Usamos como corpus para este trabalho o Atlas da Experiência Humana, de Louise van Swaaiy e Jean Klare, cartógrafos holandeses. Fundamentamo-nos na abordagem semiótica e semiolinguística e nos princípios de Jauss e Iser, teóricos da recepção, que colocam no leitor o papel de co-autor. Fizemos uma incursão nos ditames da Hermenêutica, tal como é vista por Heidegger e Paul Ricoeur, relacionando-a a aspectos básicos da teoria recepcional. Partindo do estudo de gêneros textuais, submergimos à Antiguidade, buscando, em Platão e Aristóteles, o construto da mimese, origem da obra de arte, bem como as diversas classificações de gêneros literários que constituíram a literatura ao longo dos séculos. Para alcançar nosso intento, formulamos a concepção de literatura, tendo como fundamento a obra de Terry Eagleton, que nos fez viajar dos primórdios até nossos dias, percorrendo da definição literal até as teorias posteriores aos formalistas russos. Esse painel histórico-crítico nos fez perceber o quanto a literatura influenciou as sociedades e como, ao deixar a rigidez da normatização, ela se enriqueceu com a experiência humana. Embasados nesse quadro teórico, fizemos a análise de quatro mapas, dos vinte e um que compõem a obra, escolhendo-os conforme os aspectos histórico-literários que fundamentaram a pesquisa. Como nossa meta é auxiliar àqueles que se dedicam ao magistério (e acreditam na força da leitura como resgate de situações ambivalentes), apresentamos uma sistematização de procedimentos para tornar eficiente a formação de habilidades interpretativas nos estudantes. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / We aim to show that a literary production in an iconographic form is also literature and it is by implication necessary to find ways to enable readers to approach it in a creative and interesting manner with the goal of concretizing it by reading. We have drawn as a corpus for this paper on Atlas of human experience by Dutch cartographers Louise van Swaaly and Jean Klare. We have derived our foundation from the semiotic and semiolinguistic approach as well as from the principles of Jauss and Iser, reception theorists who provide the reader with a role as a coauthor. We have likewise delved into Hermeneutics, as it is viewed by Heidegger and Paul Ricoeur, and connected it with the essentials of reception theory. From text genre we proceeded to Classical Antiquity seeking in Plato and Aristotle the construct of mimesis, the origin of the work of art, as well as the various types of literary genre which have shaped literature over the centuries. To attain our goal, we have shaped the conception of literature based on Terry Eagleton’s work, which made us embark on an all-pervasive survey from the early times up to the present age, all the way from the literal concept down to the theories arising after the Russian formalists. The historical-critic approach emerging there from has led us to realize how deep literature’s social influence is and, likewise, how it has enriched itself from human experience upon getting rid of the rigidity of its norms. Based on this theoretical framework, we have brought four maps into analysis, out of the twenty-one making up the work, chosen in accordance with the historic-literary aspects on which the survey has been grounded. As our goal is to be of help to those committed to teaching - who believe in reading as a power affording a way out of ambivalent situations - we have systematized procedures to render effectual the development of interpretive skills among students.

Devido ao aumento da população idosa ou com limitações físicas/mentais é possível observar o crescimento de estudos na área de Internet das Coisas com o objetivo de monitorar a saúde e auxiliar no gerenciamento e melhora na qualidade de vida dessa parte da população. Nesse sentido, a abordagem baseada em Internet das Coisas aplicada em ambientes médicos e casas inteligentes tem o objetivo de fornecer conectividade entre o paciente e o ambiente ao seu redor, provendo mecanismos para ajudar em diagnósticos e prevenção de acidentes e/ou doenças. Nesse contexto surge a oportunidade de explorar sistemas computacionais para identificar o estado físico e emocional, em tempo real, de indivíduos com alguma limitação para monitorar a saúde; por exemplo, identificar o comportamento da rotina do usuário e emitir alertas aos familiares e/ou equipe médica sobre algum evento anormal ou identificar indícios de distúrbios emocionais. Ainda, com base na Inteligência Artificial é possível que sistemas computacionais possam aprender e se adaptar ao contexto que se encontra, por exemplo aprender e se adaptar a quantidade de exercícios e/ou estado emocional do usuário em determinadas situações, combinando conceitos tanto de Internet of Things quanto de Inteligência Artificial. Assim, este projeto tem como objetivo desenvolver e avaliar um modelo que possa: i.) identificar o estado físico e emocional do usuário; ii.) prover um mecanismo que possa monitorar de maneira inteligente as atividades do cotidiano do usuário e; iii.) explorar a abordagem de integração de dados com a utilização de múltiplos sensores IoT para uma melhor interação entre dispositivos computacionais no ambiente Health Smart Homes. / Due to the increase in the elderly population or with physical/mental limitations it is possible to observe the growth of studies in the field of Internet of Things with the objective of monitoring health and assisting in the management and improvement of the quality of life of this part of the population . In this sense, the Internet of Things approach applied in medical environments and smart homes aims to provide connectivity between the patient and the environment around them, providing mechanisms to aid in diagnosis and prevention of accidents and/or diseases. In this context the opportunity arises to explore computational systems to identify the physical and emotional state, in real time, of individuals with some limitation to monitor health; for example, identifying the behavior of the users routine and issuing alerts to family members and/or medical staff about some abnormal event or identifying evidence of emotional disturbances. Also, based on Artificial Intelligence, it is possible for computational systems to learn and adapt to the context they are in, for example learning and adapting the amount of exercises and/or emotional state of the user in certain situations, combining concepts both of Internet of Things and of Artificial Intelligence. Thus, this project aims to develop and evaluate a model that can: i) identify the physical and emotional state of the user; ii) provide a mechanism that can intelligently monitor the daily activities of the user and; iii) explore the data integration approach with the use of multiple IoT sensors for better interaction between computing devices in the Health Smart Homes environment.
