Pastato aprūpinimo energija galimybių tyrimas / Possibility Study of Energy Supply for Building

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos decentralizuoto (paskirstytojo) generavimo ir atsinaujinančių energijos išteklių panaudojimo sprendimai, aprūpinant pastatą įvairia energija – šiluma, vėsa, karštu vandeniu, elektra. Energija aprūpinama panaudojant tokius įrenginius – kogeneratorių, kompresorinę ir absorbcinę šaldymo mašinas, saulės kolektorius, dujinį katilą. Apibūdinami pasirinkti įrenginiai, jų veikimo principai, savybės, atskleidžiami jų privalumai ir trūkumai. Parengiamos trys alternatyvių variantų principinės energijos sistemų schemos, suformuotos iš minėtų įrenginių derinių. Pristatomi šių alternatyvių įvairios eneregijos gaminimo variantų galios ir energijos kiekių rodikliai. Parenkamas optimalus naujų technologijų derinys. Alternatyvių variantų ekonominis pagrįstumas įvertinamas, parenkant optimalų energijos generatorių derinį atsižvelgiant į jų bendrą atsiperkamumą. Apibendrinus teorines žinias ir gautus skaičiavimo rezultatus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, teorin�� dalis, analizinė dalis, ekonominė dalis, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 61 psl. teksto be priedų, 34 iliustr., 11 lent., 46 literatūros šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. / Solutions of decentralized (distributed) production and application of renewable energy sources in the case of different energy - like heating, cooling, hot water, electricity - supply for a building were analyzed in the final master thesis work. Energy supply sources are cogenerator, compressor and absorption cooling machines, solar collectors, gas boiler. Selected devices, their principles of work, characteristics, their advantages and disadvantages were described. Three schemes of principal energy system alternative were described, using combinations of devices mentioned above. Power and energy amount indexes of different energy generating alternatives were specified. The optimal combinations of new technologies were selected. After the optimal combination of energy generating system was done, economical validity of alternatives were estimated taking into account their total payback time. After theory and received results were summarized, the conclusions and suggestions were presented in the end of the final master work. Work consists of 6 parts: introduction, theory, analysis part, economical part, conclusions and suggestions, literature source. Size of Work: 61 pages of text excluding the appendixes, 34 pictures, 11 tables, 46 literature sources. Appendixes of the work are attached separately.

Išlaidų apskaitos sistemos / Systems of cost accouting

The object of research - absorption, variable, activity-based and backflush cost accounting systems. The aim of research – after the comparison of cost accounting systems will be performed, with reference to data received from questionnaires, to reveal the appliance of cost accounting systems in Lithuania, evaluate company’s using traditional and modern cost calculation systems, products cost of goods sold decreasing possibilities, possibilities of more effectively recourses managing. The objectives of the work – after the theoretical managerial cost accounting systems have been studied up, to identify the absorption, variable, activity-based and backflush cost accounting systems differences, advantages and disadvantages; to compare cost accounting systems; to substantiate appliance of Just-In-Time expediency. These methods were used while writing the work: Lithuanian and foreign authors work on cost accounting systems literature collection, analysis, graphic, comparison, descriptive, questionairing, and generalization of research results. After the absorption, variable cost systems have been analyzed, it came to conclusion that absorption cost calculation is expedient for long term and variable for short term business decisions. Activity based costing (ABC) allows to assign indirect manufacturing costs by accounting them by activities and applying specific cost calculation unit – cost driver. Cadmium (Cd), a well-known environmental hazard, exerts a number of toxic effects in organism. It disturbs the activity of biochemical systems of cells. Accumulation of cadmium depends on the amount of essential trace elements, including zinc. Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench (EP) can modify its influence. The aim of the study was to assess the influence of ions of cadmium, zinc, and EP on organism in experimental model of mice. The objectives of the scientific work were as follows: 1. To evaluate the accumulation of cadmium in the internal organs of experimental mice after acute and chronic intraperitoneal and per oral intoxication. 2. To assess morphological changes in liver tissue, mitotic and apoptotic activity of liver cells after the intoxication by cadmium ions of different duration and dose. 3. To assess the effect of zinc ions to the accumulation of cadmium in the internal organs and to the mitotic and apoptotic activity of liver cells in the organism of mice intoxicated by cadmium. 4. To evaluate the effect of EP to accumulation of cadmium in internal organs, mitotic and apoptotic activity of liver cells after the chronic intraperitoneal and per oral intoxication by cadmium ions. SUMMARY Heavy Metals Removal from Sewage Sludge using Electrochemical Method Giedrius Barišauskas Magister thesis, 50 pages, 14 figure, 7 tables, 85 references. Research object – municipal sewage sludge. Research subject – electrochemical removal of heavy metals from sewage sludge. Aim of this study – to investigate the efectiveness of electrochemical Pb, Cd and Cu removal from simulated heavy metal solutions and liquid organic wastes. Tasks – to analyze scientific literature as well as normative documents regulating quality parameters of organic wastes and their products used in agriculture in respect of heavy metals. To investigate variation of Pb, Cd and Cu concentrations in Kaunas and Raseiniai sewage sludge; to carry out laboratory experiments of Pb, Cd and Cu removal from model heavy metal solutions as well as sewage sludge, evaluating decrease of both mobile and total metal concentrations. Methods and instrumentation – following methods have been applied: chemical extraction (preparation of samples), gravitometric, ionometric, atomic absorption spectrophotometric. Results were evaluated using methods of statistical analysis. Results – in case of monocomponent simulated heavy metal solutions 60–90  efficiency have been reached after 10 hours of electrochemical treatment, while in multicomponent systems and natural liquid sludge the removal percentage appeared to be lower.
