Adjustments for agriculture in Taiwan tend to be made to the entire economic activities in different stages. With the relentless domestic demands for leisure tourism, the development of leisure farms has been gradually gaining ground as an option not only of the revival of agriculture but of the solution to meet the demands. With the transformation in demands, leisure farm operation turns out to be a major focus of the promotion of agricultural tourism by the government. However, the poor command of the management as well as the use of the core resources of the farms by some of the leisure farm operators incurs developmental stagnation. As a result, this study will first explore the logic of leisure farm management and second attempt to provide advice to operators on decision-making over diverse strategies.

Em razão do surgimento e do crescimento do turismo no espaço rural, faz-se necessária a elaboração de políticas públicas que orientem o setor, beneficiando certos atores e aproveitando determinadas potencialidades locais. Assim, partindo-se da análise de um roteiro turístico localizado no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (Rota das Terras), caminha-se para a proposição de subsídios para a elaboração de políticas públicas para o turismo no espaço rural do referido roteiro. Anterior a esta proposição, analisa-se o espaço rural brasileiro e a relação deste espaço com a atividade turística. Estuda-se o conceito e a tipologia do turismo no espaço rural, formulando-se um conceito para este segmento. Investiga-se a área de estudo, apontando dados e informações que serão fundamentais para uma análise científica da mesma, sobretudo, no que diz respeito ao desenvolvimento do turismo na Rota das Terras. Para a consecução deste estudo, realizou-se uma ampla pesquisa bibliográfica, além da verificação de outras fontes, inclusive com a realização de entrevista com os dirigentes municipais de turismo dos municípios componentes do consórcio municipal que define o roteiro e com outras pessoas diretamente ligadas a este consórcio. / Abstract: The countryside does not present only acitivities connected with the agronomy and cattle breeding. Above all, other activities, many of them connected to the leisure and tourism area, has emerged at this space in the last time period. In Brazil, traditionally, the agronomy and cattle breeding activities always had a prime function in the economy. The countryside stands out in the agronomy and cattle breeding production worldwide. Nevertheless, the called agrobusiness always privileged the big owners. The small producers, in a way, were on the fringes of the benefits of legal instruments to the productive activities. Due to the tourism appearance and growth in the countryside, it is necessary the elaboration of public politics that guide the sector, improving certain agents and making use of determined local potentialities. In this way, coming from the analysis of a tourist itinerary placed in Rio Grande do Sul State (Rota das Terras) , it is oriented to a proposition of subsidies to the elaboration of public politics to tourism in the countryside of the refered itinerary. Before this proposition, it is analysed the brazilian rural area and the relation to this area with the tourist activity. It is studied the concept and the tipology of tourism in the rural area, formulating a concept to this segment. It is investigated the area of study, pointing to data and information that will be fundamental to cientific analysis of this one, over all, concerning the tourism development in the Rota das Terras. To the accomplisment of this study, it was realized a broad bibliographic research, besides the verification of other sources, including the accomplishment of an interview with the municipal tourism directors of the cities that belong to the municipal consortium, which defines the itinerary, and with other people connected directly to this consortium. / Doutor

Aim of this final thesis is to analyze conditions on the market, inside a chosen company, support for entrepreneurs in the provision of tourism services in South Bohemia, specifically in Trebon and making a complete documentation of business plan for a particular facility in compliance with current trends in travelling. This includes a request for proper financial means from EU.In the proposal part of my thesis I analyzed Třeboň region and proposed several strategies, that would be suitable for development of travelling business. From above mentioned strategies I concentrated on development of rural tourism. In the practical part the business plan is created, which analysi have been made, especially market analysis, STEP and SWOT analysis. The business plan provides a basic description and objectives for ecoagricultural farms, marketing strategy and financial plan. The application is developed to support agro-touristic Rural Development Programme.

The aim of my Master’s thesis is create business plan financed by Countryside development program. The project is about reconstruction agricultural building into pension, which will offer ativities on organic farm and will be aimed on families with childern.

This work is focusing on questions about the agricultural tourism and in general about spending holidays in the country. It is a desk study and implicates the topic of tourist trade, leisure time and pedagogy of leisure time whereas it tries to expose everything to the main field of the work which are education aspects of the agricultural tourism. Furthemore, the work is focusing on concrete aspects, for instance on preparation and organization of supporting plans and housing standards of accomodation facilities which can be used within the framework of the agricultural tourism. The consituent is the chapter about types of guests who can take part in the agricultural tourism and about their special needs and expectations. One chapter of the work put brain to the anylysis of education plans of single fields of study which can prepare for the discussed activity.

Objective of diploma paper is anallysis of possibilities of diversification of activities in rural territory Tabor like source of income for agriculturalists and rustics. Desk study construes regional policy of EU in Czech Republic in years 2000-2013, structural funds, operational programs, programe of rural development and diversification of rural activities. Practical part describes region Tabor and his visions, anallysis of structure of production, agricultural tourism and project of educational agricultural centre.

This master’s thesis deals with a business project concerning development of agricultural tourism along with farming business. In the first part of the work there are basic terms referring to agriculture, small family businesses and agricultural tourism defined. The following part of this thesis is the present situation analyses of a particular agricultural business. a business plan regarding a development of agricultural tourism in an agricultural business is designed on the basis of gained information further in practical part of the work.

The theme of the thesis is to offer analysis of agro-tourist services in the western and southern Bohemia and Vysočina region The aim of this work is the analysis of agro-tourist services offered in selected areas and evaluation of information obtained from a questionnaire survey of selected agro-tourist visitors through the facility. The thesis describes the geographical area of each reference potential, followed by a description of selected agro-tourist facilities, including their mutual comparison. Furthermore, the comparison between the areas of interest, evaluation results and a comparison of Czech and foreign agro-tourism. The thesis made ??proposals for improving the agro-tourist offer services that could contribute to the strengthening of the Czech agrotourism. The last part looks for possible financing sources and uses of funds funded the development of rural tourism and agrotourism in the monitored areas. For better orientation, the color assigned to each area, which is a line of work. For clarity in the work are also used clear tables and graphs that help to better describe the observed data from the survey.

The aim of the thesis was to introduce the principles of common agriculture policy and the farming processs of ecological farmer on the farm in the Klatovy region. Furthermore I wanted to point to the legal basis of this kind of business and to other options for possible activity diversification of a farmer due to the agriculture tourism. There are suggested three projects in the thesis that the farmer could ask for within the Rural development programme to extend his business. The first project for building own slaughter would support the partnership principle, the farmer will slaughter stock to other farmers in the neighbourhood. The second project deals with the present production enlargement and ensures the quality of stock life, the third project provides the diversificated activity in agriculture that should give support to enterprise revenues.
