Stanovení optimálních řezných podmínek na základě vizulizace řezných odporů

Čupa, Jan January 2017 (has links)
The thesis named Determination of optimum cutting conditions based on the visualization of cutting resistances is focused on the determination of optimum cutting conditions by the method of non-destructive testing - acoustic emission. Thesis specifically deals with the detection of cutting tool wear during continuous observation of machining process. The theoretical part of thesis starts with the theory of machining and wear mechanisms of cutting tools. Considerable attention has been paid to compilation from cutting force measurement. Final chapter of this part describes method of acoustic emission. Practical part of the thesis describes preparation and methodics of the experimental measurement. Next there is described measurement process with sharp and worn cutting tool. End of the thesis evaluates measurement results and also suggests practical application of the obtained knowledge.

Dostál, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
The thesis deals with the application of acoustic emission system to the machining process. The thesis describes the gist of the machining, the influence of the cutting conditions on the machining process, and attention is also focused to the used tooling materials and creation of sliver. Another part deals with acoustic emission, its basic characteristics and areas of its use. In the experimental part, is determine the measurement objective, is described there methodology of the measurement and the data obtained from the measurement is then evaluated.

Vizualizace procesu tavného svařování

Kraus, Jan January 2014 (has links)
The presented work deals with a rating of the welding process from the view of welding possibility based on a nondestructive testing record by an acoustic emission passive method (AE). The measuring are carried out on guaranteed welding materials and difficult welding materials. The material (metal-graphic and frakt-graphic) and mechanic verification of a weld creation is placed after the welding process and the reaction of the metals with a different chemical composition. There is also the analysis of the AE records depending on the material states during a formation of a fusible and resistance joint.

Konstrukce zkušební stanice pro diagnostiku poškození a úniků médií z pneumatických systémů / Construction of the station for the diagnosis of damage and leaks from pneumatic systems

Kojš, Denis January 2017 (has links)
Thesis deals with the design, implementation and verification of functionality of station designed for measuring of acoustic emissions from pneumatic cylinders for the purpose of fault diagnosis. The first part of this thesis includes an overview of previous work dealing with the diagnosis of pneumatic systems, also works dealing with the diagnosis of various machine parts using acoustic emission. Further work contains a description of the proposed conceptual design and final draft is described in detail, including occurred complications and their solutions. The last part describes the results of measurements of acoustic emissions from damaged and undamaged cylinders. Functionality of the station is verified by comparing the frequency spectra and envelopes of measured acoustic emission signal.

Mechanické vlastnosti vláknových uhlíkových kompozitů

Začal, Jaroslav January 2017 (has links)
Carbon fibre reinforced composites (CFRP) are construction material, which is viewed as a perspective for its ratio of mechanical properties to weight. In recent years the research was focused on implementing the carbon-based composites among smart materials. Nevertheless, extent and volume of use of these composites in technical practice is still not up to the potential, which this modern material offers. One of substantial reasons is the lack of adequate instruments for continuous manufacturing quality control and for mechanical condition monitoring of ready-made construction parts. For this reason the presented dissertation thesis is focused on effectiveness enhancement of detection of deformation response in composites subjected to mechanical loading with uniaxial tension with employment of passive acoustic emission (AE) detection, optical method for detection of surface deformation fields digital image correlation (DIC) and electron microscopy scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Combination of used methods proved as a robust instrument for identification and monitoring of entire degradation process in composite material in course of mechanical loading.

Průběžné sledování opotřebení obráběcího nástroje

Veselý, Václav January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis named Continuous monitoring of a machine tool wear deals with the issue of tool wear of machining. The thesis is divided into segments and the first segment deals with the areas of tool wear, the specific trends in the field of eliminating the tool wear and prolonging durability of tools, non-destructive test methods. These segments are a critical parts of the research, in the following part concentrates on the testing performed by the method of acoustic emission. The last part concentrates on the critical evaluation of the testing results.

Application of acoustic emission for surface roughness definition

Hajtman, Benjamín January 2019 (has links)
The surface quality or surface layer properties significantly affect the reliability and durability of component operations. The surface is described as a border which separates more objects or substances from each other. There are various types of tools which can be used to evaluate surface texture. A completely new method which helps to evaluate the surface roughness is the application of acoustic emission. In the experimental part were measured several surfaces of various materials by the set of acoustic emission and a gauge with a diamond tip. The recording was accomplished by two sensors, namely IDK-09 and MTPA-5. The results of the measurement were described, and the method is considered to be particularly successful when applied to hard materials.

Akustická odezva frézovacího procesu

Dostál, David January 2019 (has links)
The project deals with the application of acoustic emission measurement structure to the milling process. The essence of milling is described in this work, the characteristic of cutting tool wear and the load of the cutting tool is presented. Attention is also paid to the description of generating acoustic emission during chip formation. The following section focuses on the acoustic emission, its essential characteristics and its application. In the experimental part of the project, the aim of the measurement is de-fined, the methodology of the experiment is described in detail and the data evaluated in the measurement are evaluated.
