Diploma thesis on topic "Economic analysis of company Sécheron Tchequie Ltd." evaluates the economic situation of the corporation in the years 2009 - 2013. The first part introduces the topic of this master's thesis and the aim of the thesis. The methodological part describes the economic analysis, its users and sources of information. It also deals with basic methods, such as analysis of absolute, differential and relative indicators, balance sheet rules, summary indexes of ratings, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and comparing the company with the industry through Spider analysis. At the beginning the practical part characterizes analyzed company, then the individual methods of economic analysis applied to a particular corporation. In conclusion the results will be summarized of the economic situation of the corporation.

This Master's thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the company KMOTR - Masna Kroměříž a.s. for the period 2009 -- 2013 and a comparison of its results with selected competitors. Consequently there is analysed the sector where KMOTR operates. The thesis is divided into three major parts. The first part deals with the theoretical basis for financial analysis and strategic sector analysis. Another part is focused on the analysis of the production and preserving of meat and meat products and introduction of selected competitors. Last part comprises my own analysis based on public financial statements. In the conclusion there is presented a summary of the most important results and recommendations for improvement of the company situation.

This Master's thesis aims to analyze the economic and financial situation of Yusen Logistics (Czech) Ltd. in the period 2009 - 2013, which would be achieved by using the methods of economic analysis. The core of the thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical part that will describe the methods and practices of economic analysis and the practical part where data from the financial statements of the company is subjected to analysis of absolute and relative indicators. The rate of fulfilment of the recommendations given by golden balance rules will be assessed. This thesis contains also decomposition of return on equity indicator, working capital analysis and calculation of economic value added. Application of selected aggregate solvent and bankruptcy models will allow us to assess the complex financial health and future economic situation of the company. At the end of the practical part, the results of selected indicators will be compared with the results of the entire sector Transport and storage.

This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a bankruptcy model for the manufacturing industry in the Czech Republic using logit analysis. The theoretical part defines the concept of bankruptcy model, financial distress and financial health of the company. This section is focused on the influence of macroeconomics on the accuracy of these models, a look into their history and description of selected models. The practical part of the thesis is initially focused on determining the reliability of selected bankruptcy models, and then a new bankruptcy model is compiled.

The diploma thesis is aimed at the problematic within the prediction of bankruptcy of companies operating in manufacturing industry in Czech Republic. There are defined terms related to the topic, methods of creating bankruptcy models and selected bankruptcy models in the theoretical part. Analytical part includes testing of the selected bankruptcy models. Thereafter a new bankruptcy model is created, which is subsequently tested and its accuraccy is compared to models from other authors.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of bankruptcy prediction of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the manufacturing industry in selected Central European countries. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts related to the prediction of bankruptcy and methods of model creation. The analytical part of the work includes testing the accuracy of selected bankruptcy model by other authors and creating a new bankruptcy model. The accuracy of the newly created model is then compared with the accuracy of selected models by other authors.

This diploma thesis deals with assessment of financial situation of a chosen company on basis of its accounts. The first part of the thesis includes an issue of financial analysis, its devices and methods. The next part contains financial analysis itself. First, property and financial structure of the company is evaluated by means of horizontal and vertical analyses. The thesis focuses mostly on a calculation and successive evaluation of ratio indicators of profitability, liquidity, insolvency and activity. In conclusion of the financial analysis there are multidimensional bankruptcy models used which are a part of the predication of financial stringency of the company. On the basis of findings the diploma thesis includes proposal of strategy which should improve financial health of examinated company.

The diploma thesis is focused on estimation of financial standing of the company Lesostavby Frýdek-Místek, a. s. in the years 2003-2007. The financial standing is estimated by the methods of financial analysis. The key role is played by so-called elementary methods, mainly by absolute, difference, ratio indexes as well as site and bankruptcy models. Based on the situation assessed by the methods the scheme of improvement has been created for several following years.

Předmětem diplomové práce je provést finanční analýzu v konkrétní společonsti a uvést návrhy na zlepšení její finanční situace. První část práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky v oblasti finační analýzy. Představení společnosti a její popis následuje v další kapitole. Ve třetí části práce jsou ziskané teoretivké vědomosti prakticky aplikovány. V závěru jsou zpracovány návrhy a doporučení směřující ke zlepšení finanční situace vybrané společnosti.

This diploma thesis deals with theoretical and practical part of analysis Brno firm Cyrrus a.s. In practical part it defines the main problem which the firm copes in the last years. Analysis SWOT identifies weak parts of company and so possible causes of shortcomings as well. Also it highlights parts, where the firm has a competitive advantage which means an opportunity for company. SLEPTE analysis defines business environment with its impacts on the firm. In the next part on the base of undertaken analyses the thesis presents proposals for higher efficiency of firm business. In the end it summarizes achieved results.
