Barn som bevittnat våld. Hur bör de förhöras?

Ört, Rebecca January 2013 (has links)
This literature review is written on behalf of the City of Malmö regarding children who have witnessed violence and how these should be interrogated and whether children are competent as witness. This study will attempt to answer this question through a systematic literature review. The results show that children can be competent witnesses who can provide accurate and reliable statements about the interrogated event if the hearing has been adapted to the child's level of development. Furthermore, the study also showed that children’s influence of suggestion is strongly linked to their development and how this may have been affected by witnessing violence, but also the circumstances under which the child has been interrogated.
