Inför en operation med generell anestesi upplever en stor del av patienterna oro som uttrycker sig på olika sätt. För att patienten ska kunna uppleva trygghet och delaktighet i sin vård är en god vårdrelation mellan anestesisjukskörskan och patienten centralt. Genom information kan patientens oro minska samt upplevelse av trygghet öka. Syftet med studien var att belysa patientens upplevelse av patientinformationen. Studien utfördes med kvalitativ ansats med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Studien inkluderade fyra patienter som var klassificerade enligt ASA 1-2 och var mellan 18 och 65 år. Akuta operationer exkluderades. Materialet analyserades med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys och två kategorier, upplevelse av information och anhörigas på verkan framkom. Resultatet visade att patienter upplevde att god information angående anestesin skapade trygghet hos patienter och därigenom mindre oro inför operation. Anhörigas stöd bidrog också till ökad trygghet men kunde också vara en källa till oro beroende på anhörigas tidigare erfarenheter. På grund av varierande upplevelser hos olika patienter angående information finns ett behov av vidare fördjupningar i ämnet. / Before a surgical procedure with general anaesthesia, it is common for a variety of patients to experience anxiety and fear. Establishing a professional relationship between the nurse anaesthetic and the patient is essential in order for the patient to feel safe and involved in his or her own care. Keeping the patient informed helps reducing anxiety and fear and increases the patients’ experience of feeling safe. The aim of this thesis was to illuminate patients’ experiences of the information before a surgical intervention. The thesis was designed with a qualitative design, thus qualitative content analysis was used for the data analysis. Four patients classified as ASA-class 1-2, and between the ages of 18 and 65 were included. Urgent surgeries were excluded. Semi structured interviews were used to obtain the data, where two categories emerged, the experience of information and the effect of relatives and close acquaintances. The results showed the patients experienced a feeling of being safe and thereby experienced a reduced amount of anxiety and fear before the surgical procedure. Relatives and close acquaintances could enforce the patients’ feeling of being safe but could also be a source of anxiety and fear depending on their experience prior to the patients care. Due to different patients’ experiences the need involving the information there is a need for further studies.

Revisorns fokus har flyttats från att fokusera på granskningen till att skapa mervärde för klienten. Det flyttade fokuset har lett till att revisorn arbetar på en konkurrensutsatt marknad och har ett intresse av att vara finansiellt framgångsrik.     Syftet med studien är att förklara hur mervärdet av revisorn påverkar klientens uppfattade relationstyp med revisorn. Studien kan tänkas bidra med en bättre förståelse över hur mervärdet påverkar relationstypen, vilken har delats in i professionell relation, personliga bekanta och vänskap. Med hjälp av tidigare forskning kring mervärde samt relevanta relationsteorier har en modell utvecklats. Modellen har sedan testats empiriskt genom en enkätundersökning.     Studiens resultat visar att mervärde har en positiv påverkan på samtliga tre relationstyper. Då resultatet visat att mervärdet påverkar i vilken utsträckning revisorn och klienten har en vänskapsrelation är revisorns oberoende en viktig aspekt att ta i beaktning.     Studien kan bidra med information kring vilka mervärden en klient kan förvänta sig få av sin revisor. Då studiens syfte inte blivit beprövat tidigare bidrar studien till såväl revisions- som relationslitteratur och då resultatet inte kan generaliseras är det därmed relevant att studera i framtida forskning. / The auditor's focus has shifted from focusing on the audit to create added value for the client. The shifted focus has led the auditor to work in a competitive market and has an interest in being financially successful.   The purpose of the study is to explain how the added value of the auditor affects the client's perceived relationship with the auditor. The study may contribute to a better understanding of how the added value affects the relationship, which has been divided into professional relationships, personal acquaintances and friendships. In accordance with previous research on added value and relevant relationship theories the model of the study has been developed. The model is then tested empirically through the use of a survey.   The results of the study show that added value has a positive impact on the three types of relations. As the result shows that the added value affects the extent to which the accountant and the client perceive their relationship as friendship, the auditor's independence is an important aspect to take into account.   The study can provide information about the added value a client can expect from his accountant. Since the purpose of this study has not been tested earlier, the study contributes to both audit and relational literature, and as our results can not be generalized it is therefore of relevance to study in future research.

The work examines and compares personal values, behavioural patterns, personal motivation and career choices of six individuals from the Velvet Revolution period using interviews obtained by the oral-historical method. The main aim is to answer the question where people who helped transform one regime into another had come from and how they coped with tasks they could not have been prepared for in advance. In late 1989, the Communist regime in Czechoslovakia collapsed. One way of running the society was quickly replaced by another, but the society did not collapse, and life went pretty smoothly on. All of a sudden, many opportunities opened up as well as many responsibilities to generations of people who could not have been prepared to take either of them. Yet at least some of them did so.
