This work deals with monitoring of tool machine. It is concerned with design and implementation of automation monitoring system at production company. This diploma work describes the way of automatic scanning of control data,elaboration obtain information and theirs presentation in user aplications. Diploma work serves like as instruction of median firms for implementation of automation monitoring system.

The aim of this thesis is to solve the problem from the industry, which consists of the design of workplace for bending parts using industrial robots and manipulators, appreciation and mutual comparison of the proposed alternates of solution of the problem, the choice of most of them, and the subsequent development and economic assessment. An integral part of work is also a brief summary of the issue of technology bending parts, automation and technological design.

This diploma thesis presents a design solution of a total station. The proposal is processed especially with regard to technical, ergonomic and aesthetic requirements. The main inovation of the proposal lies in a complex ergonomic and aesthetic solution that better reflects modern trends in the field of surveying technology. In comparison to current designs of the device, new proposal of the total station perfectly integrates certain parts of the device, such as a control panel. Since it is a relatively small device, it is important to design all details properly, especially the form and arrangement of controls. The thesis also suggests a number of alternative solutions to particular problems. The proposal of a total station is suitable for various types of work and methods of surveying.

The goal of this diploma thesis is the proposal and realization of modernizing experimental equipments for company named Strojírenský zkušební ústav, s.p. The company equipments deals with testing of fireplaces and stoves for solid fuels for heating. This company equipments is certified and therefore it has to realize demands for accurate measurement, reliability and subsequent manipulation of measured data. The modernizing is embodied in automation of the whole process of testing, measured data, evaluation and print of final report which is the measurement record.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of manufacturing gas valves on the automatic line and the design of CCTV systems to detect errors at assembly in Honeywell Czech Republic Ltd. The aim of this thesis is mutual comparison of the respective proposed options of the camera system, their optimal selection, and the evaluation of detected errors of the line by using Pareto Charts. An integral part of this work is a brief description of the automatic line for gas valves and the history of Honeywell Company.

The goal of this diploma thesis on the topic of „Automation of workplaces for laser welding“ is the design of a robotic manipulation device for a four position laser welder which has been designed for a real project for automotive parts company. The introduction part of this work analyses the assignment and describes the current state of the workplace, describes each work cycle operation and customer requirements at the workplace. The work then deals with solving individual key nodes at the workplace, including introducing this robot and end effector design. The conclusion of this work explains safety solutions at the workplace, and financial and technical evaluation.

This thesis consists of two parts. The first one contains a research about different kinds of divorces in tractors. There is also a description of a modelling in MATLAB, Simulink and Stateflow programs. The second part focuses on designing an algorithm of an automatic locking differential and connection front-wheel drive and its testing on a model of tractor. Furthermore the thesis solves an implementation process of the algorithm into the control unit.

Diploma thesis presents a study focused at the current level of industrial robotsand ther applications in the machining process. It presents current technology used in the selected company to produce components for the automotive industry. Based on analysis of the finished products presents the possible ways of alternating the current technology to ensure the required quality of production. This thesis discusses the design and implementation of integrated penetration testing system. In the first two chapters, the reader is introduced to the topic of penetration testing. The basic techniques and classification of tests are described as well as some of the most widely used methodologies. It also discusses the need to automate the testing process. Its implementation and the problems that had arisen during the process are the theme of chapter seven. The last part of the thesis describes practical experiments done with the tool and gives the reader some advice on securing computer networks.

This master’s thesis solves design of information system in order to support process of test report realization. It describes life cycle from customer request to test results reporting. Here is also included list of all input and output requested parameters for each laboratory test.
