Počítačová podpora pro mapování v terénu / Computer Support in Mapping Survays

Hanák, Ondřej January 2010 (has links)
The report deals with creating applications for Pocket PC, designed to aid with terrain mapping process. Topic falls within the field of geographic information systems (GIS), so the text begins with an analysis of related topics such as GIS itself, processed data characteristics or global positioning systems (GPS). Available handheld platforms are discussed and based on analysis of existing commercial application, the requirements on developed program are set. Description of application architecture and some implementation details follow. The conclusion is devoted to testing functionality by mapping the real geospatial object.

Vývoj aplikací na platformě Windows Mobile / Mobile application development on Windows Mobile platform

Novotný, Marek January 2009 (has links)
This thesis treats of the development of mobile applications for Windows Mobile platform. It contains a list of other mobile platforms (mobile operating systems) and a comparative table according to selected categories, so that readers can get an idea of other platforms. Part of this thesis is an overview of technologies for development, which is supported by the comparative table. The main objective is to propose a methodology of mobile application development for platform Windows Mobile. To clarify the most important specifics serves the separate chapters describing these specifics. It is about the design of user interface for mobile applications, where attention is placed on the method of operating, because for each method of operating should be a different user interface design. Another specific feature, which is discussed in my thesis, is testing applications in Microsoft Device Emulator V3, this precedes the description of this tool for testing and the possibilities of its settings. To demonstrate the methodology the thesis contains the practical example illustrating the gradual steps corresponding to the phases of the methodology and execution of activities. In the annex are tables describing the various phases of the methodology, a description of their objectives, roles and them associated activities and what are the inputs and outputs of this phase.

Automatické značkování prezentací / Automatic Tagging of Presentations

Huška, Michal January 2007 (has links)
This thesis deals with a development of application running on mobile devices with Windows Mobile operating system. The main task of this application is observing canvas with running presentation and saving time marks, that inform about slide change or animation. Description of system requirements, system analysis using UML language, solutions on image processing level, decription of implementation in C++ language and application tests results are described in the text. Problems of mobile device software development are also outlined in the document. A great part is dedicated to work with multimedia on Windows Mobile 5.0 system, especially to problems linked with DirectShow technology.

Traffic Measurement and Timestamp Accuracy Evaluation of Java ME Traffic Generator on Smartphone

Huq, Mohammed Azizul January 2011 (has links)
Research on network traffic measurement is becoming popular because it could find the reason and valuable information regarding the occurrence of timestamp accuracy error. In this thesis the performance of UDP traffic between application level and link level has been investigated on three different Smartphone operating systems. One Java ME traffic generator and sink was developed for this thesis work. Distributed Passive Measurement Infrastructure with Measurement Point was used for the experiment. To get high timestamp accuracy DAG 3.5E card was used which was synchronized with GPS. Through the different tests under different protocol layers, it can be concluded that the Android mobile performs better as Java ME application works like a native application, whereas Symbian and Windows mobile struggles with incompatible implementation for poor JVM support. Time stamping at link level is more accurate and far different from application level. This thesis also investigated the performance evaluation of different JVM for Windows mobile.

Sběr a vyhodnocení dat z GPS pro letecký průmysl / Acquirement and Interpretation of GPS Data for Aerospace Industry

Rejman, Lukáš January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of collecting data from GPS device. The proposed solution provides storage of the current GPS information in NMEA standard, where each sentence of this standard are stored in XML le. Record performs GPS device based on Windows Mobile 6.1 system, which communicates with built-in module and the data are stored in XML format. Thus, stored data is interpreted using Interpret GPS data, which uses Google Maps to display information about the track.

Detekce obličejů v obraze z kamery na mobilním telefonu s WM / Face Detection in Camera Image on a Mobile Phone

Tureček, Martin January 2010 (has links)
This thesis deals with a face detection on mobile phones. It especially focuses on Windows Mobile platform. The introduction is therefore devoted to this operating system and alternatives of working with the camera. The next part of the text refers to general problems of the face detection in the image considering the weak performance of the target device. Another part of this thesis is a description of the acquisition of images from the camera using DirectShow multimedia framework and creation of a custom transformation filter for the face detection. Achieved results are summarized in the conclusion. It takes a form of tests examining different mobile devices. All difficulties arising during Windows Mobile developing are also mentioned.

Ukládání důvěrných informací pro Windows Mobile / Confidential Information Storage for Windows Mobile System

Štorek, Vojtěch January 2010 (has links)
Confidential information such as passwords, cryptographic keys, certificates, etc. are used every day on various places. Mobile phone can be a good storage for such informations, but is necessary to ensure data security. Main goal of this project is to create a program for Windows Mobile phones which will keep all the informations in one place protected by password. Designed program lets user to store passwords, cryptographic keys, various files, important contacts, credit card numbers, etc. Some of the stored informations can be downloaded from remote server via FTP protocol or from smart card. It is also possible that two clients will synchronize their informations via Network and other usefull functions.
