This thesis presents a research effort aimed at developing using construction methods and techniques in army tactical shelter. The beginning step focuses on developing and identifying different activities and work breakdown structure applicable in shelter prototype. The next step focuses on identifying resource allocation. This include allocate resources based on the delivered project as per alternative one and for the second alternative as optimization, resource allocation modified and tried to level and minimize resource peak. In addition, the cost calculated for the whole project as well as for each WBS and activities which consider as alternative one and in the second alternative, cost mitigation applied according to available resources and adjusting predecessors and successors of each activity. In conclusion, two alternatives compared, available outcome presents, and future work suggested for the project team to continue this effort.

Gotland has a rich material cultural heritage from the Stone Age to the Middle Ages thanks to the island's strategic location in the middle of the Baltic Sea; especially true for the Viking Age when Gotlanders had extensive trade contacts with the east dating from the mid 12th century and Gotland’s economy was dominated by such contacts. This essay deals with Gotland's maritime infrastructure and its development between about 1100 and 1400 based on a case study of boat rivets from the medieval settlement of Västergarn. The study focus is on Västergarn’s emergence as a maritime community on Gotland's west coast, and if Västergarn had the opportunity to decide its own economy, i.e., to control its’ external contacts and internal trade with the rest of Gotland? What role did maritime traffic play in Västergarn economy? Is it possible to draw conclusions about site maritime organization and infrastructure based on the extensive rivet material? What supply chains with the surrounding area may have existed that made such activity possible? What professional skills and knowledge were in place? In the analytical part of the dissertation a classification system for Västergarn's rivet material is established and discussed in comparison with other literature on boat building technology from the rest of Scandinavia, in particular the Baltic Sea area. Results of the study indicate the existence of a boatyard mainly for the repair of clinker-built vessels. Further conclusions about how shipping, especially after clinker-built vessels were replaced by cogs, affected Västergarn's economy and its’ further existence as a port, however, is not established. / Gotland har ett rikt materiellt kulturarv från stenåldern till medeltiden tack vare öns strategiska läge i mitten av Östersjön. Särskild är detta tydlig för vikingatiden då gotlänningarna hade handelskontakter österut. Sedan mitten av 1100-talet dominerades den gotländska ekonomin av kontakterna med tyska handelsförbund vilket också får nedslag i de materiella källorna. Denna uppsats behandlar Gotlands maritima infrastruktur och dess utveckling mellan ca. 1100 och 1400 utifrån en fallstudie av båtnitar från den medeltida bosättningen Västergarn. Syftet är att studera framväxten av Västergarn som ett maritimt samhälle vid Gotlands västkust och hur Västergarn utvecklades som en hamn. Hade Västergarn möjlighet att bestämma 2 över sin egen ekonomi, dvs att kontrollera de externa kontakterna och interna handeln mot övriga Gotland? Vilken roll spelade skeppstrafiken och användningen av skepp för Västergarn ́s ekonomi? Går det att dra slutsatser utifrån det omfattande nitmaterial om platsens maritima organisation och infrastruktur? Vilka försörjningskedjor med omlandet kan ha existerat som möjliggjorde en sådan verksamhet? Vilka professionella färdigheter och kunskaper fanns på plats? I avhandlingens analytiska del etableras och diskuteras ett klassifikationssystem för Västergarn ́s nitmaterial och jämförs med annan litteratur om båtbyggningsteknik från övriga Skandinavien, i synnerhet Östersjöområdet. Resultat av studien tyder på existensen av ett båtvarv huvudsakligen för reparation av klinkbyggda skepp. Vidaregående slutsatser om hur sjöfarten särskild efter att klinkbyggda skepp ersattes av koggar påverkade Västergarns ekonomi och vidare existens som hamn går däremot inte att dra.

Dlabajová, P. Methodology for management of ICT projects MENDELU. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This diploma thesis deals with the implementation and optimization methodolo-gies of ICT projects at MENDELU. The scope of this work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part will explain the issue of projects including project management phases. In addition, there will be explained the methodology of project ma-nagement, including their differences. In addition, there will be described the pos-sibility of project management software support. The second part deals with the description of the Institute of Information Technologies and describing the current state of which could be fundamental weaknesses of the current project management. It was subsequently developed its own methodology for managing ICT projects at MENDELU.

New technologies arise everyday, but which ones are the best for your project? How do you store data in a safe manner that complies with the new European GDPR law? How do you plan, develop and complete a project? These are but a few formulations of questions that the study in this report will cover.  The report is based around a business idea and vision for a company that offers advanced products built with modern technologies. The first step for the development of this company is to create a prototyp of its first product, a web platform. The prototyp will be formed after a projectplan with meetings with a supervisor and with the use of professional tools like Gantt, WBS and Trello. First and foremost a study will be done behind the theory of different frameworks and technologies but also a reasearch about GDPR and data security. The design phase will be the first part in shaping the projekt where wireframes, sitemap and ERdiagram have been created and documented. The choice of frameworks, mainly Vue, Express and MongoDB and the data security standards JWT and Oauth will be explained and used in the prototype as a base for the technical aspects of the project. Lastly the results och the finished prototype will be presented together with a discussion regarding problems that arose during the project, improvments that needs to be done and what the future holds for the complete web platform. / Nya tekniker växer i rasande fart, men vilka är bäst för ens projekt? Hur lagrar man data på ett säkert sätt som följer den nya europeiska GDPR lagen? Hur planerar, utvecklar och genomför man ett projekt? Dessa är några få frågeställningar som undersökningen i denna rapport tar tittar närmare på.  Rapporten grundar sig på en affärsidé och vision för ett företag som erbjuder avancerade produkter skapade med moderna webbteknologier. Det första steget för företagets utveckling är att skapa en prototyp av den första produkten, en webbplattform. Prototypen kommer att utvecklas efter en projektplan med handledningsmöten och användning av professionella verktyg som Gantt, WBS och Trello. Först och främst studeras teorin bakom om olika ramverk och tekniker men även en undersökning om GDPR och datasäkerhet. Designfasen kommer sedan vara det första momentet för projektets utformning där bland annat wireframes, sitemap och ERdiagram har skapats och dokumenterats. Valet av ramverk, främst Vue, Express och MongoDB samt datasäkerhetsstandarna JWT och Oauth kommer att förklaras och användas i prototypen som grund för projektets tekniska skapande.  Slutligen presenteras resultatet av den färdiga prototypen tillsammans med en diskussion över problem som uppstod under projektets gång, förbättringar som behöver göras och vilka framtidsplaner som finns för den fullständiga webbplattformen.

The construction area is one of the sectors that are most important in the development of a country, so we measure the growth rate being the same jobs and increases in other sectors. Despite being a great source of a country do not get to understand the reasons why, especially in Latin America is not generated as much expected development in Europe, Asia or North America. The construction industry has unique characteristics that fail to justify analyzed the degree of development in which there are: weather conditions, work under pressure, little training and above all existing schedule. In the thesis analyzes were taken in as a building project "Building Raygada" which was scheduled execution in 06 months however the lack of planning, organization and control culminated in 09 months, which not only affected the project but time economically in the profits of which were under S/686, 913.00 and finally got S/222, 527.00 equivalent to 67.60% less than the estimated This is why developing a Project Management to improve planning, scheduling and control work is the objective of this study demonstrate that the main problem of the construction is not knowing how to manage resources which should be available when required as otherwise generate unwanted delays for that reason is that we will apply the planning tools such as the theories of Lean Construction,Restrictions, Last Planner and thus develop a detailed analysis of the work and contribute to increased productivity sector construction dare the "Procedure for the planning, execution and control of organized work processes” , which is the contribution to young engineers and professionals who do not consider the benefits of working with Project Management in construction work.

The subject and main goal of the diploma thesis is the application of the project management methodology at VAGONKA-INTERIORS s.r.o. Project management tools are applied in a project focused on the development and production of new technology. The thesis is focused on the practical use of outputs and work with MS Project software. The work will serve as a basis for the implementation of the project.

This master’s thesis describes life cycle phases management of the project Implementation of the project culture in the MoroSystems company from the perspective of a project manager. The thesis comprehensively describes the project from its inception, through planning, implementation up to handover of the outcomes to the customer, completion and evaluation. The subject and main aim of my diploma thesis is an application of selected project management methodology (IPMA) for analysing, design and implementation ERP system Money S5 to the particular client. Project is created in environment of implementation projects designed by software company CÍGLER SOFTWARE a.s. located in Bratislava. This thesis could be used as a suggestion of appropriate steps for managing future implementing projects in mentioned company.
