The thesis deals with the recognition of the financial situation of „Hospodářské obchodní družstvo Jabloňov-Ruda“ in years 2012 – 2016. The first part of the thesis contains theoretic findings that are subsequently applied at the evaluation of the financial health of the analysed organization during the application of chosen methods of the strategic and financial analysis.On the basis of the total recognition of the financial situation of the agricultural co-operative, actions leading to improvements of an exist status are brought in.

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the efficiency of selected bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the basic terminology and methodology of bankruptcy models creation are introduced. In addition are mentioned, model constraints, an overview of the indicators used, and information about model accuracy. This part also presents analyzed models and methods of assessing the reliability of bankruptcy models. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is evaluated and a new bankruptcy model is built.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze contemporary financial position of building company Pátek, spol. s .r. o. with an accent to selected methods of financial analysis and overall comparison with selected competition. At the basis of evaluation of the company position in the years 2003 to 2006 there are defined correspondent conclusions. Father possible solutions are proposed to manage company increasing production growth in future years.

Subsequently, these findings are practically applied on the analysing company. According to gained information are presented the proposals that improve a financial position company.

The aim of this diploma thesis is assessment of competitiveness in construction company with help of tools and methods of financial analysis. In the first part are defined theoretical terms related to examined problem, while attention is focused on terms construction company, competitiveness and financial analysis. In practical part are applied methods of financial analysis which are used to assess efficiency of the company. Achieved results are compared with the most important competitors on the market and also with branch. To comparing was used benchmarking diagnostic system of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. As an output of this thesis are recommended tools for continuous assessment of competitiveness.

This thesis examines part of financial analysis focused on financial risks arising from the results of the financial analysis. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of financial analysis, including formulas necessary for the analytical part of the work. This master´s thesis assess the financial situation of the company Palírna u Zeleného stromu - Starorežná Prostějov, k.s. in the years 2004 - 2006 by means of selected methods of financial analysis. It contains proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which should result in the improvement of company´s financial situation in the future years.

The diploma thesis is aimed at creating a bankruptcy model for companies of the construction industry in the Czech Republic by using discriminant analysis. In the theoretical part, the concept of bankruptcy model is defined; this part is focused on the inclusion of bankruptcy models in economics, a look into their history, a description of selected models and a brief characteristic of the construction industry. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is counted and a new bankruptcy model is built.
