This diploma thesis “The Assessment of the Capacity of Bridge Profiles on the Bobrava River” focuses on making calculations of a system of bridges by using HEC-RAS PC software. This thesis assesses the capacity of bridges and applies knowledge of model research to design increase the capacity. A model of a stream on Bobrava River will be created. Furthermore, modifications of a river bed and bridge profiles will be realized for safe conversion Q100 by these constructions. Subsequently, a model of the modified stream n Bobrava River will be made. Lengthways profiles of water surface, table and graphic outputs from HEC-RAS PC software and modified designs will be output.

U-Party es una plataforma online donde se ofrece una gama de productos destinados y dirigido al segmento de clientes con requerimientos de una celebración, actividad o reunión familiar en el hogar, además, cuenta con servicio de “delivery”. U-Party se caracteriza por ser un modelo de negocio innovador incluyendo el servicio de recojo y despacho de productos de la categoría de bebidas, bocaditos, postres y decoración, destinado a cumplir la demanda bilateral por clientes quienes compran un conjunto de insumos requeridos para una actividad en casa; por otro lado, U-Party es un impulsor de negocios al ser una plataforma como un modelo puente para el aumento de las ventas de pequeños negocios cobrando bajo costos de comisión.
U-Party atenderá inicialmente a clientes de las zonas 6 y 7 de Lima Metropolitana con vías de atender nuevos distritos durante el periodo de operatividad. Este modelo de negocio cuenta con una propuesta de valor atractiva y competente dentro del mercado peruano aplicado a una demanda específica, además se aborda el compromiso de facilitar la vida de las personas sin poner en riesgo la salud dada la coyuntura aplicado en el periodo 2020.
Finalmente, a lo largo del proyecto se detallan estrategias a llevar a cabo como alianzas comerciales logísticas, el crecimiento de ventas, la inclusión de nuevos socios comerciales y la elaboración de una plataforma amigable para el uso, para concretarse como una empresa que pretenda acoplarse dentro de la competencia en el mercado peruano de las apps de “delivery” como Rappi y Glovo. / U-Party is an online platform where a range of products is offered and aimed at the customer segment with requirements of a celebration, activity or family meeting at home, in addition, it has a "delivery" service. U-Party is characterized by being an innovative business model including the collection and dispatch service of products of the category of beverages, snacks, desserts and decoration, intended to meet the bilateral demand by customers who buy a set of inputs required for a home activity; on the other hand, U-Party is a business driver as a platform as a bridge model for increasing small business sales by charging low commission costs.
U-Party will initially serve customers in zones 6 and 7 of Lima Metropolitana with ways to serve new districts during the different period of operation and expansion. This business model has an attractive and competent value proposition within the Peruvian market applied to a specific demand, in addition it addresses the commitment to facilitate the lives of people without compromising health given the situation applied in the period 2020.
Finally, throughout the project we detail strategies to be carried out such as logistics business alliances, sales growth, the inclusion of new business partners and the development of a user-friendly platform, to become a company that aims to fit within the competition in the Peruvian market of "delivery" apps such as Rappi and Glovo. / Trabajo de investigación
