The presented master thesis describes the analysis of project management methods and their implementation in a concrete project. It is oriented on study of project management phases and methods. The practical part shows the methods on example from industrial area.

The master‘s thesis discusses the issue of the project Telco Servis whose focus are business activities aimed at drawing-in the Internet on cancelled fixed telephone lines. It introduces the formal aspect of project management and methods used in the pre-project phase. The work focuses on key parts of the project, such as analysis of the sales process, time analysis of specific parts of the sales process, company CRM description or project risk analysis. In the design part it deals with the estimated costs of the project and the fulfilment of the necessary conditions for its launch.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vybrání a aplikaci metod a nástrojů projektového management ve strojírenském podniku. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky. Druhá část je analýza současného stavu podniku a průmyslu. Třetí část je autorův návrh, který je vytvořen na základě předchozích dvou kapitol.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití projektového managementu v praxi, konkrétně jeho využití při plánování účasti společnosti na mezinárodních veletrzích. Práce se opírá o teoretický základ projektového řízení, který je využit na konkrétních případech plánování veletrhů. Výsledkem práce je konkrétní postup a checklist, který by měl sloužit jako podpora projektovým manažerům v plánování.

Diploma thesis is focused on project which will serve as a proposal for development of generic product for the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. Project management methods will be used in this work. Output of thesis is going to be a project plan which will be compiled using the functions of MS Project program. Several analyses such as risk analysis or source analysis are going to be part of other outputs.

Compares analysis or results of research or investigations of different laborers working with this theme. It also mentions tests and machines used in clinical practice. It also investigates in what sports was postural stability tested and how or with what results. The most advanced, currently the most recognized dynamic posturography with impartial value is EquiTest device from NeuroCom. Therefore, the practical part focuses primarily on the results of examination of this device and make statistics about that. Methods: The diploma thesis has descriptive and analytical character. It is elaborate as a literary review . Results: The study includes 142 studies, of which only 11 concern the assessment of postural stability of athletes. Sports disciplines include tennis, football, baseball, tai-chi, taekwondo, gymnastics, basketball, softball.
