Tesis para optar al título de Magíster en Gestión y Dirección de Empresas / Buscar sustentabilidad en una compañía frente a una estrategia de crecimiento es un complemento de la sinergia de diversos elementos los cuales deben enlazarse manteniendo y/o llegando a un perfecto equilibrio y armonía.
Con esta base el CSG Base Metals perteneciente a BHPBilliton implemento procesos, sistemas y estructuras en todos los niveles de sus diferentes Asset, comenzando la etapa de internalización en todas sus operaciones, las cuales destacaron rápidamente en el manejo de los nuevos sistemas implementados, además de excelencia funcional de los diferentes roles de la estructura organizacional. Los resultados obtenidos no estuvieron alineados frente a lo esperado, teniendo importantes brechas respecto a las metas propuestas de producción.
Frente a este escenario, no inesperado, pero si difícil de comprender y detectar en un principio, debido a la fluidez y éxito que se tuvo en la implementación de procesos, sistemas y cambios estructurales, es realmente imperativo estudiar la consecuencia raíz que provoca este contexto. En una primera etapa se dilucidó que la razón de esta problemática se debe a la excelencia funcional, producida sigilosamente en la fase de implementación, debido a trabajos en silo que se realizaron durante un periodo en roles, áreas y procesos, obteniendo como resultado producciones menores a las esperadas e inestabilidad.
El objetivo principal de esta tesis es implementar un método de acción transversal que permita conectar de forma eficiente y eficaz interrelaciones entre individuos y/o procesos alineados claramente a lo que espera la compañía, teniendo como resultados esperados la eliminación o mitigación de brechas causados por los trabajos realizados en silo.
Este resultado será puesto en marcha tres escenarios el primero de ellos donde se produce el cuello de botella en nuestra compañía, donde comienza el rango de acción de las operaciones (perforación - tronadura y el último pero de mayor relevancia es donde tenemos los mayores impactos del trabajo en silos en Pampa Norte Operación cerro colorado que es la planificación.
También es significativo mencionar que eventualmente se podría llevar a cabo en diversos escenarios como logística, relaciones laborales entre otros y en compañías como retail, clínicas u otras que no necesariamente están fundamentadas en la extracción de recursos naturales. A pesar de ello en este estudio no serán abordados pero la metodología será planamente extensible a estos casos.
Respecto a la literatura podemos encontrar bastante material que permite crear esta metodología que llamaremos wiring. Ejemplo de ello son las herramientas de análisis utilizadas tales como SIPOC, el ciclo PDCA, revisiones down top y mapas estratégicos de tal forma que la eliminación de los trabajos realizados en silo también asegure el foco y alineamiento definido por la compañía.

Conductive anodic filament (CAF) is a failure mode in printed wiring boards (PWBs) which occurs under high humidity and high voltage gradient conditions. The filament, a copper salt, grows from anode to cathode along the epoxy-glass interface. Ready and Turbini (2000) identified this copper salt as the Cu2(OH)3Cl, atacamite compound. This work has investigated the influence of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyethylene propylene glycol (PEPG) fluxing agents on the chemical nature of CAF. For coupons processed with PEPG flux, with and without chloride, a copper-chloride containing compound was formed in the polymer matrix. This compound was characterized using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) as CuCl and an electrochemical mechanism for the formation of the chloride-containing CAF has been proposed. For PEG flux, with and without chloride, it has been shown that CAF only formed, but no copper containing compound formed in the matrix. It appears for PEG fluxed coupons, a PEG-Cu-Cl complex forms, binds the available Cu and acts as a barrier to the formation of CuCl in the polymer matrix. Meeker and Lu Valle (1995) have previously proposed that CAF failure is best represented by two competing reactions – the formation of a copper chloride corrosion compound (now identified as Cu2(OH)3Cl) and the formation of innocuous trapped chlorine compounds. Since no evidence of any trapped chloride compounds has been found, we propose that the formation of CAF is best represented by a single non-reversible reaction.
For coupons processed with a high bromide-containing flux, bromide containing CAF was created and characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to be Cu2(OH)3Br. In addition, a copper-containing compound was formed in the polymer matrix and characterized using XPS as CuBr. An electrochemical mechanism for the formation of bromide-containing CAF has been proposed based on the XPS data.

This thesis deals with the classic and system wiring as well as their implementation and visualization environment for its operation. The aim of this work is to implement the project of the existing high-voltage and low-voltage wiring housing units accompanied by a design of the system wiring. This design is then fully implemented. In the beginning of the work is introduction to system wiring as such, added by a brief comparison of current systems. Followed by two chapters dealing with two selected systems for the realization of wiring. These chapters succinctly capture the essence of the system, its characteristics and features offered by each system. The last part deals with project design of wiring for the residential unit and the procedure for its commissioning. The practical part is dedicated to creating drawings with the existing power and low voltage distribution systems, the design of the smart wiring and electrical switchboard, together with possible modifications. The project documentation also discusses technical report. Finally, the selected system is tested and commissioned according to the requirements.

This diploma thesis focuses on the designing of the systematic wiring in hostel complex, including student dormitory and bar. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part involves an overview of current most used intelligent systems. Furthermore, there is a description of the TECO Foxtrot system, which is used to control the complex. The theoretical part summarizes the basic definitions for creating project documentation. Finally, the chapter closes with an outline of a general artificial and escape route emergency lighting design generated using WILS 7.0 software. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, there is a complete project documentation consisting of all requisites needed in the given level of documentation for the construction of a complex of hostel, dormitory and bar using the TECO Foxtrot system. The project documentation contains floor plans of the whole complex, in which the power and data distribution are drawn. It also contains a diagram of wiring of power and system switchboards, topological diagram of power and system distribution, budget and technical report.
