For this analysis, we start the investigation of the historical, political, economic and social entirety that surround the Early Childhood Education (ECE) and the Brazilian historical subjects who are inserted in it, in order to understand how capital entered the walls of the school, fetishized childhood, became poor teacher training and misread the role of school as a place for acquiring knowledge. It became necessary to understand the dynamics of contemporary society, the Marxist conceptions of work, the process of alienation and consumerism. In this sense, the expectations that permeate the research approach to understanding the capital of the company and how it incorporated childhood, children and education. Therefore, it was necessary to examine the relationship between the social construction of childhood began in the seventeenth century and the practice of child consumerism in the XXI century, trying to understand the child and the work be directed at this stage of human development today. Encompass paths that were built by the logic of capital to transform children into demanding consumers, it is essential to understand the dynamics that are effective in Brazilian ECE schools in contemporary times, because the practice of exacerbated consumption in its various developments, changed the views of humanity and consequently childhood and education, as promoted an intense process of alienation from the first years of life. The objective is to investigate the relationship between education and consumption of children belonging to the hegemonic classes and frequenters of private educational institutions in the city of Rio Verde, in order to think how these classes influence the way of being and of the lower classes. The methodological approach is realized by the bias of historical and dialectical materialism and historical-critical theory, to understand the dynamics of ECE start from an analysis that united qualitative and quantitative analysis in the process of semi structured interviews and questionnaires. The process of "naturalization" of consumption, which began with the advent of liberal bourgeois society and currently promoted by neoliberal society, made this practice enter therein the school walls, making it a challenge to teaching of the EI teachers and the effectiveness of teaching and learning, which requires a teaching work that transcends the limitations alienating promoted by the Capital society. The work of the theoretical contributions of Ariès (1981), Marx (1996; 2007; 2009 and 2013), Mézáros (2006; 2008; 2011), Vygotsky (2007; 2009; 2014th; 2014b), Gramsci (1979) and Saviani ( 2000; 2007; 2012; 2013), Arce (2001; 2004; 2005; 2007) with a view to understanding the process of human development and the overcoming of capital the the company's contradictions / O presente trabalho “A Infância permeada pelo consumismo e os desafios ao trabalho docente”, desenvolvido no programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação UFG – Jataí na linha de pesquisa Políticas Educacionais, Gestão e Formação de Professores, sob a orientação da Profª Drª Laís Leni Oliveira Lima, busca desvelar as contradições que circundam a educação, o professor a infância e a criança contemporânea. Para a referida análise, parte-se da investigação da totalidade histórica, política, econômica e social que circundam a Educação Infantil (EI) brasileira e os sujeitos históricos que nela estão inseridos, a fim de compreender como o capital adentrou as paredes da escola, fetichizou a infância, precarizou a formação docente e descaracterizou o papel da escola como espaço de aquisição de conhecimentos. Tornou-se necessário compreender a dinâmica da sociedade atual, as concepções de trabalho marxiano, o processo de alienação e consumismo. Neste sentido, as expectativas que permeiam a pesquisa aproximam-se da compreensão da sociedade do capital e como esta incorporou a infância, as crianças e a educação. Para tanto, fez-se necessário analisar a relação existente entre a construção social da infância iniciada no século XVII e a prática do consumismo infantil no século XXI, buscando compreender o ser criança e o trabalho direcionado a esta etapa do desenvolvimento humano na atualidade. Abranger os caminhos que foram construídos pela lógica do capital para transformar crianças em consumidores exigentes, é essencial para entender a dinâmica que se efetiva nas escolas de EI brasileiras na contemporaneidade, pois a prática do consumo exacerbado, em seus diferentes desdobramentos, alterou as concepções de humanidade e consequentemente de infância e educação, à medida que promoveu um intenso processo de alienação desde os primeiros anos de vida. Objetiva-se investigar a relação entre a educação e o consumo das crianças pertencentes às classes hegemônicas e frequentadoras de instituições de ensino privado na cidade de Rio Verde-GO, a fim de pensar como estas classes influenciam o modo de ser e estar das classes subalternas. A abordagem metodológica se efetiva pelo viés do materialismo histórico-dialético e da teoria histórico-crítica, para compreender a dinâmica da EI partimos de uma análise que uniu qualitativo e quantitativo no processo de análise das entrevistas semiestruturadas e dos questionários. O processo de “naturalização” do consumo, iniciado com o advento da sociedade burguesa liberal e atualmente promovido pela sociedade neoliberal, fez com que esta prática adentrasse os muros da escola, tornando-se um desafio ao trabalho docente dos professores da EI e para a efetivação do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, o que demanda um trabalho docente que transcenda as limitações alienantes promovidas pela sociedade do Capital. O trabalho parte das contribuições teóricas de Àries (1981), Marx (1996; 2007; 2009 e 2013), Mézáros (2006; 2008; 2011), Vygotsky (2007; 2009; 2014a; 2014b), Gramsci (1979) e Saviani (2000; 2007;2012; 2013), Arce (2001; 2004; 2005; 2007) com vistas a compreender o processo de formação humana e a superação das contradições da sociedade do capital.
