Orientador: Giovanni antonio Pinto Alves / Banca: Simone Wolff / Banca: Francisco Luiz Corsi / Resumo: Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar as implicações objetivas e subjetivas sobre os trabalhadores do Setor Aeroespacial brasileiro, em específico da EMBRAER - Empresa Brasileira de Aeronáutica S/A -, a partir de sua privatização, em 1994. Essas mudanças ocorreram num contexto internacional de consolidação de mundialização do capital, de cariz predominantemente financeiro. E, nacionalmente, coincide com o período de configuração ideopolítica neoliberal. Uma série de transformações tecnológicas e organizacionais foi implementada na empresa nessa ocasião, sob tutela dos dirigentes, responsáveis por corresponder à vontade dos acionistas de valorizar o capital através do reforço da exploração do trabalho vivo. Para tornar possível a investigação, nos ativemos particularmente à linha de produção de aviões comerciais, dado que a empresa alcançou o posto de terceira maior indústria aeronáutica do mundo (atrás apenas da Airbus e Boeing), pela produção de jatos regionais. Cumpre dizer que este estudo é baseado em uma análise dialética materialista da realidade, cuja realidade concreta é o processo pelo qual os trabalhadores da empresa líder de aeronáutica brasileira passaram no decorrer de sua privatização e nas transformações posteriores a ela. Para além do âmbito da empresa, buscaremos apreender o nexos dela para com a cadeia aeronáutica que a circunda, fazendo a análise das relações de trabalho nesses vários contextos. Dessa forma, coube-nos a tentativa de compreender de que forma essa parcela da classe trabalhadora dá respostas às demandas produtivistas do capital. / Abstract: This study has the purpose of analyzing the objective and subjective implications on the workers of the Brazilian Aerospace Sector, specifically of EMBRAER - Brazilian Company of Aeronautics S/A -, since its privatization, in 1994. These changes occurred in an international context of consolidation of the capital globalization, predominantly financial capital, and, nationally, coincides with the period of neo-liberalism configuration. Many technological and organizational transformations were implemented in the company in that occasion, under the guardianship of the controllers, with the responsibility of corresponding to the will of the shareholders, which was the valorization of the capital, through the reinforcement of the exploration of the living work. To make this investigation possible, we chose particularly the line of production of commercial aircraft, because this company has reached the rank of third biggest aeronautical industry of the world (only behind Airbus and Boeing) for the production of regional jets. It's important to say that this study is based on the materialist dialect analysis of the reality. The concrete reality is the process which workers of the most important company of Brazilian's aeronautics have gone through in its privatization and posterior transformations. Beyond the scope of the company, we will apprehend the nexus between this industry and the aeronautical chain that surrounds it, making the analysis of the relations of work in this context. By this way, we want to understand how this part of working class answers the productivity demands of the capital. / Mestre
