Inovace množení dřevin bylinnými řízky v provozních podmínkách

Veselá, Jaroslava January 2019 (has links)
The thesis is aimed at innovations in propagation of woody plants using herbal cuttings in the forest nurseries Pod Babím Lomem. Individual factors have been investigated on selected species of Cornus stolonifera, Deutzia scabra ´Plena´and Spiraea bumalda ´Goldflame´. Herbal cuttings have been sampled twice in the period between June and August 2018. Four variants have been planted after each sampling using different seedling trays and substrates. The results evaluated how the cuttings rooted and the total number of roots. The first samples have been found more successful from the rooting perspective. Among the different planting approaches, the control variant – with perlite-free substrate – showed the best results. The other way around, the worst results have been measured among the variants with substrate enriched with perlite. The results also point out the need for some improvements on the farm, e.g. the irrigation has been found insufficient.

Vliv podílu listnáčů ve SM monokulturách na diverzitu a druhové složení bylinného patra

Svobodová, Pavla January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the influence of hardwood species (particularly sessile oak -- Quercus petraea) in spruce monocultures on diversity and herb layer species composition. The aim of the thesis is create 40 phytosociological relevés with different percentage representation of aok in spruce monocultures. Particularly 10 relevés for 4 spruce monocultures variants was described: 10 relevés of 100 % spruce monocultures, 10 relevés of 90 % spruce monocultures with 10 % oak, 10 relevés of 80 % spruce monocultures with 20 % oak and up to 50 % of oak and 50 % of spruce. Resulting phytosociological data will be processed and floristic similarity of relevés will be evaluated based on species diversity indexes. The result draw conclusions about herbal layer abundance (quantitatively and qualitatively) in relation to portion of hardwood species in spruce monocultures.

Vliv délky skladování na kvalitu bylinných řízků dřevin

Horká, Marie January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the influence lenght of storage to rooting softwood cuttings on the chosen of ornamental woody species. The test was made on Ligustrum ovalifolium Hassk. and Pyracantha coccinea M. Roem. 'Dart's Red'. The test was being held in two dates, 17.6.2014 and 30.7.2014. For treatment of the cutting have been used 4 variants. The cuttings from first variant were planted immediately (the control), others variants were stored before planting for 12, 24 and 48 hours at 2 -- 5 °C.

Komparace vybraných pěstebních substrátů při zakořeňování bylinných řízků okrasných rostlin a jejich následné výsadbě

Hrabík, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the level of influence of used substrates, during propagation of shrubs by herbaceous cuttings, to quality of their rooting. Also was tested the impact of these substrates for subsequent growth after planting into loose soil. Thesis includes literary section which summarizes information about plant propagation including factors that affect it and informations about substrates. Part of this work is an experiment that is thoroughly described there, including the methodology and results. The first part of the experiment was conducted in two terms and each term contained four variants. Each variant is one of the tested substrates. In these substrates were grown two taxa: Cotoneaster dammeri Schneid. and Cotoneaster salicifolius Franch. Parkteppich. Total it was evaluated nearly 3,500 cuttings. Furthermore it was 400 plants were planted in loose soil and after overwintering were also evaluated their quality parameters. The result of the experiment is that the quality of the substrate has a really affect to the quality of the rooting of cuttings. A major impact on their subsequent growth has not been confirmed.

Mykorhizní preparáty a jejich možné využití při množení okrasných dřevin

Hasalíková, Markéta January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the influence of mycorrhizal preparations in the reproduction of ornamental trees and their recommendations for the production in growing nurseries. Two species of shrubs were chosen for the experimental part, Deutzia gracilis 'Nikko' and Weigela florida 'Piccolo'. The shrubs were propagated by herbal cuttings. The experiment took place in 2018 on the site of the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice. After laboratory evaluation, the root colonization by arbuscular fungi has been demonstrated. The degree of colonization has not reached high levels, but we have seen their gradual increase. From the results it is noticeable that the preparations used did not influence the development of adventitious roots and the vitality of cuttings so it is not possible to label it as effective and recommending for the production in growing nurseries. It should be noted that the duration of this experiment was only one year.

Možnosti použití přírodních extraktů při výrobě piva

Poštulková, Žaneta January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis is dedicated to the production of beer with the addition of herbal extracts. This type of beer is rare in the global and in the Czech market. Therefore, beer with herbal extracts seems to be one of the ways to differentiate and to be more visible in the global market. Part of this work is devoted to technology of beer production. It describes the production of beer from the brewing process through the fermentation phase to beer filtration, filling and dispatching. There are also included some general information of basic raw materials for beer production. This section is obviously dedicated to herbs in the form of an extract that are the key materials for the experiment. Among these herbal extracts are included Matricaria chamomilla L., Mentha x piperita L., Plantago lanceolata L., Tilia cordata Mill., Echinacea purpurea L., Valeriana officinalis L. and Salvia officinalis L. The practical part of this work is dedicated to production of bottom fermented beer, into which experimental variants of extracts are applied. The samples are sensory analyzed. Results of sensory analyzation are compared and shown in the graph. An analytical analysis was performed on all samples. In final part was summarized the findings of the experiment a there was supplemented by the possibility of improvement in technological steps.
