contraditoriamente, contudo, muito embora a tem??tica dos Direitos Humanos esteja presente na pauta mundial de forma permanente e j?? h?? bastante tempo, observa-se n??o ser dada a devida visibilidade ?? quest??o sob a ??tica dos desrespeitos cotidianos a tais direitos no ??mbito das rela????es de trabalho. O presente estudo, portanto, tem por escopo abordar justamente o tema dos Direitos Humanos dos trabalhadores, discorrendo-se, ademais, a respeito da explora????o daqueles que se encontram em situa????o de vulnerabilidade laboral, com todas as consequ??ncias da?? decorrentes, levando inclusive a que esse tipo de explora????o aumente de maneira exponencial as chances de impunidade dos que se utilizam de tais pr??ticas. ?? neste contexto, pois, que se h?? de enfatizar o papel do Direito do Trabalho e do ordenamento jur??dico como um todo para a defesa e a promo????o dos Direitos Humanos na seara trabalhista, podendo-se tamb??m otimizar os resultados e ampliar a efic??cia das medidas a serem adotadas, conforme se buscar?? demonstrar, por meio da utiliza????o estrat??gica de ferramentas fornecidas por outros ramos do Direito e, tamb??m, por outros campos do conhecimento, tais como a Economia e a Psicologia. Ser?? tratada tamb??m, pormenorizadamente, acerca da discuss??o envolvendo as cadeias produtivas. No que concerne a essa importante quest??o, defende-se que avancemos para uma responsabiliza????o efetiva de todos os elos de tais cadeias, mormente aqueles que figuram na sua ponta, como benefici??rios finais da utiliza????o de toda uma rede de subcontrata????es, al??m de representarem, usualmente, os elos detentores de maior capacidade econ??mico-financeira. O desiderato que se persegue, em suma, por meio da utiliza????o de todas essas ferramentas, est?? umbilicalmente relacionado ?? conclus??o de que urge que nos valhamos de medidas estrat??gicas voltadas para a otimiza????o dos resultados a serem obtidos na atua????o que objetiva a garantia da dignidade laboral.
