Esta pesquisa discute o processo de criação artístico de Paulo Bruscky a partir do uso insistente de arquivos, documentação e registros na formulação de seu pensamento estético, cuja dialética entre a efemeridade e o registro encontra presença decisiva na confecção dos seus Bancos de Ideias. Estes cadernos, construídos ao longo de décadas e continuamente atualizados, armazenam um arsenal de esboços, pensamentos e rascunhos das mais diversas obras – materializadas ou não. Anotações, frases, catalogação de sua vasta produção coabitam com obras vindouras, ainda em registro. Uma série de obras não realizadas pela recusa em Salões ou demais órgãos institucionalizados, a partir dos bancos e documentos, são revistos e analisados, trazendo à luz a atualidade do seu pensamento estético e sinalizando, de forma decisiva, fendas históricas e outras narrativas possíveis dentro dos sistemas hegemônicos. Com um posicionamento de resistência ético e político frente à Ditadura Civil Militar Brasileira e o capitalismo, as discussões impulsionadas pela documentação e arquivamento de Paulo Bruscky oferecem um viés alternativo que pode ampliar as reflexões sobre a arte contemporânea. / This research discusses the process of the artistic creation of Paul Bruscky from the insistent use of files, documents and records in the formulation of his aesthetic thought, in which the dialectic between the ephemeral and the record has a decisive presence in the making off of his Banks of Ideas. These notebooks built for decades and continuously updated , store an arsenal of sketches, thoughts and drafts from various works - materialized or not. Notes, phrases, cataloguing of his vast production cohabit with future works, still on record. A series of works not carried out for being refused by Salon of Arts or other institutionalized bodies are reviewed and analysed from the database and documents, bringing to light the relevance of its aesthetic thought, and signalling, decisively, historical gaps and other possible narratives within the hegemonic systems. With an ethical and political resistance position against the Civic-Military Dictatorships and capitalism, the discussions driven by Paul Bruscky’s documentation and archiving offer alternative bias that can broaden the discussions about contemporary art.
