Návrh komunikační strategie jazykové školy Jipka Butovice / Proposed communication strategy for Jipka Butovice language school

Marešová, Veronika January 2011 (has links)
The objective of the diploma thesis is to draw up the proposal for a communication strategy for the Jipka Butovice language school. A comprehensive analysis of marketing communication costs through the partial breakdown of costs for individual communication disciplines is applied as the working method. The partial objective is to create a comprehensive overview of the structure and the development of marketing costs within the monitored period. By analyzing the characteristics of the language school students, their satisfaction and loyalty and by analysing the discounts offered, the satisfaction factors and defining patterns of customer behaviour are further determined. The output is a summary of the analysis conclusion and a subsequent series of recommendations for company management which forms the basis for strategic decision making and future planning. The role of the communication proposal derived from the relationship of the conclusions drawn from the selected analysis is to increase the level of customer relationship management and to effectively allocate the costs for various marketing communication tools for the language school.

Mezinárodní aspekty zdanění v České republice / International Aspects of Taxation in the Czech Republic

Kotáb, Petr January 2014 (has links)
JUDr. Petr Kotáb International Aspects of Taxation in the Czech Republic SUMMARY Economic life of the current period is marked by high level of globalization of the economy and ever growing volume of cross-border flows of labor, goods, services and capital. In this situation, issues of international taxation affect not only sporadic cross-border transactions of selected types of subjects but virtually daily tax relations of large numbers of tax subjects, legal entities and individuals. Principles and regularities of international taxation are spreading in an ever growing extent into the intrastate level and are influencing the production of tax laws and everyday application practice of tax administrators. International aspects of taxation project into intrastate tax relations when there is a certain foreign element present in the tax relation. Such foreign element can show on the level of the subject of a tax relation (e.g. a non-resident taxpayer, permanent establishment, etc.), or the object (e.g. foreign-sourced income), or as the case may be, the tax relation content (e.g. tax liability imposed by a foreign state and the necessity to reflect it in the inland for the purposes of prevention of double taxation, e.g. by a credit method). A foreign element in the tax relation usually indicates the danger of...

Martiniano, Sabrina Evelin 10 July 2017 (has links)
Selenium is an essential micronutrient for animal and human health, with na important antioxidant role, preventing several diseases. Consumption of Se-enriched yeast biomass increases selenium absorption in the digestion process and it is less toxic than its inorganic salt, sodium selenite. The production of Se-enriched yeasts from lignocellulosic and starchy residues as carbon and nitrogen sources is na inexpensive and novel alternative. In this context, the present study aims to produce Se-enriched yeast biomass for animal feed from agroindustrial wastes. Seven yeast strains were evaluated from species Candida utilis, Kluyveromyces marxianus, Rhodotorula glutinis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Studies were carried out in submerged culture containing sodium selenite, to verify the effects on microbial metabolism, with emphasis on cell growth and selenium incorporation. All strains evaluated were able to grow and incorporate selenium and S. cerevisiae SSS41 presented high tolerance to this compound and growth capacity in starch hydrolysates containing selenium. Among the hydrolysates used in the fermentation process, soybean bran presented a high protein concentration, and no nutriente supplementation was necessary for the production of 7.0 g/L cellular biomass and incorporation of 2375 ppm of selenium by S. cerevisiae SSS41 strain. With the addition of nutrients and higher concentrations of selenium, cell growth remained steady, but the incorporation of selenium was higher than 11000 ppm. In fermentations carried out with sugarcane molasses, the cell growth of S. cerevisiae SSS41 was 4.17 ± 0.24 g/L, incorporating 6528 ± 10 ppm of selenium. In parallel, solid-state fermentation was carried out with yeast R. glutinis CCT-2186, using sugarcane bagasse and hydrolyzed rice bran as solid substrates and rice bran hydrolyzate with and without the addition of selenium in humidifying solution. In these conditions, the yeast was able to grow and incorporate 6038 ± 1219 ppm of selenium. The consumption of selenium-enriched yeast biomass has several health benefits and the use of agro-industrial wastes is an innovative process and reduces production costs.

O discurso do capitalista e a cultura do mal-estar / The discourse of the capitalista and the culture of malaise

Flávio Corrêa Pinto Bastos 30 September 2010 (has links)
This dissertation aims to address the vicissitudes of the discourse of the capitalist on the subject. For this purpose, it takes as a starting point Lacan statement in his lectures at Saint-Anne on The psychoanalysts knowledge, that what characterizes the discourse of the capitalist is the foreclosure of castration. From this statement - represented in the matheme of the discourse of the capitalist by the disappearance of the disjunction between product and truth, and by the absence of a vector between the agent and the Other, which shows that this discourse does not promote social bond - it traverses some issues that reverberate on the subject, among which stands out: if the subject does not exist apart from the social bond, what sort of effects does he suffer by following a discourse - which appears to be dominant in contemporary society - in which castration is foreclosed and, therefore, also the social bond? Since the Verwerfung is what functions in the discourse of the capitalist, there is the hypothesis that schizophrenizing at the level of the discourse could spread what Helene Deutsch conventionally called as if (als ob). This phenomenon emerges as an imaginary supplementation used by the subject to reach stabilization in view of the effects of castration foreclosure in the discourse of the capitalist. This is a psychosis-inducing discourse that, unlike the four discourses introduced by Lacan at the seminar Psychoanalysis Upside-Down, promotes no social bonding. If the discourse is what promotes social bond and Freud in 1930, announced that the main reason why men suffer is due to the relationship with others, the malaise in civilization is the malaise of social bonds. Thus, the four discourses participate in the malaise of civilization. Unlike these, the discourse of the capitalist, in an attempt to eliminate the malaise, forecloses the social bond. As it promotes enjoyment rather than the renunciation of drive, the discourse of the capitalist eventually instigate it. And, as every drive is a death drive, the discourse of the capitalist produces nothing but the deadly thrust to enjoyment. The power the discourse of the capitalist acquired in contemporary society is analyzed from its close relationship with the discourse of science. From some statements of Hannah Arendt on the banality of evil present in a totalitarian system, such as the Nazi, there is the hypothesis that the alliance between the discourses of the capitalist, and science results in the emergence of a new form of totalitarianism: the totalitarianism of consumption.

BRIICS: unilaterální nebo multilaterální cesta politického a ekonomického vzestupu / BRIICS: Unilateral or multilateral path to political and economic growth

Makhalova, Evgeniya January 2011 (has links)
The main goal of this thesis is to identify position of the group BRIICS on the international arena and to determine whether the economic and political rise of concerned economies is potentially hidden in a closer multilateral cooperation or in the separate influences on the world. Moreover, this work aims to answer the question if the BRIICS countries have the potential to dictate their conditions to the international organizations and world public. It also describes the developing countries, their basic categorization and after all the fastest growing economies (emerging markets) are singled out. This paper also examines the impact of the internal social, demographic and political problems on the existence of the organization.
