Furthermore, this research verifies the first efforts for the adoption of an LGBT perspective, within the still incipient Brazilian transitional process. Lastly, this study reports the escalation of violence against LGBT people within the democractic period from the authritarian legacies of the dictatorship, which reinforced prejudice and LGBTphobic violence. / O presente trabalho est? vinculado ? linha de pesquisa Viol?ncia, Crime e Seguran?a P?blica, do Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncias Criminais da Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica do Rio Grande do Sul. A pesquisa tem como objetivo desvelar a repress?o, bem como a resist?ncia das pessoas LGBT durante a ditadura civil-militar brasileira. Ademais, este trabalho verifica os primeiros esfor?os para ado??o de um recorte LGBT, no ainda incipiente processo justransicional brasileiro. Por fim, este estudo relata a escalada da viol?ncia contra LGBTs na democracia, a partir dos legados autorit?rios da ditadura, a qual refor?ou o preconceito e a viol?ncia LGBTf?bicos.

ST 2019 ABSTRACT: The diploma thesis is focused on mystification in literary and visual arts, and on the use of this topic in art education at primary school. At the same time, the thesis deals with the concept of art and also with interdisciplinary relations. The aim of the thesis is to create an art work composed of fictitious artefacts that make a record of a foreign trip. Furthermore, the work of art is linked to the lessons of art education. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to introduce a theory that examines the subject of mystification and the diary. Furthermore, it is necessary to create artefacts and test the art lessons in practice. The contribution of the thesis is the creation of artistic work, which can be used within the motivational part of individual art lessons and thus to link the areas of education.
