Forma a náležitosti výpovědi z nájmu bytu / Form and requisites of termination of the residential lease

Sehnalová, Natálie January 2021 (has links)
Form and requisites of termination of the residential lease Abstract The thesis targets the form and requisites of notice of termination of a residential lease in the light of the requirements arising from both the general regulation of legal acts and the general regulation of the lease to the specifics of the special regulation of the residential lease. The thesis is divided into eight chapters, the first of which deals with the notice in the light of general regulation of the lease (the author chose to devote this a separate chapter since he believes that this will achieve greater clarity). It describes both the legal regulation exclusive to renting in general, as well as legal regulation common to a residential lease. The second chapter deals with the form of termination, ie the requirement of a written form. This chapter separately describes both elements of the written form - written document and signature. Concerning the scope of this issue, a separate third chapter was devoted to the service of the notice, which seeks to present all conceivable situations that may arise during the service of the notice. Due to the scope of the issue (as well as due to the specific nature of the problem), the fourth chapter devoted to electronic notice was set aside as a separate one. The author considers this chapter...

Rethinking Vertical Living

Rashid, Md Mamunur 27 July 2023 (has links)
I have always been fascinated by vertical living, especially in the dense Urban context. I wonder how families become neighbors and create a sense of neighborhood when under a single roof in a multifamily/ multi storied housing complex. Whereas the building also serves the various amenities to its dwellers. Vertical living plays a very significant role and is typically necessary for housing the dense population in the urban areas. However, with limited resources, the living standards in those situations are often compromised. While focusing on the built environment, the intangible essence of 'home' has been lost. The notion of home is missing when living vertically. The home is not only a place of shelter that protects us from the hostility of nature, provides security, safety and privacy but also is associated with one's memories, celebrations and interactions throughout our lives. These are the aspirations and invaluable assets in our life. The notion of home is seldom fulfilled without the sense of neighborhood. In a healthy neighborhood, streets are walkable, neighbors know each other, with diversity and mixed use, public open spaces accessible to all. My research focuses on those aspects of human aspirations regarding the built environment and strives to bring back those experiences of home and neighborhood to vertical living. / Master of Architecture / Vertical living plays a very significant role and is typically necessary for housing the dense population in the urban areas. But it often fails to respond to its context, place, culture and emotional aspects of its dwellers. Moreover, with limited resources, the living standards in those situations are also compromised. While focusing on the built environment, the intangible essence of 'home' has been lost. The home is not only a place of shelter that protects us from the hostility of nature, provides security, safety and privacy but also is associated with one's memories, celebrations and interactions throughout our lives. These are the aspirations and invaluable assets in our life. This notion of home is missing when living vertically. The notion of home and the sense of neighborhood are closely related to each other. The traits of a healthy neighborhood are- walkable streets, friendly neighbors, density, diversity and mixed land use, accessible public open spaces. 'Rethinking vertical living' focuses on those aspects of human aspirations regarding the built environment. The research strives to bring back the emotional aspects of human life regarding home and neighborhood, and to improve the living standard in vertical living.

Zánik nájmu bytu / Termination of the lease of a flat

Kutková, Petra January 2011 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to analyse different kinds of apartment lease termination. The reason for choosing this subject was common occurrence of this institute in a real life. In my opinion this thesis could be interesting not only for lawyers, but for the common people as well. The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis: apartment, accessories of the apartment, apartment lease and lease contract. Chapter Two focuses on the apartment lease termination. It divides the termination in two different types - absolute and relative apartment lease termination. Chapter Three concentrates on absolute apartment lease termination. The most important kinds of absolute apartment lease termination are described there. The notice made by the lessor dominates among these kinds. The chapter Four analyzes different types of relative apartment lease termination. It deals with various changes either on the side of the leasee or the side of the lessor. The exchange of the apartment is mentioned in this chapter as well. The chapter Five looks at special kinds of apartment and consists of two parts according to these kinds - cooperative apartments and apartments for handicapped people. Different ways of apartment lease termination, which come on...

Stanovy společenství vlastníků jednotek / Articles of apartment owners association

Levý, Jan January 2012 (has links)
THESIS SUMMARY: ARTICLES OF APARTMENT OWNERS ASSOCIATION The thesis deals with the regulation of apartment owners associations in the Czech Republic, in particular, with the articles of association of such legal entity. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the Czech statutory regulation (especially The Act on Ownership of Apartments No. 72/1994 of Collection of Laws, and The Government Order No. 371/2004 Coll.) of the apartment owners association in general. There has been provided a short survey of the historical evolution of the ownership of apartments in the world as well as in the Czech Republic and a short depiction of the approaches on apartment ownership models - Anglo-Saxon-French and German Models. Greater attention in the first part is given then to the legal entity of apartment owners association. It examines the foundation and dismissal of the association, its legal capacity (and limits given by law), the membership in such association, and its bodies - assembly, statutory body, and other optional bodies. The second part is devoted to the articles. It is always necessary to examine the articles in light of the current legislation, which greatly affects the content of the articles. In the beginning of the second part, short characteristics of the articles is given,...
