Neste estudo, apresentamos conteúdos matemáticos adaptáveis tanto para os anos finais do ensino fundamental quanto para o ensino médio. Iniciamos com um conjunto de ideias preliminares: indução matemática, triângulo de Pascal, Binômio de Newton e relações trigonométricas, para a obtenção de fórmulas de somas finitas, em que os valores das parcelas são computados sobre números inteiros consecutivos, e da técnica de transformação de soma finita em telescópica. Enunciamos Progressões Aritméticas e Geométricas como sequências numéricas e suas propriedades, obtendo a soma de seus n primeiros termos, associando com propriedades do triângulo de Pascal. Por fim, descrevemos Funções Aritméticas, Funções Aritméticas Totalmente Multiplicativas e Fortemente Multiplicativas, como sequências de números naturais, com suas operações e propriedades, direcionando ao objetivo de calcular o número de divisores naturais de n, a soma de todos os divisores naturais de n, e assim por diante. Como consequência, exibimos a fórmula de contagem do número de polinômios mônicos irredutíveis. / In this study, we present mathematical content that is adaptable to both of the final years of elementary school and to high school. We start with a set of preliminary ideas: mathematical induction, Pascal\'s triangle, Newton\'s binomial and trigonometric relations, to obtain finite sum formulas, where the parts are computed on consecutive integers, and the technique for transforming a finite sum in telescopic one. We state the Arithmetic and Geometric Progressions as numerical sequences and study their properties, obtaining the sum of their n first terms, associating with properties of the Pascal\'s triangle. Finally, we describe the Arithmetic, Totally Multiplicative and Strongly Multiplicative Arithmetic Functions, as sequences of natural numbers, with their operations and properties, as a way to calculating the number of natural divisors of n, the sum of all natural divisors of n, and so on. As a consequence, we obtain the counting formula of the number of irreducible mononical polynomials.

Este trabalho aplica um procedimento para análise do desempenho de um autoveículo rodoviário (Kadett GS 2.0 da General Motors do Brasil), em aceleração e desaceleração (freagem), considerando o \"passeio do centro de gravidade\" e as \"restrições impostas pelo binômio pneumático x pavimento\". A dinâmica do processo de frenagem do veículo/exemplo é estudada, obtendo-se a desaceleração e o espaço percorrido, como função do \"passeio do centro de gravidade\" e duas \"restrições impostas pelo pneumático x pavimento\". Comparações teórico-experimentais são realizadas. Para o controle do processo de frenagem do veículo/exemplo, obtém-se uma \"função-transferência\" que muda continuamente o balanceamento das forças de frenagem nos eixos, utilizando-se, para isto, de sinais oriundos de um acelerômetro e de um sensor de peso instalados no veículo. Esta função otimiza o processo de frenagem para qualquer carregamento permissível do veículo e em qualquer nível de desaceleração (qualquer tipo de piso). Deste veículo obtêm-se os diagramas de rendimento, aceleração líquida para cada marcha engrenada, e, posteriormente, o \"tempo de aceleração\" e \"retomada de velocidade\", como função do \"passeio do centro de gravidade\" e das \"restrições impostas pelo pneumático x pavimento\". Comparações teórico-experimentais são também realizadas. Em todos os casos, foram obtidos bons resultados na comparação teórico-experimental, validando o modelo matemático elaborado e o procedimento de análise. / This work applies a procedure for the analysis of the performance of a road vehicle, (General Motors do Brasil, Kadett GS 2.0), in acceleration and deceleration (braking), which takes into consideration the centre of gravity envelope and the restrictions imposed by the tyre/surface relationship. A study is made of the dynamic braking process of the vehicle/example, and the deceleration and distance covered are obtained as a functions of the c.g. position and the tyre/surface relationship. Comparisons are made between theory and experiment. A transfer function is obtained for the control of the braking process of the vehicle/example, that continually changes the balance of the braking forces on the axles, thorugh the use of signals transmitted from an accelerometer (g - meter) and a sensor giving the installed weight of the vehicle. This function optimizes the braking process for any permissible vehicle load and deceleration level, for any type of surface. The performance diagrams, the acceleration in each gear, and, following these the acceleration time and time-to-return-to-normal-speed are obtained as functions of the position of the c.g. and the restrictions imposed by the tyre/surface relationship. Comparisons of theory with practice are also made. In all cases, comparisons between theory and practice give good results, validating the mathematical model and the analysis procedure.

The objects of this investigation are the fashion images printed in banners, billboards, images in buildings and interiors of shopping centers. The current metropolises show off the fact that they have being organized around the production and the seduction for almost two hundred years. In them, it is possible to check that is built a practice of appearances beside the history of the persons and objects. Paradoxically, the metropolises practice ways of removal, at the same time that social movements produce forms of closeness. In that habitat, it was developed the sewing industry and next to it, a demanding and segmented public moved by the novelty. It is also in the same stage, played by beauty and consumption, that the advertisement image explores its appeal to an immediate one. So, contemporary cities so much produce fast-fashion products as much social types here called image-costumer. It is necessary to emphasize that to be delighted before images, depends on the personal capacity of the individual in managing the received data. In this context, different tendencies of reception are shown: some accept in the full text the pretentious images and others seize only the languages proposed by the media. The hypothesis of this inquiry proposes that fashion images fill out individual deficit through the reconfiguration of their symbolic elements. The first symbol of the individual it is the images that he stores in his memory. Since he was born, the individual is enclosed by stimuli, particularly visual stimuli. These symbols that support the individual nowadays they are also explored by advertisement market. In order to understand the dynamic of these events the following objectives are put: 1. to identify in what ways the observer appropriates the fashion images; 2. to investigate the communicative potential of fashion billboard. The connecting thread of this inquiry goes through the reflections of Dietmar Kamper who discusses the technical images; Harry Pross who treats the pragmatic results of the symbolic orders; Baudrillard and Milton Santos, they analyse the mediation of the objects in urban space; Walter Benjamin and George Simmel, they point out the reflexes of urban life on the individuals. There are two the axles of this inquiry, a vertical, which means, a bibliographical lifting and, the other one, horizontal reached through field work. At both, it is valued in which measure they bring near the images of surface of those primary ones filed by the individual in his memory. The images in fashion billboards are objects of specified glances and they contain in its structure an efficient device of attention: the face. In that context, the observer and the image are face to face but the binomial face-clothes, in the billboards, reveals a mechanism of variation. Because in making seeming, simulating, by the use of the garment becomes a way for going out from the boredom, the changing, when the potential is going up in value of transforming stimuli. The communicative strength of the binomial face-clothes rests in the capacity of the individual of turning elements of the memory into realizable objectives. Since, contemporary individual is enclosed of objects and feelings to build a visual identity / Esta pesquisa estuda a comunicação urbana e seus dispositivos de atenção. São o objeto desta investigação as imagens da moda estampadas em banners, outdoors, imagens em edifícios e interiores de shoppings. As metrópoles atuais herdam o fato de se organizarem em torno da produção e da sedução há quase duzentos anos. Nelas é possível verificar que ao lado da história dos corpos e dos objetos constrói-se uma prática das aparências. Paradoxais, elas promovem o distanciamento, mas também movimentações sociais que propiciam formas de vinculação. Nesse habitat se desenvolve a indústria da costura e junto dela um público exigente, segmentado e movido pela novidade. É também nesse palco, encenado pela beleza e o consumo, que a imagem publicitária explora seu caráter de apelo ao imediato. Assim, as cidades contemporâneas tanto geram produtos fast fashion quanto tipos sociais aqui denominados de consumidores-imagem . Deve-se ressaltar que extasiar-se diante de imagens depende da capacidade do indivíduo de administrar as informações recebidas. Neste contexto revelam-se tendências distintas de recepção, onde uns aceitam na integra as imagens exibidas e outros apenas se apropriam das linguagens propostas pela mídia. A hipótese desta pesquisa propõe que as imagens da moda preenchem o déficit do indivíduo por meio da reconfiguração de seus elementos simbólicos. O primeiro símbolo do indivíduo são as imagens que ele provisiona na memória. Esses símbolos que sustentam o homem hoje são potencializados pelo mercado publicitário. Para compreensão desses eventos colocam-se os seguintes objetivos: 1. Identificar de que forma o observador se apropria das imagens da moda; 2. Investigar o potencial comunicativo do outdoor de moda. Esta pesquisa percorre as reflexões de Dietmar Kamper que discute as imagens técnicas; Harry Pross que trata dos resultados pragmáticos das ordens simbólicas, Baudrillard e Milton Santos que analisam a mediação dos objetos no espaço urbano, Walter Benjamin e George Simmel que apontam os reflexos da vida urbana sobre os indivíduos; são dois os eixos desta pesquisa, um vertical mediante levantamento bibliográfico e outro horizontal alcançado por meio de pesquisa de campo. Em ambos avalia-se em que medida se aproximam as imagens de superfície daquelas primárias arquivadas pelo indivíduo na memória. As imagens nos outdoors de moda são objetos de olhares particularizados e contêm na sua estrutura imagética um dispositivo eficaz de atenção: o rosto. Nessa troca observador e imagem ficam frente a frente. O binômio rosto-roupa nos outdoors revelase um mecanismo de variação, pois o fazer parecer, o simular, pela vestimenta se mostra uma forma de sair do tédio, de mudar, valorizando-se o potencial do indivíduo de transformar estímulos. Sua força comunicativa repousa na capacidade do indivíduo de transformar elementos da memória em objetivos realizáveis. Desse modo, esta pesquisa conclui que o indivíduo contemporâneo cerca-se de objetos e sentidos para construir uma identidade visual personalizada

This work analyzes the institutional-politician insertion of the Social Service in the Brazilian Providence in the period of 1960-2003, demonstrating that the same is related to the determination partner-economic and politics of the society crossed by the conflict between the capital and the work. And, this makes with that the development of the profession in this politics presents stability/instability movements. The inquiry involved referring metodologics procedures to the bibliographical research, the documentary one and the exploratory empirical research. This was carried through because, for the analysis of the study object, the inquiry of the dynamics of practical concrete professionals in the scope of the providence politics was necessary. For this, we carry through interviews opened in two social assistants who had had intense performance in the Social Service in the Providence in Alagoas, with the objective to rescue the beginning of the practical professional in the State of Alagoas, besides searching answers for gaps and questionings that had appeared in elapsing of the inquiry process. The choice of the universe of the providence politics is supported in its ample meaning as the nucleus of the public politics on which the possibilities of a State of Well-being in Brazil had been constructed. The development of the inquiry made it possible for us to understand the relation between the social politics specifically, the providence politics, and the Social Service in the context of the capitalist society not as something isolate more articulated to the social relations that crossed the society in its totality, contributing for the viability of practical that they are inserted in the forms of confrontation of the manifestations of the social matter. / Este trabalho analisa a inserção político-institucional do Serviço Social na Previdência brasileira no período 1960-2003, demonstrando que está relacionada às determinações sócioeconômica e políticas da sociedade, permeada pelo conflito entre o capital e o trabalho. Isso faz com que o desenvolvimento da profissão apresente movimentos de estabilidade e instabilidade. A investigação requereu os seguintes procedimentos metodológicos: pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e pesquisa empírica exploratória. Esta foi realizada porque foi necessária a investigação da dinâmica de práticas profissionais concretas no âmbito da política previdenciária. Para isso, realizamos entrevistas abertas com duas assistentes sociais que tiveram intensa atuação no Serviço Social da Previdência em Alagoas, com o objetivo de resgatar o início da prática profissional no Estado, além de buscar respostas para lacunas e questionamentos que surgiram no decorrer do processo de investigação. A escolha do universo da política previdenciária sust enta-se no seu amplo significado como o núcleo das políticas públicas sobre a qual foram construídas as possibilidades de um Estado de Bem-estar no Brasil. O desenvolvimento da investigação possibilitou-nos compreender a relação entre as políticas sociais, especificamente a política previdenciária e o Serviço Social no contexto da sociedade capitalista, não como algo isolado mais articulado às relações sociais que permeiam a sociedade em sua totalidade, contribuindo para a viabilização de práticas que se inserem nas formas de enfrentamento das manifestações da questão social.
