Legal limits of the cross-border movement of military materials The global trade with military materials is an important, however often under- researched, area of academic enquiry. Such attitude is not correct, because in fact it is a massive global industry in which also Czech companies play a significant role. Given the newspaper headlines and statements of arms dealer, it is obvious there have long been unsolved problems burdening arms dealers caused especially by an inappropriate legal framework. This theses aims to provide an analysis of legal framework in respect to cross-border movement of military materials covering especially European and Czech legislation focusing on its potential limits arising and important for arms dealers. On a global international level the Arms Trade Treaty and other relevant treaties regulating international trade with military materials are identified and described. Attention is also paid to limitations of arms trade such as embargoes or restrictive measures imposed by the UN and the EU respectively as well as to limitations resulting from domestic and European legislation or from its different interpretation. Comparison of the social protection of persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic and in France This thesis deals with the social protection of the persons with disabilities in Czech and French legal order. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse both these systems and then propose certain changes which could enrich Czech legal order in this field. The thesis is devided into five chapters. The first chapter defines basic concepts - social protection and individual with health disabality. The second chapter concentrates on the historical development of the protection of disabled persons in international and European law and provides an overview of the most important international and European sources. In the third and fourth part, I describe in detail the Czech and French legislation. In both cases, at first I focused on the state institutions and the private subjects supporting disabled people. Furthermore, both chapters illustrate the protection of persons with disabilities in social security law and then position of disabled persons in the employment relationship, especially the acces to employment, the prohibition of their discrimination and the special rights and obligations of their employers. Anotation This thesis deals with autism spectrum disorders and social residential services, special homes. In the theoretical part, the basic information is about social services in Czech Republic. Another chapter is devoted to autism and its forms. The following chapter is devoted to workers in direct care and burnout syndrom, which are at risk. In the theoretical part I further develop the theme of problem behavior and subsequent restrictive measures that are working with people affected by autism sometimes unavoidable. In the practical part describes the day to day running of The Home Libčice, which is designed for stay of persons with autism associated with problem behavior. The thesis focuses on the issue of person with visual impairment in the labor market and role of employment in the process of socialization of person with visual impairment. The thesis is divided into free chapters. The first chapter is devoted to characteristics of socialization, a description of development in adolescence and adulthood and socialization of visually impaired persons. The second chapter is devoted to education and employment persons with visual disabilities. The third charter comprises research part. The reseacrh part of the thesis contains description of the qualitative approach , brief characteristics of respondents and using analysis of interviews detect problem areas in employment of persons with visual disabilities. The thesis aims to map the difficulties, which the person with visual disabilities may encounter as a job applicant and describe the difficulties, which his or her may encounter in employment. Waste from healthcare facilities or similar facilities includes components of various physical, chemical and biological character that require special approaches during the handling, specifically with regard to possible risks to human health and the environment. Nowadays a challenge for waste management system becomes waste produced in healthcare facilities and contributes too many reasons, such as population growth and rising life expectancy. The rate of waste production from healthcare facilities depends on the facility type, its specialty, inpatient capacity, level of amenities and location. Waste from healthcare facilities need to be sorted and removed to avoid endangering the health of patients, healthcare workers and the environment. The aim of the study was to describe and compare the waste management systems in healthcare facilities between Czech Republic and Kazakhstan. Within the work was performed statistical analysis of the healthcare waste generation in the selected region of Kazakhstan. The results show that the only factor that affects the rate of waste generation is inpatient capacity of healthcare facility. of the thesis Introduction: This dissertation focuses on socioeconomic status and problems with law of problematic opioid and methamphetamine users. Long-term intensive use of drugs leads not only to health impacts, but also social such as the inability of financial autonomy, indebtedness, unemployment, failure to comply with the respective social roles, fiduciary social functioning, poor housing etc. Great number of users are influenced by the drug in situations such as interpersonal relationship, family functioning and partnerships, there is a change of social status, social isolation or exclusion. Effective interventions and service development should always start with a good knowledge of the situation and needs of the user, who claims the service. Claim: The goal of this thesis is finding socioeconomic status and criminal situation of problematic methamphetamine and opioids users consequently draw recommendations towards services that work with these clients. Objectives: The Thesis analyses the current state of inclusion of pupils with physical disabilities into physical education classes and the experience with this process in schools in Prague and the Central Bohemian region. Methods: The procedure of public inquiry, created by adapted physical activity experts from UP in Olomouc, was applied to fullfill the objectives of the Thesis. The main topic of the thesis is the attitudes of younger pupils towards integrating their peers with disabilities. The thesis also briefly discusses the attitudes of families and teachers with regards to the issue. The theoretical basis which the thesis builds on is defining of the term "inclusion" and the related legislature. Issues of physical disability, personality of a person with a disability and societal views and approaches to disabilities are also explored. The thesis deals with the topic of sleep and professional stress of teachers. The theoretical part provides information on workload, its sources and its possible consequences. From the long- term consequences of workload is paid attention to burnout syndrome, its symptoms and diagnostic possibilities. One part also reviews the results of burnout studies among teachers and attention is also paid to risk and protective factors. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the topic of sleep, its physiological characteristics, the need and importance of sleep in human life and the consequences of insufficient sleep. It also provides information on selected sleep disorders. The last section of theoretical part summarizes studies of sleep in relation to stress and burnout, which is followed by the empirical part of the thesis. The aim of the empirical research is to investigate the quality of sleep among primary and secondary school teachers and to confirm relationships among sleep quality (PSQI), burnout syndrome (SMBM) and satisfaction with life (SWLS).
