To data collection run it was used semi-structured interviews giving consideration to the life and criminal story of each one of the five individuals who participated of this study, and also the test Rorschach that offered a series of data and perceptive structures. These data were analyzed through the phenomenological method because it can be adapted to the comprehension of the human reality making it possible the comprehension through the intuitive act, the constitutive structures of the human experiences, especially the presence of psychopathologies. It was possible to conclude that authors of homicide that use exquisite manners in their crimes are people who suffer from psychopathology, it was observed that three out of five individuals of this study present Antisocial Personality Disorder and two of them suffer of epilepsy. It was possible to check that the Rorschach Psychodiagnosis is a projective test not only able to capture the subjective life of the individual but also their psychic dynamisms, the areas of potencials and pathology. / O objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar as possíveis psicopatologias existentes em autores de crimes hediondos através Psicodiagnóstico Rorschach. Para coleta de dados foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas abordando a história de vida e criminal de cada um dos cinco sujeitos participantes deste estudo, e ainda o teste Rorschach que forneceu uma série de dados e estruturas perceptivas. Esses dados foram analisados pelo método fenomenológico por se adaptar a compreensão da realidade humana tornando possível a compreensão através do ato intuitivo, as estruturas constitutivas da experiência humana, especialmente a presença de psicopatologias. Foi possível concluir que autores de crime de homicídio que utilizam de requintes de crueldades em seus crimes são portadores de psicopatologias, pois três dos cinco sujeitos deste estudo apresentaram transtorno de personalidade antissocial e dois portadores de epilepsia. Foi possível ainda confirmar que o Psicodiagnóstico Rorschach é um teste projetivo capaz de captar a vivência subjetiva do sujeito, bem como seus dinamismos psíquicos, suas áreas de potencialidades e de patologia.
