This thesis deals with the education of autistic children. It is divided into ten chapters where further presents the history of autism, autistic spectrum disorders division, the diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorders, then focuses on the triad problem areas, which include communication, social behavior and imagination. Another chapter deals with the education of children with autism. The last chapter consists of methods for educating children with autism. In the practical part presents research that I conducted using a questionnaire. Furthermore, there are some interviews with experts on autism and teaching assistants.

Title: The educational life course of the child with autism spectrum disorder which is fulfilling compulsory school attendance in the regular class of primary school Summary: The thesis deals with issues of individual integration of children with autism spectrum disorder without intellectual disability into the regular classes of primary school. The thesis reflects the fact, that the numbers of pupils with the diagnosis are constantly increasing in primary schools. The objective of this study is to determine the educational life course of the child with autism spectrum disorder which is fulfilling compulsory school attendance in the regular class of primary school and to identify risk factors and differences in the education of these children. To realize this objective method of qualitative research has been chosen - specifically, the collective case study, based on an analysis of documentation. Based on comparison of individual educational life courses of probands and the ideal educational life course that was outlined in the relevant chapter of this study, risk factors and differences in the educational life course of the children with autism spectrum disorder were identified. Title: Autism and zootherapy In my thesis I deal with the topic of using different kinds of zootherapy for people with various autistic spectrum disorders. The thesis has a goal to find out diverse possibilities which zootherapy can offer to people with autistic spectrum disorders. I focused on exploration what kind of zootherapy is suitable for the specific diagnosis or the other way around, what kind of zootherapy is not a good fit for a concrete diagnosis. In the thesis I also describe a various subtypes of autistic spectrum disorders including Asperger's syndrome. I co-operate with organizations which are engaged in assistance for people with autism spectrum disorders, medical treatment and rehabilitation, zootherapy or professional animal assistance training. Zootherapy is in a constant expansion and suitability of various kinds of this therapeutic method for each autistic spectrum disorder, or mentally and physically disabled is still a matter of contemporary research. A dissertation "Integration of a boy with atypical autism into regular kindergarten" has the aim to present a particular process of integration in the regular kindergarten. It gives you a brief characteristic of preschool age, education in preschool age and a procedure of integration and related circumstances. A theoretical part brings you a view of child development in preschool period, specifics of preschool education and a process of integration in the Czech Republic. A research project has the aim to chart how is the integration perceived by three people who are involved in the integration. It is about the attitude of a mother, a headmistress and a class teacher who has been teaching the boy this year. Next there are given the tests that have the aim to determine the boy's current school maturity. These diagnostic tools were used - Orientational graphic test of the school maturity (Jirásek, 1970), Observational scheme for assessment of the school maturity (Kondáš, 1984). Rámcování autismu ve vybraných českých médiích a souvisejících diskusích / Framing Autism in Selected Czech Media and Related Discussions

The diploma thesis focuses on how the topic of autism is framed in articles published on two Czech internet servers - iDnes.cz and Blesk.cz. However, it also deals with discussions under the various articles, in order to find out what frameworks are in the reader's contributions, and whether there are issues that extend the discourse that speaks of autism. In the theoretical part of the thesis is presented not only the diagnosis of disorders of the autistic spectrum, but also the problems of media representation of otherness or representation of autism in the media. It also includes a more detailed description of the two research methods used, namely discourse analysis and framing. The research section first presents the eleven specific frameworks defined in the articles, devoted to their qualitative evaluation as well as quantitative representation on individual servers in 2016 and 2017. The second half of the empirical part is devoted to the analyzed discussions. In this case, ten major frameworks, as well as their representation on the servers mentioned above, are further elaborated. In the discussion and in the final part of the thesis, the results are compared with the foreign researches, detailed and outlined the possibilities of further research on the given topic.

The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates at the begining on pedagogical profession in general with deeper focus on a repertoire of techers' activities. There are being charecterised mandatory personal presumptions and competences of teachers. In detail is elaborated the part about autism. The main part of the chapter constitutes of a review of psychological and medicinal aproach to this issue, diagnostical criteria and a overview of all the pervasive developmental disorders. The final part describes the possibilities of educating children with autism not just in the Czech republic but as well in other european countries. The empirical part of the thesis shows results of qualitative research focused on evaluation of psychological specifics of the work of teachers educating children with autism in the Czech republic from the point of view of the teachers and parents. The theoretical introduction is based on general knowledge about autism, followed by important chapters of the thesis which are concerned on the visual communication, visual communication strategy in autism and compensation aids. The content of the practical part is the origin and solution description of the compensation aid suggested by myself the visual calendar for better orientation in the longer time space. In the conclusion of the thesis there is an assessment of the visual calendar use in practice. In addition there is a picture supplement.
