To trust is to accept vulnerability. We need trust when we are dependent on others to achieve what we want, but cannot predict with certainty how they will act. Product development represents such a situation. This activity means to deal with profound uncertainty; creating something that has not existed before. In the process, innovators builds on what has gone before and realizes the potential of their ideas with the help of those around them. Trust lies at the heart of this shared journey into the unknown. This thesis provides a dynamic and multi-level investigation into how trust develops in a context of product development and how trust can be repaired after being violated. A key contribution is the illumination of as yet underspecified connections between trust at the group level and the organizational level and the identification of novel mechanisms underlying inter-organizational trust repair. Moreover, the thesis suggests implications of trust for product development management. An important contribution in this area is a deeper understanding of how trust can function as an organizing principle, which enables the simultaneous pursuit of structure and creativity. / <p>Diss. The decentralization of government through the participation of society in regionalized decisions have changed the form of management and formed unique identities of each regional group. The main objective of the study is to seek to know the strategic alliances formed between sectors from Paraná / PR and northwestern Paraná economy, comprising 28 municipalities, with the participation of representatives from each participating city and sector meetings and decisions taken by the Forum Development. The aim is also to identify the motivating training Development Forum report and its importance in business, society and state. Through a script semi-structured interview was possible to identify the effectiveness of strategic alliances and the problems that must be corrected. A documentary analysis was buying actions and results achieved by the Development Forum. This is an exploratory and descriptive qualitative study. The study aims to contribute to the management of regional development and the growth of industries in the locality, as well as expanding the dialogue on the subject. / As alianças estratégicas intersetoriais, o desenvolvimento regional e descentralização do Estado são foco de estudo nessa dissertação. A descentralização do Estado através da participação da sociedade em decisões regionalizadas tem mudado a forma de gestão e formado identidades únicas a cada grupo regional. O objetivo principal do estudo foi o de conhecer as alianças estratégicas formadas entre os setores da economia de Paranavaí/PR e região noroeste do Paraná, formada por 28 municípios, com a participação de representantes de cada cidade e setor participam das reuniões e decisões tomadas pelo Fórum de Desenvolvimento. Pretende-se, ainda, identificar os motivadores da formação do Fórum de Desenvolvimento e relatar sua importância nas empresas, sociedade e Estado. Através de um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada foi possível identificar a efetividade das alianças estratégicas e os problemas que devem ser corrigidos. Por meio de uma análise documental é possível comprovar as ações e resultados atingidos pelo Fórum de Desenvolvimento. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa exploratória e descritiva O trabalho busca contribuir para a gestão do desenvolvimento regional e o crescimento dos setores na localidade, além de ampliação do diálogo sobre o tema.
