The object of the study are the elderly participating in the group "talking about health" at the UBS Butantan in São Paulo. This group is the result of activities promoted by the Senior Companion Program Butantan team. The focus of this study is to demonstrate the expectations of the elderly that participate in the community and integrative life, and also in other activities proposed in the meetings. 8 (Eight) subjects participated in this research, female and male elders, aged 67 (sixty-seven) to 88 (eighty-eight) years old. All participated in the interviews initially responding to a questionnaire, which contained personal identification data and questions about the weekly participation in the group called "talking about health." This qualitative research seeks, in the broadest sense, to understand that, more than just talk is to speak to the elderly with the aim of a dense description for the extension of the human discourse universe. Therefore, given this amplitude, and in order to contribute to the creation of new spaces like this, to ensure a better quality of life for seniors. As a result of this study, the participation of elderly in the community is of great importance and the Basic Health Unit, which is the entrance to the Unified Health System, becomes a space for the implementation of care in primary care, aimed at preventive actions, and can become a potential equipment to provide new groups for seniors / A Gerontologia é dedicada às questões multidimensionais do envelhecimento e da velhice, e tem por objetivo, a descrição e a explicação destas questões nos seus mais variados aspectos. Neste estudo, o objeto de pesquisa são os sujeitos idosos que participam do grupo conversando sobre saúde na U.B.S. Butantã no Município de São Paulo. Este grupo é fruto da atuação da equipe do Programa Acompanhante de Idosos do Butantã. O eixo deste trabalho é demonstrar a expectativa dos idosos que participam das convivências comunitárias e integrativas, além das outras atividades propostas nos encontros. São 8 (oito) sujeitos que participam desta pesquisa, idosos, do sexo feminino e masculino, na faixa etária de 67 (sessenta e sete) a 88 (oitenta e oito) anos. Todos participaram das entrevistas respondendo inicialmente a um questionário, que continha dados de identificação pessoal e perguntas sobre a participação semanal no grupo intitulado conversando sobre saúde . O método escolhido para esta pesquisa qualitativa, que procura, no sentido mais amplo do termo, compreender que, muito mais do que simplesmente falar, é conversar com os idosos, com o objetivo de uma descrição densa para o alargamento do universo do discurso humano. Portanto, considerando esta amplitude, e com o objetivo de contribuir na criação de novos espaços, como este, para garantir uma melhor qualidade de vida aos idosos. Como resultado do presente estudo, a participação dos idosos na comunidade é de grande importância, e a Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) que é a principal porta de entrada dos usuários no Sistema Único de Saúde SUS, torna-se um espaço de execução do cuidado na atenção primária, que visa ações preventivas, pode se tornar um equipamento em potencial para proporcionar novos grupos para idosos

Squatter settlements still represent the worst of urban poverty and inequality in Turkey. Yet the world has the resources, know-how and power to reach the best experiences. Urban transformation has become a topic of growing interest in many cities in the world. It has also become popular in Turkish cities and the most common urban transformation projects in Turkey are implemented in squatter settlements. However, while the scope of urban transformation interventions generally aims to improve the quality of urban life, increase the livability of cities in various aspects and provide cities with the ability to trace other cities in both national scale and the globalized world, it is still a question mark whether urban transformation projects are successful enough in improving every aspects of urban life and fulfill the promise of development for their inhabitants particularly by improving the lives of the poor and promoting equity. In this respect, this research tries to identify the success level of urban transformation projects implemented in squatter settlements. Since many urban transformation projects implemented extensively in squatter settlements in Turkey, generally with the aim of increasing the density of buildings and gaining rent over these areas, the concept of urban transformation has an indisputable importance to be researched. The key purpose of this thesis is to reveal the components of quality of urban and community life in terms of physical, environmental, social, and economic dimensions and provide both objective (quantitative) and subjective (qualitative) approaches over these components to assess the success level of Sentepe Urban Transformation Project and increase the success level of urban transformation projects in squatter settlements. This research will reveal up the degree to which Sentepe Urban Transformation Project will respond to the requirements of the criteria of urban quality of life. Further, this research aims to provide inputs for the next urban transformation interventions to guarantee the satisfaction of urban life and well-beings of local community in terms of various issues related to urban life. The key proposition of this research is &amp / #8216 / The success level of an urban transformation project depends on how far it provides an urban quality of life whose main indicators are both physical, environmental, economic, and social and objective and subjective aspects.&amp / #8217 / This thesis utilizes the experiences of one of well known project in the world which provides quality of urban and community life due to the multi-dimensional characteristics of urban transformation. Then, as stated above, the research focuses on &amp / #8216 / Sentepe Urban Transformation Project&amp / #8217 / in Ankara as a field survey and evaluate the success level of this project due to the success determinants proposed by this thesis. Finally, this thesis intends to increase the success level of urban transformation projects in squatter settlements and puts forward the success level of &amp / #8216 / Sentepe Urban Transformation Project&amp / #8217 / in terms of providing well-being of inhabitants in accordance with quality of urban life indicators and four dimensions of urban regeneration / physical, environmental, economic, and social.

This dissertation deals with the organized commuting of native labour in northern Saskatchewan, it causes, and the economic consequences for the communities involved. A neo-marxist approach is used towards those objectives. The search for explanations is carried out through the analysis of the scenario of implementation of the commuting programs: the role of Capital, the initiator of the programs, is examined in the light of its imperatives (accumulation, legitimation); State action is discussed with respect to its roles of integration, legitimation, support to accumulation, and that of a capitalist; the participation of the native people is seen from a perspective where their culture and social fabric have been altered, in spite of apparently strong idiosyncrasies. The consequences of participation in commuting, and of the revenues thereby brought to the communities, are consistent with already existing trends among northern native population: a decline of reciprocity; an assimilation to capitalist society (consumption and monetization); a local circulation of income which varies in importance from a place to another, but which everywhere favors exclusively the local bourgeoisie; the survival of subsistence economy; and the enhancement of dependence and economic vulnerability.

Este portal utiliza um middleware para interconectar os mais variados segmentos da sociedade. / Abstract: Support by the growing of digital cities projects, the main goal of this work is to propose an architecture and an organizational model of information exchange in a digital city building an infrastructure of deploying and consumption of services by citizens. This model aim to promote citizen access to city services and provide easy and wide digital media availability and dissemination of these services to public and private initiative through the architecture presented. So we can ensure that the information or service can be quickly located and exchanged between the public and private sectors, thus creating a rise in the local economy. This model is validated through the development of a Community Portal built on a peer-to peer (P2P) and based on the MVC (Model-View-Controller) modified(four layers). The theoretical north of this work is critical pedagogy and cultural pedagogy that punctuate the role of producers of knowledge that position themselves in processo of change sociocultural. The research is of documentary character since it was carried out through the analysis of interviews, image files (photographs and audiovisual) and through reflection on the pedagogical processes triggered by interaction with that community. The research considered the experiences in the course of training activities that promoted theoretical and practical discussions about Popular Culture and Art which culminated in the (re) invention of organized visual methods and mediated by Goiânia arts educators. The survey results point to the perception of the importance of collaborative processes in the formation of educators, adolescents and youth art education in non-formal space that elaborate socio-cultural and environmental projects in the community guided experiences. relational webs intrinsically change our educational practices. / O presente trabalho denominado “Teias de reciprocidade entre Educadores de Artes de Goiânia e a Comunidade de Ribeirão de Areia (MG)” apresenta uma narrativa sobre experiências de práticas educativas e de processos de mediações pedagógicas ocorridas a partir do cotidiano e dos ritos de uma comunidade rural em Minas Gerais. O norte teórico deste trabalho é a pedagogia crítica e a pedagogia cultural, que pontuam o papel dos produtores de saberes que se posicionam em processos de mudanças socioculturais. A pesquisa é de caráter documental uma vez que foi realizada por meio da análise de entrevistas, arquivos de imagens (fotografias e audiovisuais) e por meio da reflexão sobre os processos pedagógicos deflagrados pela convivência com a referida comunidade. A pesquisa considerou as experiências vividas no decorrer das atividades formativas que promoveram discussões teóricas e práticas sobre Cultura e Arte Popular que culminou na (re) invenção de métodos visuais organizados e mediados pelos educadores de artes de Goiânia. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam para a percepção da importância dos processos colaborativos na formação de educadores, adolescentes e jovens do ensino de arte em espaço não formal que elaboram projetos socioculturais e ambientais pautados nas experiências de comunidade. Teias relacionais mudam intrinsecamente nossas práticas educativas.
