The goal of this thesis is to to describe and analyze the composition of gastronomic and biodegradable waste in South Moravian Region and possible biogas plants utilization. The legislation for gastronomic waste management is described in the theoretical part. Furthermore, it is briefly described the process of collection and disposal of waste and the basic characteristics of biogas and the operation of biogas plants. The practical part analyzes the composition of biodegradable waste in households identified using the questionnaire method and the composition of the gastronomic waste in the catering faci-lities identified by detailed quarterly weighing of waste in the preparation and consu-ming food. Based on established facts, the calculations are done and conclusions of uti-lization of waste as input material in a biogas plants are given.

The thesis deals with testing the antimicrobial activity of the seed extracts from grapevine, in the research data summary of biologically active substances contained in the vine seed (Vitis vinifera) and brief general characteristic of selected species of microorganisms. In the practical part of thesis was examined antimicrobial effect of seed extracts obtained from grape wine varieties grown in ČR. The first part of thesis deals with the process of producing extract. It was tested nonmethanol extract exposed to oxdiation, fresh methanol and nonmethanol extract in appropriate diluted concentrations. These extracts at 100 %, 50 %, 10 % concentrations were tested by using the agar difusion method, including Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Candida tropicalis. All tested microorganisms were inhibited by the grape seed extracts using agar well difusion method and they were cultivated in their optimal conditions for the growth and reproduction after 24 hours and 48 hours. This master thesis focuses on the actual problematic of contemporary migration phenomenon and its consequences for the Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretical part is to outline migration patterns in the Czech Republic since the end of the World War II up to the present-day situation, summarize the legislative framework which encompasses the legal stay of the foreigners in the Czech Republic and overview the actual integration Policy and its application. The paper examines in particular the conditions for the non EU nationals, in particular the people with Vietnamese or Ukrainian origin. The aim of the research part is to explore closely the above mentioned nationalities, their integration mechanisms and life conditions in the Czech Republic.

The law of succession is a branch of civil law that deals with devolution of property rights and duties of a decedent to his heirs. The new Civil Code that came into force in 2014 brought considerable changes in the field of the law of succession. Finally, the legal regulation pays proper attention to the law of succession and testate succession. After more than sixty years, there were restored legal institutions such as Clauses of lesser importance in a testament (condition, determination of time or a mandate), inheritance contract, privileged wills, legacy, vulgar substitution or fideicommissum. Not only because of these institutions can a testator finally organize freely and according to his own will his property situation mortis causa. The purpose of my diploma thesis is to analyze the testate succession according to the Czech Civil code that became effective on the 1st of January 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts. The thesis debates one of the modes of succession, namely testamentary succession. A testament is, in accordance with Law No. 89/2012 of the Civil Code, one of the dispositions mortis causa. Inheritance contract and testamentary clause on legacy, along with testament, belong among dispositions mortis causa according to the law cited. The deceased exercises his or her will through such. The target of this work is to describe the current form of testamentary succession in its effective rule, focusing on facultative elements of a testament. The work is divided into six chapters. The opening chapter contains a discussion on succession rights, first in general and then the requirements of the creation of succession rights follow, as well as the other inheritance titles in their effective rule. The second chapter defines a brief excursion into the Roman law. V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE The aim of my thesis was to carry out a detailed analysis of one of the most important institutions of the law of succession - testament. My secondary objective was to compare briefly the Czech legislation of testament with the legislation of Germany, which was one of the sources of inspiration for the Czech recodification works. Legislation of this institute after the adoption of the Civil Code significantly transformed and strengthened the testing freedom of the testator. Testament is one of the three forms of testamentary disposition that make it possible for the testator to decide how his property is going to be managed after his death. The first of the six chapters deals generally with law of succession, explains the key terms, concepts and important leading principles. Furthermore this chapter presents various prerequisites of inheritance and generally characterizes and defines the institute of testament. The main hypothesis of this dissertation says that movies which are shown in cinemas in 2D and also 3D version have greater box office than movies which are shown only in 2D version. The model with two simultaneous equations was constructed to confirm or reject this hypothesis. Data set includes movies which had wide release between January 2009 and December 2011 in the USA. The results show that 3D has no influence in the first week but there are negative significant effect on the number of screens, which could be connected with insufficient capacity of technologically equipped screens, and positive significant effect on revenues in the next nine weeks. The model includes other important and significant factors influencing revenues and the thesis compares these results with recent literature dealing with this topic.
