The aim of this thesis is to carry out economic analysis of Aero Vodochody, to analyze its current development and see whether the methods of analysis reflect the negative trend in the past. This should be reflected in values, which will be applied the method to acquire. The operational objective of this thesis is also to try to apply the method of Harry Pollak, which belongs to the methods of comprehensive evaluation of the business entity. It is an assessment of the vitality of the enterprise. This method is substantially subjective and relatively young, which explains the fact that it is somewhat less widespread.

The Financial analysis Crystalex a.s. examines a general financial situation of the company. I use classical methods for financial analysis. The significant part of my project is the application of creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The aim of my thesis is to find out if these models were able to predict the current situation for management in the past.

This thesis deals with analysis of creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The aim is to analyze how are individual creditworthy and bankruptcy models able to predict problems in the company. Creditworthy and bankruptcy models are applied to 25 companies, which were facing problems during their life. These are mainly limited liability companies, but also there are joint-stock companies. A total of five sectors is analyzed. Manufacturing industry, construction, wholesale and retail trade, transportation and warehousing and professional, scientific and technical activities. Five creditworthy and bankruptcy models are analyzed: Altman model, model IN05, Taffler model, Springate analysis and balance analysis system according to Rudolf Doucha, which is used in two variants.

This diploma thesis is focused on the financial health of the company, whose business is based on distribution of racing class ships all over the world. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company and to propose ways to improve it. At first, the thesis deals with the theoretical basis of the company's economic analysis. Then these theoretical starting points for the company are practically applied. Consequently, according to the results, the economic situation of the company is interpreted and measures have been proposed to ensure a positive financial condition of the analyzed company.

This diploma’s thesis deals with analysing the financial situation of LUX-IDent s.r.o. for the period of 2011 – 2015. The evaluation will use the methods and indicators of financial analysis. The proposed recommendations are based on the results of the financial analysis which will help improve the overall financial position and stability of the company.
