Title: The ice- hockey teams financial comparison Targets: The aim of this thesis is to compare the financial results of the Czech ice-hockey professional clubs during time period. Methods There were applied the basic financial and analytical tools - bankruptcy and credibility models which are able to show the current financial power of the monitored clubs. Results: Results of the used bankruptcy and credibility models shows that a lot of the top Czech ice-hockey professional clubs are facing the serious financial issues, even some of them are threatened of the bankruptcy. The aim of this thesis is to carry out economic analysis of company Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. and evaluating it's financial situation in times of financial crisis. The thesis is divided into two main parts. Theoretical part describes methods and elementary principles,which are used for concrete calculations in second, practical part. Practical part is based on actual financial statements and other information, contains horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, ratio analysis, calculation of EVA, bankruptcy and creditworthy models, and comparison within sector.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate individual approaches to performance measurement connected to historical development with emphasis on Value Management and Corporate Performance Management (CPM). Last but not least, it is necessary to analyse the performance of the company, including proposing measures for its growth. The practical part evaluates individual performance indicators and points to software tools supporting CPM in the enterprise.

Financial analysis company ABC PLAST, a. s.

I prepared a diploma thesis on the topic of financial analysis of Subterra company. In the theoretical part, I focused on its substance, data sources, users and methods of financial analysis. In the practical part I have prepared an external financial analysis of Subterra company, in the years 2004 - 2008.

The aim of my dissertation is examination a general financial situation of the company with classic structure more focused on aplication of creditworthy and bankruptcy models. In the end of my thesis is examinating the company in times of financial crisis.

This graduation thesis contains an economic analysis of the BM MOTO, s.r.o. corporate entity. The aim is to perform a detailed analysis of its financial health in relation to an undergone investment as well as recommend a set of changes that would lead to an improvement of its financial performance. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the first of which being the methodological part, where all the applied models and processes are mentioned and explained. The second part applies these models on the chosen company. The second part is founded predominantly on accounting statements and also makes use of a bulk of internal data. The thesis also contains a detailed analysis of both absolute and relative indicators. Amongst the applied models belong the Du Pont analysis, the analysis of the Economic Value Added (EVA), bankruptcy and creditworthy models and an inter industry comparative analysis. The conclusion summarizes and evaluates all the results and presents an appropriate recommendation.

The aim of the thesis is preparation of a financial analysis of Mars Svratka, a.s. for the periods of 2005 -- 2009. The theoretical part describes the basic methods and indicators of the financial analysis which are afterwards used in the practical part. This is followed by the financial analysis. The end of the thesis is summarizing and evaluating the results achieved.

The work is focused on comprehensive analysis of the company, which is located in the insolvency proceedings. I chose to analyze Oděvní podnik, a.s. I will try to view the evolution of the economic situation in the company during the years 2004 to 2010 by calculation of indicators utilized by borrowers and bankruptcy models. The aim of my work, I would like to determine a "moment" when the economic results are beginning to indicate an impending insolvency. In the first part of my thesis I will analyze the evolution of the values of assets, source of financing and economically achievable results. The second part will be focused on examining the economic prosperity of the company in each year with borrowers and bankruptcy models. In conclusion of my work, I would like to evaluate the results of the different models to each other and its ability to detect the moment, when the firm was in difficult economic situation.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the management of the Dalešice brewery. The thesis is focused on the financial aspect of the company, which is analyzed by using financial analysis tools and the non-financial factors that influence the existence of the brewery. The results of the financial indicators are compared with the results of the whole brewing industry. Based on the analyzes, solutions are proposed to eliminate possible inefficiencies and recommendations for the future development of the brewery.
