青少年培力與公民參與行為關係之探討 / A study on the relationship between empower and civic behavior of adolescents劉亞晉, Liu, Ya Chin Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在瞭解青少年的參與培力經驗與公民參與行為間之關係,其公民參與行為包含了在班級、學校以及社會層面的參與,並納入人口變項進行討論,人口變項則包含性別、年齡以及擔任幹部次數。
本研究採取問卷調查法,以參與培力之青少年為研究對象,共計有118份有效樣本。採用階層迴歸分析發現「參與自主性」、「參與培力投入程度」和「民主開放型」的領導表現會對公民參與行為產生影響。以自我推薦報名參與者其公民參與行為較他人推薦者更為積極,而參與培力投入程度越高者,其公民參與行為亦會較高,最後,當工作者領導表現愈趨向民主開放,青少年也會展現較積極的公民參與行為。然而,「性別」、「年齡」、「擔任幹部次數」、「威權管理型」以及「放任型」的領導表現則不會對公民參與行為產生影響。
最後,根據本研究之研究結果,提出對教育策略、政策規劃以及實務工作者之具體建議。 / This study investigated the effect of youth participatory experience in civic program on their later civic behavior, such as their extent of participation in class, school, and the society. The study also assessed the effect of gender, age, and leadership experience on youth civic behavior. There were 118 adolescents participated in this study who had prior experiences in the civic empowerment program in Taiwan. Data were collected using questionnaires. Regression analysis showed that youth civic behavior was predicted by their degree of involvement in the empowerment program, the style of their program leaders, and whether they themselves registered to participate in the program. When youth initiated the participation and had high involvement in the program, they later presented more civic behavior. When they had program leaders with democratic leading style, the youth showed more civic behavior too. There were no effects of gender, age, and youth leadership experience, however. At the end, suggestions and implications to education, policy, and social work administration were discussed.
