Tyrimo objektas – paramos įtaka jaunųjų ūkininkų elgsenai. Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti paramos įtaką jaunųjų ūkininkų ekonominei elgsenai. Uždaviniai:  atskleisti ūkininkų elgsenos teorinius ypatumus;  parengti paramos įtakos jaunųjų ūkininkų ekonominei elgsenai identifikavimo metodiką;  atlikti anketinę apklausą ir atvejų analizę;  nustatyti paramos ir kitų veiksnių įtaką jaunųjų ūkininkų ekonominei elgsenai. Tyrimo metodai – naudojami mokslinės literatūros sisteminė ir lyginamoji analizė, statistinių duomenų analizė, teiginių grupavimo apibendrinimo ir grafinio vaizdavimo metodai. Tyrimo rezultatai:  pirmojoje darbo dalyje išnagrinėta mokslinės literatūros apžvalga apie ūkininkų elgseną, paramos įtaka jų ekonominei elgsenai, sudarytas paramos įtakos jaunųjų ūkininkų ekonominei elgsenai teorinis modelis. Nustatyta, kad ūkininkų ekonominė elgsena gali būti orientuota pagal tris sritis: gamybinę, investicinę, aplinkos apsaugos. Sudarius teorinį modelį nustatyta, kad didžiausią įtaką jaunųjų ūkininkų ekonominei elgsenai daro ES investicinė parama ir bendradarbiavimas su patyrusiais ūkininkais.  antrojoje darbo dalyje išnagrinėti jaunųjų ūkininkų ekonominę elgseną atskleidžiantys metodai, nustatytas dažniausiai taikomas metodas – anketinė apklausa. Objectives:  to reveal the theoretical peculiarities of farmers‘ behavior;  to develop metodology for identification of the support influence on economic behavior of young farmers;  to conduct a questionnaire survey and case studies;  to determine the influence of support and other factors on economic behavior of young farmers. Research methods: systematic and comparative analysis of scientific literature, statistical data analysis, grouping, aggregation, visualization. Research results:  The first part examines scientific literature on the farmers behavior, influence of support on their economic behavior, creates theoretical model of influence of support on young farmers' economic behavior. Economic behavior of farmers can be oriented to three areas: production, investment, environmental protection. Agriculture is a very important activity and it has many functions. This branch has its certain economic specifics that are described in detail in this thesis. The thesis explains in detail terms grant, possibilities of accounting, possibilities of getting grants and consequences as well resulting from it for a farmer. These duties are shown by way of example of a young businessman. Bookkeeping of stock especially animals and differences in tax liability is the significant part of the thesis. This thesis evaluates the management of agricultural enterprises in the period before the transfer of his father's farm and the changes that occur after the transfer.

Tyrimo objektas – jaunųjų ūkininkų verslumo ugdymas. Darbo tikslas – atlikus jaunųjų ūkininkų verslumo skatinimo būklės analizę, pagrįsti verslumo skatinimo prioritetus ir kryptis inovatyvaus ūkininkavimo kontekste. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti darbe numatyti išspręsti šie uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti verslumo ugdymo modelius ir jų teorinius aspektus. 2. Išanalizuoti jaunųjų ūkininkų verslumo skatinimo priemonių poveikį jų versliniam aktyvumui. 3. Pagrįsti jaunųjų ūkininkų verslumo skatinimo prioritetus ir kryptis inovatyvaus ūkininkavimo kontekste. Tyrimo metodai. Verslumo ugdymo modelių ir teorinių aspektų analizė atliekama mokslinės literatūros, dokumentų, content, lyginamosios analizės, sisteminimo ir apibendrinimų metodais. Jaunųjų ūkininkų verslumo skatinimo būklei nustatyti naudojama statistinių bei antrinių duomenų lyginamoji analizė. Jaunųjų ūkininkų verslumo skatinimo prioritetų išskyrimui naudojamas reikšmingumo laukų metodas. Jaunųjų ūkininkų verslumo skatinimo krypčių pagrindimui taikomas loginio modeliavimo metodas. Magistrantūros studijų baugiamąjį darbą sudaro 3 dalys. Pirmoje dalyje atskleistas verslumo skatinimo aktualumas, verslumo skatinimo veiksniai, būdai ir modeliai. Antroje darbo dalyje pateikta jaunųjų ūkininkų verslumą skatinančių priemonių poveikio jų versliniam aktyvumui tyrimo metodika ir apibendrinti tyrimo rezultatai. The aim of the thesis is to conduct analysis of the status of young farmer entrepreneurship incentives and consequently to justify the priorities and directions of entrepreneurship incentives in the context of innovative farming. The focus of diploma thesis is the analysis of present state of a farm and following evaluation its suitability for business in the system of organic production considering site conditions, structure of the company, its specialization, human factors and economical aspects. The theoretical part deals with problematics of organic agriculture and its sustainability, support of organic farmers and factors which influence farming in protected landscape areas. The practical part of the thesis is focused on evaluation of present state of the farm. Plant production and livestock production are evaluated together with possibilities of accommodation services as non-productive activities of the farm. For the evaluation of the company in terms of its suitability for business in organic agriculture SWOT analysis has been used. In conclusion, suitability of the farm for business in organic agriculture practices is evaluated. Furthermore, recommendations and proposals for initiation of the activities are added.
