The aim of this diploma thesis is to process a building construction project for the apartment building “Za Pivovarem” in Lázně Bohdaneč. The building is designed as a four-floor object which has a flat roof, 24 apartments, 24 cellars, 10 garage stalls, 3 terraces that belong to the apartments on the 1st floor and enclosed balconies or balconies for the apartments in the above floors. The thesis focuses on the organization and preparation of the construction process. It contains a technological project for the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors, which includes also drawings of formwork, a technical-economic balance sheet of the formwork costs and a calculation of the time for formwork removal, a technological project for anhydrite floors and inspection and test plans for both of the above mentioned building procedures, which are dealt with in a more detailed way. The implementation of other construction procedures is described in the preliminary design of implementation. Concerning the work safety, the plan of health and safety at work, focusing on work at heights and other dangers connected to work on the floor constructions, has been processed. Furthermore, there is a time and finance schedule for the whole construction, a construction site project, a set of main machines and mechanisms which includes a comparison of a mobile crane and a tower crane. In addition, broader transport relations have been assessed. The thesis also contains an instruction manual on the main object.

The final thesis is focused on construction of the main technological stages of the administrative building of the Vídeňská in Brno. The final thesis contains the object engineering report, technological study, technological report, design of construction machinery and their transport. It also includes control and test plan, detailed schedule, item budget, and device object design. Finally is a plan of safety measures on the building.

The diploma thesis deals with preparation, organization and construction technology of an administrative building in Karviná. It is about new building with four above ground floor. From a design point of view, the structure is designed as a precast concrete frame. The diploma thesis contains technical report, coordinating situation with design of transport ways, time financial plan, study of the implementation of the main technological phases, concept of construction site equipment, design of machinery set, time plan with worker bilancion, material delivery plan for rough building, technical report for masonry work, inspection and test plan for masonry work, item budget with the statement of measurements and noice study for earthworks.

The subject of this Diploma thesis is building and technological project of a residential house in Brno, which contain the implementation of the underground car park and residential building, which has three above-ground floors. Attention is focused mainly on the technological processes of bottom building. Text section contains the technical report on the structural and technological project, study implementation of major technological stages of building, technical report of construction site equipment, technological regulations, inspection and test plan, study of noise, plan health and safety at work, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms including transport routes. The attachment section contain time and financial plan construction-object, time deployment of machines, plan of material resources, time schedule, technology standard, budget, drawings of construction site equipment, verification of tower crane construction and schema of processes concreting.

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is constructionally - technological solution of the rough construction of polyfunctional house on the corner of Bánskobystrická and Medlánecká streets in Brno Řečkovice. In the Diploma Thesis I will deal with the plan of the work procedure of the execution of roof construction layers, machine sets, itemized budget, construction schedule, construction site equipment, inspection and testing plan, ecology and transport relations related to the construction. I would like to point out the complication of the construction with a lack of space because the construction is in the area of Brno Řečkovice. The plan of construction execution was more difficult due to lack of space for storage of materials and machinery handling.

The diploma thesis deals with the formation of a constructive-technological project for the building of the Central Fire Station in Hradec Králové - 1. Phase. The building consists of five floors and one underground. The aim of the thesis is to choose and process suitable solution of the building in terms of financial, time and technical requirements based on the project documentation provided by the designer. The thesis deals with the time and financial plan of the construction, the design of the main machines and mechanisms, the planning of the material supply and its transport routes, the design of the construction site equipment, the technological regulations, the control and testing plan for the monolithic and steel constructions of the building and the time schedule of the building with the technological norm.

The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of Central zone technology park in Brno. The thesis involves engineering report, coordinate situation, time and financial plan, study of the main technological stages, project of site equipment, design of machine formativ, time schedule, itemized budget with bill of quantities, technological prescription of monolithic reinforced concrete frame, kontrol and test plan, sefety and health care policy and structural details.

The thesis is focused on construction technology solution for realization of the construction of a polyfunctional building in Velké Bílovice. Part of the thesis is technical report for construction technology project, time and financial evaluation of selected building as well as the whole project. The thesis contains selected technological regulations of carried out activities, control, and test plans, safety and health protection at work, a design of major building machines and mechanisms, a concept of the construction site or instructions for using the building.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the construction and technological solution of the construction of the campus building Bohunice - object C. This building is a new building located on several unfinished parcels. The diploma thesis contains technical reports, technological regulations of the selected works, control and test plans for these works, design of the machine group, the transport relations in the narrower and wider surroundings of the construction, the budget budget, the timetable, the design and realization of the tower cranes.

The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential buildings Rozhledna in Chrudim. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main objects, object time and financial plan and budget of main buildings are also solved. An important part is the comparison of the parallel, gradual, current construction and the design of the thermal insulation system of the curtain wall.
