The financial analysis of Hybler Textil, s. r. o. evaluates this company in phase 2005 - 2008. I aplicated creditworhty and bankrupty models, economic value added and comparison with other undertakings.

The thesis is focused on application of methods of financial analysis, solvent and bankruptcy indicators and methods for assessing the vitality of the company by H. Pollak. These methods will be applied on the Prague Energy Company, Inc. This thesis aims to compare the resulting values and vitality assessment of Prague Energy Company, Inc.

The main aim of this thesis is to review the economic situation of Czech Airlines Company in period from 2002 till 2008. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part includes the explanation of basic financial analysis methods, such as horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of ratio indicators, working capital analysis etc. Practical part applies these methods to the company. Creditworthy and bankruptcy models analyse the complex assessment of the financial situation. The end of the thesis summarizes financial analysis results and includes recommendation for the management.

This work provides financial analysis and comparison of two oil companies: Chevron and ExxonMobil, with bigger accent on practise rather than theory. It could be divided into two main parts: history and financial analysis itself. In the first part history of both oil giant was provided, from the beginning until nowadays. Second part was divided into chapters: single-criterion analysis and multiple-criteria comparison. In single-criterion analysis I applied horizontal and vertical analysis on balance sheet, income statements and cash flows statements of both companies. Then analysis of financial ratios was done: profitability, liquidity, debt, asset management, capital market and work productivity. Moreover, economic value added was calculated. In multiple-criteria comparison method of a simple division and prosperous (Tamari) and bankruptcy models (Z-score and Beerman) were calculated. In conclusion the main and the most significant results and comparison and comments were provided.

The aim of this thesis is to carry out an analysis of economic results of Nemocnice Jindřichův Hradec, a. s. and Nemocnice Pelhřimov, p. o. For purposes of the analysis, a choice of value and bankruptcy models along with debt ratios for the period 2009 - 2013 is used. As a part of the analysis, suitable models and indicators are suggested to determine the effectiveness of the hospitals' management. Furthermore, differences of finding economic results of hospitals of different legal forms are evaluated. On this basis, a draft list of entries appearing in the profit and loss of a joint stock company and a contributory organization is compiled. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the models, debt ratios, a choice of appropriate indicators, and suggestions for the applicability of the models in the hospital environment.

This Diploma thesis deals with economical analysis of ZEPRIS s.r.o company during years 2007 and 2013. Used methodological apparatus includes both absolute indicators and ratios, economic value added, financial distress prediction models, analysis of financial and operating leverage and stock analysis. In the practical part selected indicators are applied to company. Comparison with the industry of engineering construction is done according to the available data for the period 2007-2012.

The thesis focuses on the insolvency proceedings, which were performed in the company MSV Metal Studénka, as a traditional Czech manufacturing company, which is engaged in the manufacturing of products for the railway, construction and automotive industries. The company got into insolvency in response to the economic crisis that hit the entire Euro-Atlantic region in 2008. Moreover, in 2008, the new Insolvency Act entered into force, it introduced new options how to solve bankruptcy in the Czech law, including a company reorganization controlled by its creditors. The thesis identifies and analyzes the main steps in the restoration process made by the crisis management, examines whether insolvency could be predicted even before the crisis, and compares the satisfaction of creditor groups in insolvency proceedings with the market average.

Diploma thesis deals with the Economic analysis of a company ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a. s. and evaluates its economic condition from 2010 until 2014. Thesis involves strategic analysis and financial analysis. Author describes the topic with a perspective of an external analyst and used companys annual report as his fundamental source. The strategic analysis is based on its micro and macro environment and SWOT analysis as well. The Financial analysis includes calculation of absolute, differential and ratio indicators. On top of that financial analysis contains the pyramid decomposition of the return on equity, economic value added, the bankruptcy and solvency models and comparison among other companies. Based on his research author concludes with recommendations which could lead to improvement of companys economic and market position. Most important findings are summarized and companys condition is evaluated at the end of this thesis.

Diploma thesis on topic "Economical analysis of the corporation" consists of theoretical and practical part. Theoretical basis is focused on explanation of concept (and its meaning) of economical/financial analysis and construction of individual markers in terms of selected methods of economical/financial analysis (analysis of absolute, relative, differential and value indicators, balance rules, creditworthy and bankruptcy models, decomposition of top indicators, economical normal, branch comparison., Spider analysis). Practical part rests on application of chosen methods of economical/financial analysis on Asseco Solutions corporation.

Diploma thesis entitled "Financial Analysis of companies in the brewing industry" is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part deals with the actual subject of the financial analysis, followed by users of financial analysis, information sources and techniques of financial analysis. This theoretical part is followed by a empirical part, which uses the knowledge gained from the theoretical concept and applies it to a specific companies, the company Pilsner Urquell Inc., Jihlava Brewery Inc. and Brewery Nova Paka Inc. Conclusion contains an evaluation of the results and the practical suggestions and recommendations for improving the financial situation of the analyzed companies.
