Kyberšikana / Cyberbullying

The thesis deals with the issue of cyberbullying at the University of Economics in Prague. In the theoretical part is defined cyberbullying, describes the individual elements, specifics, used tools and forms of cyberbullying. There is also described cyberbullying in relation to the law of the Czech Republic and several other countries. The thesis also included the results of several studies and the best-known cases of cyberbullying. The practical part presents the evaluation and analysis of the results of the quantitative research from the University of Economics in Prague. The result is an analysis of the incidence of cyberbullying among students of the university and recommendations on how to behave on the social networks in order to prevent cyberbullying.

The research‟s goal was to investigate, under a psychoanalytical perspective, how violence, be it in the social, relational or environmental sphere, may interfere in the subject‟s constitution. The investigation was carried out in a public social work institution Reference Center in Social Work (Centro de Referencia de Assistencia Social/CRAS) located in a marginalized area of Goiania. This institution has as its target group children and teenagers between 7 and 14 years old in situations of personal risk, social vulnerability and unfavorable social-economical situation. The research subject was a teenager, 14 years old, male, inserted in the Child Labor Eradication Program (Programa de Erradicacao do Trabalho Infantil PETI), who was noticed not only for the conflict situations and aggressiveness demonstrations in which he was involved or got involved, but also for the historical context permeated by countless kinds of violence. The chosen research methodology was case study. Five open interviews were used, aiming at the free association, from the subject, of his historical and fantastic life experiences. The results allowed us to understand that identification and identification with the aggressor were the notable aspects that caused both the subject‟s constitution and his passage from victim to victimizer. / Este trabalho buscou discutir a necessidade de compreender aspectos da constituição do sujeito sob o signo do fenômeno violência. O objetivo da pesquisa foi investigar, sob a perspectiva psicanalítica, como a violência, seja ela no âmbito social, familiar, institucional e escolar, pode interferir na constituição do sujeito. A investigação foi realizada em uma instituição pública de assistência social Centro de Referência de Assistência Social/CRAS , localizada em uma região marginalizada da cidade de Goiânia. Esta instituição tem como público-alvo crianças e adolescentes de 7 a 14 anos em situação de risco pessoal, vulnerabilidade social e situação socioeconômica desfavorável. O sujeito da pesquisa foi um adolescente, de 14 anos, do sexo masculino, inserido no Programa de Erradicação do Trabalho Infantil/ PETI e que se fazia notar não só pelas situações de conflitos e demonstração de agressividade nas quais se envolvia ou era envolvido, como também pelo contexto histórico permeado por inúmeras espécies de violência. A metodologia de pesquisa escolhida foi a do estudo de caso. Foram utilizadas cinco entrevistas abertas que objetivavam uma associação livre por parte do sujeito a respeito de suas vivências históricas e fantasiosas. Os resultados obtidos permitiram compreender que a identificação e identificação com o agressor foram os aspectos notáveis que proporcionaram tanto a constituição do sujeito quanto à passagem de vítima a vitimizador.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of domestic violence. At present, we speak about domestic violence more often, however, education is always a significant benefit, because stereotypical assumptions still remain in our society. They are often one of the obstacles which result in the impossibility to eliminate this socially pathological phenomenon. In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe the current status, forms, signs, progress, and the most common myths and prejudices of the public on the issue of domestic violence. In conclusion of the theoretical part I focus on prevention of socially pathological phenomena, and helping the victims. For this diploma work were established the following three hypotheses: H1: "Students at University of South Bohemia perceive the aggressor as the initiator of domestic violence." H2: "Students at University of South Bohemia perceive the aggressor as an uneducated person." H3: "Students at University of South Bohemia are convinced that domestic violence is more frequent with another ethnicity." In the empirical part I characterize the selected group. The research involved a total of 512 students. They include 450 women and 62 men. They were the students of Bachelor's and Master's study programmes of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at University of South Bohemia, in full-time and extramural form of study, and different age categories. The research was lead by the method of quantitative research, using a questionnaire survey with the semantic differential. Students had the opportunity to write down their positive or negative view of the victim and the offender or to remain impartial. The aim of the thesis was to find out the opinions and attitudes of students attending Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at University of South Bohemia to the victim and perpetrators of domestic violence. Most commonly, the students perceive the victim as a submissive, introverted, timid woman, who is not satisfied with this situation. They perceive the perpetrator as a dominant individual, who tends to jealousy. The stated hypothesis H1 has been confirmed. Hypotheses H2 and H3 have not been confirmed, and as a result, the alternative hypotheses have been accepted.

Problematika šikany na základní škole / Dilemma of chicane at the basic school

The diploma thesis deals with the problem of aggressiveness and chicane among children at the second level of basic schools and its prevention in the Pilsen region. Further on it is also concerned with the teachers´ perspective and their awareness of the topic of chicane. In the theoretical part I am going to analyse the fundamental terms of the topic. The attention is going to be localized on the personality of the aggressor and the victims of chicane, on the cooperation of the school and parents, on the authority of the teacher or class and school climate. There is going to be a special chapter devoted to the description of the system concerning the prevention of the chicane. In the practical part I am going to endeavour to find out by the help of a questionnaire survey, how the schoolchildren are informed about the chicane and what kinds of form are used to this purpose. I compare these results with the theoretical knowledge.

The aim of this work is to contribute to finding the best wals, to prevent violence and bullying among pupils in primary schools. As one of the possibilities offered is the use of Drama Education. In the practical part are evaluated the views of teachers on the use of drama education in the prevention of violence and bullying. The main part is the project focused on primary prevention, wich was verified in practice. Based on experience, are written to each activities recommendations and advice for future implementation. Verification project in practice confirms that the use of methods of Drama is one of the possible ways, how to address the prevention of violence and bullying among pupils in primary schools.

The diploma thesis is focused on the issues of domestic violence in the region of Karlovy Vary. Important concepts of domestic violence and forms of domestic violence are explained in the text. The thesis also deals with the description of typical characteristics of victims and aggressors, as well as giving instructions on how to work with them appropriately. Furthermore, the text provides information on possible legal assistance for victims of domestic violence. Last but not least, it describes the Intervention Centre for victims of domestic violence in the region of Karlovy Vary. The main intention of the practical part of the thesis is to refer to opinions of the social workers of the Intervention Centre to find out, whether they approve of the idea of working with the aggressors in the Intervention Centre or not. Therefore, the main purpose of the thesis is to determine how exactly the social work with aggressors in domestic violence is implemented in the Intervention Centre in Karlovy Vary region. Moreover, the real lives of victims of domestic violence are interpreted in two case studies. This diploma thesis is about the pupils who have been victims of bullying during their studies at the primary or the secondary schools and who have been forced to transfer to another school because of this problem. The aim of this diploma thesis is to make a preview into the problematic of bullying related to the transfer of the pupil to another school, further off submit the overview of the factors, which can influence the success of this particular solution of the bullying issue. The first part of diploma thesis focus on explanation of the ground concepts related with bullying, as the personality of aggressor and victim, directions and forms of the bullying on the school, development of bullying and participators of it. The second part is about the consequence and the prevence of bullying. In the third part are mentioned previous researches related to repetition of bullying at the same actors and further off there is submitted comparison of individual case reports. The method of research was case study, in which was analyze and compare statements of respondents, who happend to be bullying during their schooling and transfer on the another school. Derrière tout acte il y a une sorte de « mise en scène », une « tentative d'exprimer » ce que l'auteur ne parvient à mettre en mots, à métaboliser, d'où le recours au primat de l'agir. Dans ce travail auprès d’Auteurs d’Infraction à Caractère Sexuel en intrafamilial, il est question de saisir, d'appréhender les conditions du passage à l'acte et ce que celles-ci ont pu engendrer au sein du psychisme du sujet, pour favoriser la transgression.À travers diverses notions tirées de la littérature analytique, notamment celles attenantes à la construction psychique, à la clinique du traumatisme ou encore de la transgénérationnalité, est mise en débat la question de l'influence de l’environnement sur le fait psychique individuel.Posant, de ce fait, l'hypothèse que les identifications et répétitions transgénérationnelles d’origines traumatiques peuvent être en jeu dans le passage à l'acte, en particulier chez les AICS en intrafamilial. Ce type de passage à l'acte pourrait-il alors représenter une résolution d'une dynamique familiale vécue comme « défaillante », voire traumatique, pour le sujet ? Dans une approche phénoménologique associée à une posture psychanalytique, sont déclinés sept accompagnements de patients nous permettant de répondre à ces interrogations. L'objectif étant de réaliser une étude clinique basée sur le vécu subjectif de chacun d’entre eux, afin de mettre en lumière ce qui pourrait faire défaut dans leur structuration, leurs investissements et rapports objectaux.Le voyage au travers des cas proposés permet de poser la question du caractère résolutif de ces passage à l’acte vis-à-vis d’une dynamique familiale, dans laquelle s’origine un vécu traumatique ? Par l’infraction sexuelle, perpétrée en intrafamilial, le sujet passe-t-il par le corps et l’objectalisation d’un autre familial pour crier sa souffrance, son « mal à être » ? Le passage à l’acte, chez ces Auteurs d’Infractions à Caractère Sexuel en intra-familial, est il résolutif d’une problématique identitaire traumatique, venant d’une nécessité de trouver un sens, une recherche de signifiance à l’existence même du sujet ? Via l'analyse des mécanismes de défenses, des représentations, ainsi que des positions transférentielles et contre-transférentielles mises en jeu, il s’agit de travailler la remise en sens, pour permettre à ces patients de développer leurs capacités d’élaboration, leur redonner une place, dans le respect de leur subjectivité et celle d’autrui, une place capable de supporter la construction identitaire originelle défaillante, retrouver une identité pour dépasser le traumatique, et ouvrir le chemin d’une reconstruction. / Behind every act there is a sort of "staging", an "attempt to express" what the author cannot put into words nor metabolize, which leads him to act. In this work, amoung Authors of Infringement of Sexual Character (AISC) within familial, the aim is to understand and apprehend the conditions that triggers the act and how they affected the subject's psyche, leading him to give into the transgression.Through notions taken from the analytic's literature, in particular notions linked to the psyche's construction, to traumatic clinic or even the transgenerational transmission, we debate on the question of the influence of the environment on the individual's psyche functionning. Thereby posing hypothesis that identifications and transgenerationals repeats of traumatic origin can contribute in triggering the act, even more for AISC within familial. Could this kind of acting out then represent the consequences of a family's dynamicity experienced as "failing", or even traumatic, by the subject? Using a phenomenologic approach associated with a psychoanalytic positioning, the thorough analysis of seven case-studies could help answer those questions. The objective is to create a clinic study based on the subjective experience of each of them. This is done in hope to bring forward what could lack in their structuring, in their objectals investments and relationships.This trip through the proposed cases allow the question of whether the resolvent nature of these acting out vis-à-vis a family's dynamicity in which a traumatic experience takes its roots? Through the sexual offence, perpetrated within the family, is the subject using the body and the objectisation of another family to shout out his suffering, his "ill-being"? Is the acting out, for Authors of Infringement of Sexual Character (AISC) within familial, a consequence of a traumatic identity crisis, the need to find a sense or the search to the meaning to the subject's own existence? Through the analysis of defense mechanisms, representations, transference and counter-transference positions put in place, the goal is to help rework the senses, allow those patients to develop their elaboration capability, to give them a place, with respect to their subjectivity and that of other, a place capable of sustaining the construction of their originally deficient identity, to rediscover an identity that surpasses the trauma, and open the gates of reconstruction.

The diploma thesis deals with parents view on the issue of bullying. Special attention is specifically paid to parents of children, having real experience with bullying. First is defined concept of bullying in the theoretical part of dissertation. Another chapter deals with the main protagonists of bullying and special attention is paid to the causes leading to the bullying occurrence. There are also taken into account warning signals of the victims and aggressors, which can be recognized and can warn parents and teachers. Finally there is a part concerning to the solution of this big problem both at school and at home. The theoretic part also discusses the possible consequences, that the problem is ignored. Last chapter is about the prevention at school and at home. The main focus of the research part is to find out, how parents of the bullied children look at this problematics. Quality research based on semi-structured interviews has shown that most respondents didn´t note warning signs. It can be due to the fact, that parents don´t have enough time for children at the present time and don´t also pay them enough attention. They learned about the bullying problem from other sources and they began more interested in communication with children after discovering of problems. They argue for opinion, that family don´t have an impact on bullying and they suppose the main reason is the temperament of the child. The research has also shown parents dissatisfaction with access of schools to this problem.

Šikana na prvním stupni základní školy / Bullying in the lower grades of Elementary school

The thesis deals with the issue of bullying at the primary level of the elementary schools from the point of view of the experienced teachers that have encountered this kind of situations in their practice. The thesis consists of a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part brings latest news from the foreign and local bibliography. It describes causes, forms, participants of bullying, and there is a comparison of different kinds of solutions. Last but not least it proposes a wide range of preventive methods. The practical part is based on case studies of the interventions of bullying in the primary school which are realized through semi-structured interviews with five teachers from different countries with different backgrounds who dealt with bullying in their practise. The results present different techniques which involved people in the intervention use to efectively solve the cases and on the other hand what slows the proces of healing down and how to overcome these obstacles. Which steps were done in the classroom and which methods of prevention teachers use. This paper includes a discussion about the difference of dealing with bullying in Czech and foreign schools.
