Uno de los principales problemas que afecta la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos es el tráfico y congestión vehicular. Basados en dicha problemática, en el presente informe se investigará la situación actual y verificará la existencia de dicho problema en la ciudad de Lima, Perú. Asimismo, se propondrá una idea de negocio la cual, permitirá contrarrestar dicho mal. Para ello, se evaluaron posibles soluciones y se reconoció como medio alternativo de transporte a la bicicleta, como la micro movilidad más adecuada para atacar el obstáculo referido en nuestra ciudad. Principalmente, la propuesta de solución que se ofrece a lo largo del presente informe, es el alquiler de bicicletas pertenecientes a habitantes de Lima a quienes en adelante llamaremos Arrendadores, hacia terceros llamados Arrendatarios quienes pagarán y accederán a dichos transportes. Además, dicha transacción podrá realizarse a través de una plataforma (aplicación) que nosotros facilitaremos para poner en contacto a solicitantes de bicicletas con personas que quieren poner en alquiler la propia. A fin de validar y levantar información, se realizaron entrevistas y encuestas que validaron nuestras hipótesis. Asimismo, se fijó un precio tomando como referencia el precio base de las empresas competidoras. Finalmente, se realizaron tanto proyecciones financieras como el análisis de las mismas y finalmente, se comprobó la viabilidad, además, la rentabilidad del proyecto. / One of the main problems affecting the quality of life of citizens is traffic and traffic jam. Based on this problem, this report will investigate the current situation and verify the existence of this problem in the city of Lima, Peru. Likewise, a business idea will be proposed which will allow counteracting said condition. For that purpose, possible solutions were evaluated and recognized as an alternative means of transport to the bicycle, as the most appropriate micro mobility to attack this obstacle in our city. Mainly, the proposed solution that is offered throughout this report is the rental of bicycles belonging to habitants of Lima whom we will now call Landlords, to third parties called Tenants who will pay and access to said transports. In addition, this transaction would be carried out through a platform (application) that we will facilitate to contact bicycle applicants with people who want to rent their own. In order to validate and gather information, interviews and surveys were conducted that validated our hypotheses. Likewise, a price was set based on the base price of the competing companies. Fizinio krūvio metu organizmo funkcijų pokyčiai — sudėtingų, tarpusavy susijusių procesų virtinė (Žumbakytė, 2006). O fiziologinė sportininko organizmo adaptavimosi esmė — tai toks organizmo funkcionalumas, kurio būdingi požymiai yra geresnis fizinio krūvio toleravimas, didesnis disponuojamų energinių medžiagų kiekis, reguliavimo mechanizmų tobulėjimas (Huonker et al., 2002; Poderys, 2004).
Seniai yra žinoma, kad sportiniai žaidimai – krepšinis ir futbolas, panašiai veikia sportininkų lėtąją adaptaciją. Nes daugelis sportinių žaidimų (pvz., krepšinis, futbolas, badmintonas ir kt.) yra intervalinės prigimties ir susideda iš trumpų (≤ šešių sekundžių trukmės) maksimalių/submaksimalių pastangų intervalų bei reliatyviai trumpų (≤ 60 sekundžių trukmės) vidutinio/žemo intensyvumo atsigavimo periodų (Glaister, 2005). Tačiau ar iš tikrųjų vienodas šių sporto šakų ilgalaikis poveikis sportininko organizmui, literatūroje duomenų neaptinkama.
Darbo tikslas buvo nustatyti krepšininkų ir futbolininkų širdies susitraukimų dažnio ir jo kitimo greičio kaitos ypatybes veloergometrinio mėginio metu.
Uždaviniai:
1. Įvertinti krepšininkų (moterų ir vyrų) bei futbolininkų vyrų širdies susitraukimų dažnį priešstartinės būsenos sąlygomis.
2. Palyginti nesportuojančių (moterų, vyrų) ir krepšininkų (moterų, vyrų) bei futbolininkų vyrų širdies susitraukimų dažnio kaitą atliekant veloergometrinį tyrimą.

The physiological essence of body adaptation is acquiring such functionality of the body that would distinguish itself by a greater tolerance to physical load, a greater amount of energy recourses at the disposal of the body and perfection of the regulatory mechanisms (Hyonker et al., 2002; Poderys, 2004).
It is known for a long time that such sport games as basketball and football influences similarly the long adaptation of sportsmen. Most of sports games are of interval origin (for example basketball, football, badminton and other) and consists of short (≤ six seconds duration) maximum/submaximum attempt intervals and relatively short (≤ sixty seconds duration) medium/low intensity recovery periods (Glaister, 2005). However, there is no data in the literature if the long term influences on the sportsman organism acts similarly in every kind of sport.
The aim of the work was to fix the peculiarities of alterations in heart rate and it speed changes of football and basketball players during the bicycle ergometry test.
Tasks:

Development of a Vehicle Stability Detection Signal / Entwicklung eines Fahrzustandssignals aus bestehenden ESC (ESP) -SignalenSiciliani, Francesco January 2019 (has links)
It is possible to obtain information about the stability conditions of a vehicle by observing and comparing existing signals involved in the rotational motion of the vehicle around the vertical axis. Accurate information about the current state of a vehicle is critical for the development and function of new active safety features in a vehicle. Therefore, the goal of this thesis is to create a new signal based on already existing signals from the vehicle electronic control unit for detecting understeering and oversteering of a vehicle. The signal should consider all the factors that affect the evaluation of the vehicle´s stability conditions. The results show that the developed signal can, in certain conditions, detect understeering and oversteering. Issues arise in situations such as banked curves or low-mu surfaces. In those cases, the signal is not fully able to describe the vehicle behavior.

The aim and object is to undergo analysis of bicycle trails in terms of their qualifications within time and technical aspects, creation of SWOT analysis, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities of bicycle trails, exploration and financing, looks at the development of bicycle trailsin Olomouc because of the focus on practical part of the project of the biking trails located in this area. In the practical part of the project the biking trails are evaluated according to cost-benefit analysis method using CBA SW eCBA where all the necessary characteristics of cycle paths and their identification and quantification in terms of financial and economic analysis of the project is described. The outcome of this project is to evaluate the methodology for dou-term sustainability. Finally, the evaluation of cycle paths as a stimulus for development of area.
