Návrh technologie obrábění strojních součástí pro kusovou výrobu v soukromé firmě / Proposal of technology workpieces in mechganical production for piece production in a private company

Bužek, Michal January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis focuses on the use of automation in single-part and small batch production in a private company. Introductory part deals with description the project and selecting representatives for which the project will be created. Followed by the comparison and selection of machines, tools and auxiliary equipment, selection of automation and software. Based on selection before, the three variants of automatization are developed, which will be compared at the end of diploma thesis and the best option will be selected.

Vývoj nové koncepce autonomních jeřábů / The Development of the New Concept of Autonomous Cranes

Kubín, Martin January 2013 (has links)
The presented PhD thesis aims to verify the possibilities of using capacitive accelerate sensors on the crane and handling technology. Capacitive acceleration sensors of MEMS type are currently widely used in electronics, e.g. laptops and mobile phones. Using these sensors could help to automate cranes, which would eventually reduce the financial costs of material handling. Precise knowledge of their own condition and position of the machine and the load is a necessary part of autonomous manipulators. The first part of thesis deals with the exploration of scientific research in the Czech Republic and abroad. Furthermore the options of mathematical description of moving the load on the rope tow are described including solved examples. One chapter is devoted to the description of sensors that could be used in the automation of cranes. The main part is focused on description of several experiments. The experiments were conducted in a lab constructed specially for this measurement. Mainly basic simpler models are described illustrating abilities of the sensor. The last part outlines further possible progress of research in this area.

Automatizace dokumentů jako nástroj minimalizace rizik / Document Automation as a Risk Minimization Tool

Roch, Eduard January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the issues of risks in document creation processes and the possibilities of their minimization through the implementation of document automation tools. The thesis identifies the motives and goals of three major companies in the Czech Republic which have decided to implement a system for document automation Legito. Using the FMEA method, this thesis demonstrates the influence of document automation in minimizing identified risk incorporated with document creation. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the analysis of expected risks associated with the implementation of the document automation system and its subsequent adoption by end-users. From the obtained information, the author of the thesis formulates a general process of implementing document automation systems, which defines the various aspects necessary for the successful deployment of the document automation system in companies.

Robotizace procesu ve firemním prostředí / Robotic Process Automation

Mudrich, Tomáš January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with robotic automation of selected business process using RPA technology. Robotic automation tools are compared with each other and two are subsequently selected for development of the automation – the UiPath software and the AiVIRO library. Realized automations are compared and evaluated in conclusion.

Využití automatizace testování z hlediska nákladů a přínosů / Usage of automated testing in terms of cost and benefits

Lízner, Tomáš January 2014 (has links)
This master's thesis is aimed at creating a methodology for the selection of suitable test for automation testing. The first part is devoted to the definition of the prerequisites for introduction of automated testing and the conditions for its effective course. The second part focuses on defining the exclusion criteria of tests which are unsuitable for automation. The following third part is devoted to defining the selection criteria for the determination of the test priority for automation. The selection criteria have been approved by the head of this thesis and consulted with the supervisor of the practical project, on which the criteria were tested for the first time. Based on these criteria, the individual manual tests are evaluated. Final count of points is used for determination of the test priority. The fourth section is devoted to calculation of the return on investment in automated testing. Because the investments made into the automated testing are very high, it must be assured that their amount will return for the selected period. The fifth part is focused on defining the principles for ensuring the proper maintenance of automated tests and describing the technical complications and frequent problems that may occur during automated testing. The last section is devoted to pilot verification of the methodology on a practical project and for determination of the test priority for automation.

Zvyšování míry automatizace výrobních procesů podniku / Increasing the level of automation of the company's production processes

Horák, Michal January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this work is to create a methodology for creating a strategy to increase the level of automation of manufacturing process. Based on the customer´s requirements, management of manufacturing company, the concept of methodology was developed. The research and design of the necessary tools and procedures to evaluate the feasibility of automation were subsequently carried out. Based on the outputs from the feasibility analysis, rules for the formulation of the automation strategy were established. The method was subsequently applied to the process of the manufacturing company for which an analysis of the feasibility of automation was carried out. Subsequently, recommendations were made for further steps to increase the level of automation, thus proposing a strategy for the company. The methodology created is applicable to companies with discrete batch production that do not have defined the automation strategy yet.

Optimalizace technologického procesu na obráběcím centru / Optimization of a technological process at the machining center

Šnejdar, Martin January 2016 (has links)
Objective of this work is optimization of a technological process at the machining center. The process of optimization concerns cost reduction and fabrication time reduction with automatization of fabrication by reducing the number of machine stoppings. It is achieved by introduction of an automatic measuring system of dimensional characteristics with system RENISHAW integrated at the machine. The objective is to achieve most elevated level of machine autonomy also by reducing the costs and fabrication time.
