The master´s thesis focuses on the use of project management methodology for the introduction of new websites for elementary school T. G. Masaryk in Hrušovany u Brna. It will analyze the current status, schedule, build resources and costs required to implement a project, risk analysis.

The purpose of this thesis is to implement project management methodologies to support development of innovative entrepreneurship in the South Moravia region, to promote Czech innovation abroad, and to bolster interdisciplinary cooperation in research commercializing and development results. The thesis summarizes both the theoretical knowledge of project management according to the IPMA standards, and the use of their tools and methodologies in practice.

This master’s thesis deals with the technical analysis of Starbucks Corporation, Vodafone Group, Apple and Autodesk stocks, which are tradeable at stock market NASDAQ. At the beginning, this work focuses on theoretical materials, which are then used for elaborating three trading systems and their testing on selected stocks. Conclusion of this thesis contains a selection of trading system for each stock on selected period of time.

Autor sa v teoretických východiskách zameriava na vysvetlenie základných pojmov obchodovania US indexov na intradennej báze a obchodovania všeobecne. V ďalšej kapitole je popísaná súčastná situácia – tvorba obchodného plánu a vysvetlené principy na ktorých je plán založený. V návrhovej časti je predstavený kompletný systém pre intradenné obchodovanie US akciových indexov.

This thesis deals with the preparation and organization of construction of Logistic center of waste for processing biologically decomposable waste in Vsetín. It is focused mostly on technological procedure of realization of main building object, based on the budget, the progress chart, the technological instructions and the inspecting and test plan. The thesis also contains a description of other objels with time and financial planning. It is designed and described the construction site equipment, the composition of machinery for construction and the design of the supply of material resources.

The diploma is focused on optimizing of rating during the process of painting by means of experimental methods and statistic analysis. Description of the study of the present state of painting process, result analysis and the project of optimal pre-set in practice.

This thesis aims to map out specifically and detailed process of planning and implementation of a development project. Introduction to the problem and definitions of basic concepts is located in the theoretical part. One of the main topics is the procedure for procurement and financing. In the practical part is introduced the development project Vážska cyklotrasa, its benefits, funding, procurement and contractor selection including preparation of documents for contract management.

The processes and procedures covered the main core of the professional operations in the manufacturing plant. The enterprise should focus on the efficient running of the main processes and risks associated with these procedures. My thesis deals with the risk analysis of selected manufacturing processes particular company from qualitative and quantitative point of view. First, the results are presented from qualitative risk analysis, especially in scope of failures of the machines or in the sequences of production. Second part focus on the problems of optimization sequence batches that the total time required for pre-setting of machines between doses should be minimal. The thesis also takes random waiting period into the consideration and applies wait-and-see approach of stochaistic programming applied in task traveling salesman. Calculations are processed by the GAMS. The results from the GAMS are refered in MS Excel, they are further discussed and interpreted by using descriptive statistics.
