Customer relationship is the theme across all segments. Its importance consists especially in building long-term relationships with customers. This master‘s thesis deals with customer relationship management using information system. The aim of the thesis is to analyse current CRM level in chosen company and to give the improvement proposals.

The master's thesis is focused on Java based solution of remote PC control using a mobile phone. Application is made up of client and server, which are communicating via Bluetooth interface. The client represents a mobile application (MIDlet) and commands sent to the server. Server, run on a computer (with any operating system), read these orders and evaluate their algorithms to control the PC. The issue of the draft text is divided into two units, each of them describes just one part of the application. The client describes its functionality. It is also fully examines the structure of mobile application programmed in Java ME, together with the most important methods of this code. Text dealing with the server part describes its activities as well as individual options utilization. It describes the structure of the server application which is programmed in Java SE. There are also a description of the most important methods of the Java SE code. This thesis gives the results of both components of the application that allow to remotely control the computer and especially the presentation. The application was properly debugged and tested, and form a functional multiplatform software.

This diploma thesis describes the design of an office building with underground parking banks and two apartments. The building is located in Novy Jicin. The building has three floors and one underground floor. The basement serves as a parking and storage areas. The first and second floor serves the administration of the bank. The third above ground floor includes two  flats. Roofed by mono-pitched roof, flat roof terraces and green flat roof. The thesis is a specialization of concrete and ventilation.

With this diploma project is my objective to evolve an idea of a skateboard platform includes all the components used for drive and design new system of changing several types of car bodies by using this platform and all with comprihension of social, economical and ecological requirements in the near future. By this concept am I trying to underline evolving potencional of skateboard platform system. Given target was to design a multipurpose family vehicle with alternate drive and sport characteristic, cute timeless design, maximal usage of inner space, using new technologies and materials and including of designing whole system of exchange car bodies depending on actual customer needs. Sense of designing is not to assume any of car brands, but design my own way of shaping. This diploma project is not proposed to current infrastructure because of an ecological drive and materials, but follows actual technical and design trends and shows presumed and requested evolution. Ephassis of this diploma project is forced mainly on functionality of all car body exchange system and for integration characteristic of MPV category in exterior and interior with sport timeless design at all.

The assignment of this thesis is a design of the wood manipulation grab to be used with small hydraulic cranes. The aim is to design a grab with lifting capacity of 2000 kg. The results of thesis can be used to diversify production of the company Agama a.s. Primarily, the grab should be lightweight, easy to manufacture and affordable.

Objection of marketing research is increase competitive advantage of company and attain better stability on extended industry market.

The diploma thesis deals with area of the education system for employees aimed at the phone operators of mobile companies, as well as factors that relate to this topic. It includes a proposal for the improvement of the actual situation based on the analysis of the company and subsequent elimination of risk that may arise during the implementation.

This theses deals with issues of customer relationship management in the company Zemědělská technika BOSKO, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on marketing, B2B markets and customer relationship management (CRM). The analytical part focuses on the evaluation of the current state of company. The last part of the thesis includes suggestions and recommendations leads to improve customer relationship management.

The purpose of this master's thesis was to design and implement the simulation server for the DEVS that is using already existing SmallDEVS system. The work is aimed to description of the DEVS formalism, SmallDEVS and implemented simulation server. This server provides functions to create new DEVS models, edit already existing models and control simulation. In addition server saves information about state changes during the simulation process, so we can find out the state of the model at any simulation time. It allows to analyze this data and get more information about the simulation process, which was not possible until now. There is a complete description of the communication protocol between client and server in this document. If a new function is implemented in the SmallDEVS system, this protocol can be easily updated. A prototype of client was implemented during this project to test the implemented simulation server. The client implements this communication protocol and allows the user to work with the SmallDEVS system on the server.

Czech Republic is called roof of the Europe, several rivers rise here and many of them flow away and continue to other countries. That's why I find, that’s extremely important to manage out water sources properly and carefully, because for example the weather has a huge impact on our limited sources and can affect them especially in a dry periods. These issues can be improved by finding a use for used water, good storm water management as well as using greywater. In my diploma thesis, I'll be mainly focused on an overall water management in an ordinary family house. It has two parts as theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is then split into another three parts. The first part covers a storm water management, the second is about waste water management. The third explains greywater management. In practical part of my diploma thesis, there's my study of not disposing rain water into a drain with other waste water, but making both waters useful. In this my particular subject in village called Plesnice, is projected a waste water treatment plant. Treated water will be accumulate together with rain water. Accumulated water will be used for irrigation. For a waste water treatment is projected a constructed wetland with vertical flow (down flow reed beds) and facility for sludge management. This is example of extensive technology. Irrigation system consists of storage tank with mechanical pre-treatment and pump valve shaft, sprinklers for lawns, drip irrigation decorative surfaces and everything is controlled by a control unit. Thanks to irrigation and rainwater remains in effect, which is important for local microclimate and save drinking water. This study is an example of that in water management is not necessarily a need for global action, but you can start with individuals and individual houses, which in total could have a significant effect on water retention in the landscape and to slow down and reduce the peak flow in rivers.
