Ekonomické zhodnocení dřevařských výrobků ve stavitelství

In this thesis we examine actual use of timber products in civil engineering. Specifically, we focus on housing standards in modern development projects where we analyze cost advantages and disadvantages of timber products in comparison with products from other materials. Research carried out by questionnaire with prearranged options analyzes the requirements and needs of the end users. The research was conducted in a precisely defined range of people who bought an apartment in a new apartment building in Brno. Based on the research findings we evaluate whether the timber products may contribute to increased sales of residential units in new buildings.

Hirš, P. Determinants of house prices in and around Brno. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The aim of this thesis theoretically and empirically analyzes determinants which substantially affect the price of apartments in and around Brno. For the analysis of the prices of apartments are used selling prices of apartments from a database of a real estate. Data are processed by using the method of least squares (OLS) through program Gretl. The work also describes the current state of the property market and its functioning, including familiarization with the works of other authors. In conclusion, the results of the analysis of selling prices of apartments are evaluated including a comparison with existing works dealing with this topic.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze legislative regulation of the transfers of the ownership of the cooperative apartments. The reason for my research is, because I consider this topic to be hot, relevant and still developing, moreover with new Czech private law legislation, which is coming into force on 1st January 2014. This thesis composes of four chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of transfers of ownerships of cooperative apartments. Chapter one is introductory and defines basic terminology important for understanding this thesis. It is subdivided into for subsections. First subsection introduce cooperative company, it`s principles and more. Second subsection investigates housing cooperatives as special type of cooperatives, it`s legal base and special forms. Third subsection deals with definition of apartment and the last subsection with cooperative apartments. Second chapter in this thesis is addresses issue of comparison of ownership, rent or cooperative rent, deals with every regime and finds out cons and pros of each one of them. The aim of this work is an analysis of housing as a source of growth of housing in the Czech Republic. The introductory part will focus on supply and demand for housing in economic theory, basic theory of the housing market and housing policy instruments. It will include further defining the content, meaning and basic forms of State action in the sphere of housing as an important segment of the state social policy, along with the general factors affecting their operation. This part will include identifying the factors and explaining the particularities of social and economic environment of socialist Czechoslovakia, including the intermediate stages of historical development of state intervention in the housing market. The analytical part will be focused on the main factors affecting the housing. The factors will be presented, analyzed and commented on available statistical data, their structure and evolution. In the conclusion of the thesis will be the analysis of housing and segmented offers housing in the capital city of Prague and its surroundings.

The main target of the thesis is to analyze the relationship of prices and access to urban green area for the selected location of the city, such as the substrate to determine values of urban greenery. This work is built on the application of the Hedonic pricing method.The thesis is divided into 4 parts. The study of literature was created the first chapter, which deals with the value of the green space, the environment in the Czech Republic and abroad, method of environmental valuation and the history of the Hedonic price method and his used. The second chapter contains target and methodology of work. The methodology describes the different steps of the methods of work. In the second part is the specification of the model, which is applied in the analysis. In this part is mentioned characteristic of the properties and collection of data. In the third chapter data analysis is divided in specific parts of the sections. The data are evaluated for the entire area, and then compare the area itself.

Firstly, this thesis contains an overview of basic concepts that we can meet on the real estate market. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the issues of auctions and their requirements are dealt with. Secondly, the practical part describes the specific real estate auction made in the area of Liberec Heights-Stary Harcov and there is further prepared by statistics dealing with the difference of the estimated price of the apartments, which were sold at auction, with prices of involuntary, which these flats were actually auctioned for. The work also includes its own estimate of one of these flats with an explanation of why the assessed prices differ from the prices at which the apartments are auctioned

The practical part of the thesis deals with the real estate measurement, of a family house and a housing unit in particular. It deals with the issue of measurement of each property itself, including the process of measuring it. The output of the thesis is the overall estimation of the two properties by a comparative method.
