En el siguiente proyecto se presenta la factibilidad de introducir al mercado una plataforma en la web para la venta de productos especializados en matrimonio, donde los novios crean su propia lista de regalos juntando productos de las marcas de su preferencia y simplificando así la opción de compra a sus invitados, Esta plataforma está dirigida a un segmento de nivel socioeconómico A-B el cual es más exigente y sofisticado al elegir un producto y tiende a preferir marcas que reconozcan su estatus y sean de gran calidad. En la primera parte se hablará de la situación del mercado digital peruano y tendencias a nivel mundial, la penetración de internet en nuestro país y los usos y actitudes de los internautas en este nuevo mercado. Asimismo, el análisis de la situación del proyecto, oportunidad de negocio identificada, demanda potencial y el estudio de mercado realizado así como las conclusiones que nos llevaron a escoger el estilo de vida, gustos y preferencias de nuestro público objetivo. / Tesis

A indústria da construção civil possui um modo de operação semelhante às organizações virtuais, mas de forma não estruturada, deixando de proporcionar vantagens competitivas. Para tanto, a tese irá propor, baseada em abordagem analítica de referencial teórico e estudos exploratórios de múltiplos casos, a avaliação requisitos para formação e gerência de redes colaborativas entre empresas da construção civil. Esta avaliação resulta na proposição de projeto piloto que direciona a correta implementação de softwares futuros para o setor da construção civil, uma vez que engloba e sana relevantes aspectos detectados como lacunas nos mais importantes projetos internacionais do setor. / The civil construction industry possess na operational way similar to virtual organizations, but of form not structuralized, leaving to provide competitive advantages. For in such a way, the thesis will propose, established in analytical boarding of bibliographical research and exploratory studies of multiple cases, the evaluation of requirements for formation and management of collaborative networks among civil constructions companies. This evaluation results in the proposal of pilot project that directs the correct implementation of future softwares for the civil construction sector, once that involves and solve important aspects as gaps detected in the most important international projects of this sector.

The main object of this research is to identify elements in order to think about the legal status of the online platform of crowdinvesting, from the description of its activities concerning the public offers of securities. In such order, the online platform chosen to provide such description was Broota Brasil, as a sole object of analysis, specially because is the pioneer in the crowdinvesting activity. The identification of the elements that shall provide a discussion regarding the online platform’s legal status is important, because enables: (i) the discussion regarding its possible legal status; and (ii) to assure if there is legal certainty of the activities processed in the online plataform. To guide this research, two hypothesis were elected considering that the online platform is a virtual place that provides space to publicly offer securities, such as: (i) organized over-the-counter; and (i) non-organized over-the-counter. Thereby, is enacted the description of Broota Brasil online platform’s activities under the public offer of securities. After such description, it was provided based on the legislation and legal literature, a description of the characteristics that legally defines such hypothesis. Next, it was analyzed if such characteristics were on the activities developed by Broota Brasil online platform. Lastly, it was verified that such characteristics were not identified on the online platform. In such case it is suggested a research agenda concerning possible legal status of the online platform, mostly because of its objective of joining entrepreneurs and investors regarding the buy and sell of securities.Crowdfunding is an alternative to raise capital that has been emerging both in the international and national setting and basically regards raising capital through the internet, in which small amounts are raised from a large number of people. / Crowdinvesting consiste na captação de recursos financeiros por empreendedores, por meio de uma plataforma online na internet, em que os investidores recebem em troca de seus aportes financeiros uma participação na empresa nascente investida. Trata-se de uma modalidade de financiamento peculiar, uma vez que usualmente realiza a oferta pública de valores mobiliários. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar elementos para se pensar na qualificação jurídica da plataforma online de crowdinvesting, a partir da descrição de suas atividades realizadas no âmbito da oferta pública de valores mobiliários. Para tanto, foi escolhida a plataforma online da Broota Brasil como objeto único de análise, pois é a empresa pioneira na atividade. Identificar os elementos que propiciam uma reflexão acerca da qualificação jurídica que a plataforma online de crowdinvesting é importante, pois permite a (i) reflexão acerca do seu possível tratamento jurídico; e (ii) verificar se há segurança jurídica nas atividades cursadas no âmbito da plataforma online. Para nortear o presente trabalho, foram eleitas duas hipóteses de pesquisa, considerando que a plataforma online consiste em um ambiente virtual que disponibiliza espaço para a realização de ofertas públicas de valores mobiliários, sendo reputada como (i) mercado de balcão organizado; ou (ii) mercado de balcão não organizado. Assim, é realizada a descrição das atividades da plataforma online da Broota Brasil no âmbito da realização de oferta pública de valores mobiliários. Após, com base na legislação e doutrina específica, foi efetuada a descrição das características que conceituam juridicamente as referidas hipóteses. Em seguida, foram identificadas se tais características estavam presentes nas atividades desenvolvidas pela plataforma online da Broota Brasil. Por fim, não sendo reveladas tais características, sugere-se uma agenda de pesquisa apontando as possíveis qualificações jurídicas da plataforma online, em razão de sua aproximação de empreendedores e investidores no âmbito do negócio jurídico de compra e venda de oferta pública de valores mobiliários.

La tendencia y la incertidumbre en la compra por internet están cambiando. En el 2019 se registró que cerca de 6 millones de peruanos realizan compras por internet, eso representa el 24% de la población que va en aumento más aún por la crisis generada por la llega del coronavirus que ha motivado a que muchas empresas empiezan a cambiar su proceso de ventas adecuando su modelo de negocio a la nueva forma de consumo de las personas. Asimismo, en Perú la micro y pequeña empresa supera el 95% del total, según estudio de “Brechas para el emprendimiento del Observatorio de la Alianza del Pacífico”. Dado este contexto, surge Disclothes un startup peruano con una visión innovadora enfocado en promover el reconocimiento de marcas peruanas mediante la venta de sus prendas a través de nuestra plataforma online. Nuestro objetivo es impulsar y dar visibilidad a marcas peruanas para que logren sobresalir en el mercado, tengan la oportunidad de incursionar en la venta online y así aumentar sus ventas. Asimismo, facilitar la búsqueda y compra de prendas de macas de peruanas en los clientes, lograr una experiencia de compra online eficiente. El segmento de clientes que sigue Disclothes son hombres y mujeres de 18 a 35 años pertenecientes al NSE A, B Y C que vivan en Lima Metropolitana, se preocupen por su apariencia e inviertan en compras de prendas por el canal online cubriendo un tamaño de mercado real de 49,298 y un tamaño de mercado potencial de 217,419 personas Asimismo, se pudo validar que los consumidores peruanos tienen un alto grado de dificultad en encontrar diseños de ropa de marcas locales en una plataforma web, volviéndose difícil la compra. Además, manifestaron su voluntad por comprar marcas locales, sin embargo, debe poder manejar políticas de seguridad, llevar eficientemente sus procesos siendo indispensable la confianza de compra que brinda la plataforma donde se lleva a cabo las operaciones de búsqueda y compra. Frente a esto el equipo ha desarrollado, presupuestos en áreas de marketing, responsabilidad social empresarial operaciones y recursos humanos con actividades que nos permitirá ofrecer una experiencia de compra online optima en los usuarios de Diclothes. Finalmente se estimó que el valor que tiene Disclothes es de S/407,713.12. / The trend and uncertainty in online shopping are changing. Plataforma online currículo+: recursos tecnológicos digitais para o ensino de Língua Portuguesa

Os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais têm como um dos objetivos gerais para o ensino fundamental que os estudantes sejam capazes de `saber utilizar diferentes fontes de informação e recursos tecnológicos para adquirir e construir conhecimentos (BRASIL, 1997, p. 69). Considerando essa premissa e a necessidade da utilização das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação no cotidiano social, a educação também tem sido alvo de soluções de cunho tecnológico, que podem fornecer materiais de referência para professores e alunos pela utilização das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação e pelo desenvolvimento de um trabalho reflexivo sobre a linguagem digital. Nesse sentido, este estudo justifica-se pela necessidade de trabalhar as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação nos ambientes escolares e, mais precisamente, com a linguagem digital. O objetivo da pesquisa é fazer um levantamento das características da plataforma online Currículo+ com relação aos conceitos de Hipertextualidade, Interatividade e Usabilidade e apontar alguns fatores que possam auxiliar os professores na utilização dessa plataforma no que diz respeito à Língua Portuguesa. Como fundamentação teórica, utilizam-se os estudos sobre o uso das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação no ambiente escolar, bem como estudos sobre as concepções de linguagem que podem auxiliar o embasamento teórico para o uso da linguagem digital. Em seguida são utilizados os estudos sobre algumas características das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação como a Hipertextualidade, Interatividade e Usabilidade. Os resultados demonstraram que a plataforma Currículo+ pode se tornar uma importante ferramenta de auxílio para o professor de Língua Portuguesa. Entretanto, também apontam para a necessidade de observar a qualidade dos recursos digitais disponíveis, para que o recurso auxilie de fato a aprendizagem. / The National Curriculum Parameters have as one of the general objectives for elementary school students to be able to `know how to use different sources of information and technological resources to acquire and build knowledge (BRAZIL, 1997, p. 69). Given this premise and the emergence of the use of information and communication technologies in everyday social life, education has also been the target of technological nature solutions, which can provide reference materials for teachers and students through the use of Information and Communication Technologies and the development of a reflective work on digital language. In this way, this study is justified by the need of working the Information and Communication Technologies in school environments and, more precisely, with the digital language. The objective of the research is to survey the online platform features Curriculum + with respect to the concepts of Hypertextuality, Usability and Interactivity and point out some factors that can assist teachers in the use of this platform with regard to Portuguese. As a theoretical basis, the studies on the use of Information and Communication Technologies in the school environment are used, as well as studies on the language concepts that can help the theoretical basis for the use of digital language. Then studies on some characteristics of the Information and Communication Technologies are used as Hypertextuality, Usability and Interactivity. The results showed that the Currículo+ platform can become an important support tool for the Portuguese teacher. However, they also point to the need of observing the quality of digital resources available so that the resource really assists the learning process.

En la actualidad el sector de la moda ha logrado posicionarse con mayor fuerza e importancia en el mundo y en el Perú. Esto se puede reforzar con lo que menciona Perú Retail en su plataforma web, la cual afirma que el mercado de moda podría llegar a mover unos US$ 1,326 millnes (Euromonitor International). Asimismo, es importante reconocer el rol importante que desempeñan los usuarios que deciden reinventarse ofreciendo prendas de segundo uso siguiendo los estándares de calidad, este fenómeno es conocido como el negocio de ropa de segunda mano. El presente proyecto se basa en la propuesta de una plataforma web intermediaria entre usuarios que poseen ropa o accesorios sin uso en buena calidad y clientes interesados en adquirir productos de moda con precios accesibles generando un proceso denominado economía circular. De esta forma, se evaluar la viabilidad operativa y económica de la venta de ropa y accesorios de segundo uso a través de la plataforma “Wara”. El internet y el avance en la tecnología permite optimizar las operaciones llevadas a cabo durante los diferentes procesos debido a que nuestras plataformas esenciales de venta son las redes sociales. El alcance mundial a través de canales on-line y la coyuntura actual son factores de oportunidad para implementar un negocio electrónico. La propagación del virus COVID 19 y la implementación de cuarentenas o estados de emergencia en diferentes países del mundo ha generado que las personas confinadas realicen prácticas de remodelación de dormitorios, guardar objetos sin uso pero sobretodo la limpieza de armarios. Ante ello, las personas a nivel mundial y nacional con la finalidad de obtener ingresos realizan este tipo de venta organica. Es importante señalar el crecimiento potencial y constante que muestra el mercado de reventa de moda, el cual se calcula un crecimiento de 20 veces más rápido que el mercado minorista peruano en los últimos tres años, según los índices de la investigación de Global Data para el Informe de la Segunda Mano 2019 (Perú Retail, 2019). Frente a un mundo en constante innovación y cada vez más arraigado a la tecnología es necesario implementar en los diferentes campos de la vida de los usuarios de compras online de regalos, aplicaciones ágiles diseñadas para otorgar una experiencia de compra sofisticada, a la medida del presupuesto y con una gama de opciones variadas. Solo en Lima Metropolitana hemos identificado dentro de nuestro público objetivo a más de 3 millones de posibles usuarios. Asimismo, se ha identificado también que, frente a una demanda en constante crecimiento, es necesario ofrecer la oportunidad a clientes ofertantes que desean exponer en plataformas online sus productos, es así que nuestra investigación nos confirma que le número de empresas que han adoptado al e-commerce como herramienta de desarrollo ha crecido 4 veces con respecto al 2019. Para estas necesidades identificadas hemos creado Gift App, una aplicación donde convergen ambos tipos de usuarios. Nuestra meta es que la demanda y oferta de productos se mantenga en constante crecimiento año a año, esto de acuerdo al cumplimiento de nuestras estrategias comerciales, de marketing y logísticas que se exponen en el presente trabajo. Born4Sport, ha sido creado para atender la necesidad de las personas que requieren realizar rutinas de entrenamiento desde casa; dado que, debido al Covid-19 nos hemos visto obligados en adoptar un distanciamiento social y por ello no podemos asistir a gimnasios y/o centros de entrenamiento. Nuestro servicio consiste en brindar membresías en dos modalidades. La primera, son sesiones grabadas de las disciplinas: entrenamiento funcional, yoga y pilates. La segunda membresía consta de sesiones en vivo personalizado, en la disciplina entrenamiento funcional. Asimismo, nuestro servicio incluye la venta de implementos deportivos mediante paquetes destinados a las disciplinas ofrecidas. Finalmente, integramos nuestra plataforma con tips nutricionales, estos tips se brindan de manera gratuita. Buscamos ofrecer un servicio integral, en donde todo se complemente, con la finalidad que esto ayude a los usuarios a continuar con su estilo de vida saludable. Iniciaremos operaciones en Lima Metropolitana, donde la demanda por este servicio está en crecimiento y hemos detectado un target de 21,508 personas, hombres y mujeres de 28 a 35 años, del nivel socio económico A y B, los cuales practican deportes y realizan compras online. Nuestro proyecto tendrá una duración de cinco años, para su operación necesitaremos una inversión de S/ 101,078 de los cuales el 30% será financiado por el Banco de Crédito. Las proyecciones nos indican que obtendremos un TIR de 50.1%, un COK de 11.70%, mientras que nuestro VPN asciende a S/ 73,361. Born4Sport offers people two types of membership for workout sessions through internet. One allows the members to access to pre-recorded sessions of functional training, yoga and pilates. The other provides customized lived sessions on functional training. Additionally, our site will support on line sales of workout clothes and devices according to the disciplines offered. Finally, many nutritional tips proper for each discipline will be incorporated in our site for free, completing so our offer. Our goal is to supply a comprehensive service to the market and help people to keep their healthy life style. We’ll start up operations covering Lima Metropolitan where we’ve observed a growing demand for this kind of services. Our target market of 21,508 people made of men a women in the range of 28 and 35 years old, belonging to the socioeconomic groups A and B, playing sports and buying on line. Our proposal time frame is five years and requires an investment of S/. 101,078 where 30% of this amount will be financed by Banco de Credito.
