In 2010 the new Swedish national system for health care 1177.se was launched in order for users to have one place where to find health care related information. The primary stakeholders of this system, which is online based, are the counties and regions of Sweden. The purpose of the thesis is to identify what improvements can be made on the health care system in order to benefit new technologies and in the end the users. The main question that the thesis will address is: * How can a PACT analysis improve the design of health the health care system 1177.se to benefit new technologies in order to be as available as possible. The method that has been used in order to gain knowledge in the subject has been literature studies, observations, scenario building and also an interview. The analysis of the empirical and theoretical studies has shown that more attention should be placed on people that have different disabilities and people with other origins then Sweden. People that are not so comfortable with Internet technology also is a group of people that needs to be placed in focus. / 1177.se är det nya svenska informationssystemet för vård som lanserades 2010. Initiativtagarna är regioner och landsting i Sverige. Målet med 1177.se är att den ska bli den ledande resursen för de svenska invånarna när det kommer till information och råd om hälsa, sjukvård och tandvård. Det senaste decenniet har Internet utvecklats så pass mycket att vården kan använda dess kapacitet för invånarna i Sverige. Regionerna och landstingen såg en möjlighet att använda en gemensam plats för alla invånare att hitta information om hälsa, sjukvård och tandvård. Sverige har ungefär 9,5 miljoner invånare (SCB, 2011) som alla vid någon tidpunkt kommer i kontakt med det svenska sjukvårdssystemet. De kan lida av alla från sorters sjukdomar till att enbart söka information eller hitta information om vård i närområdet och leta efter fakta själva. Det finns flera olika användningsområden för informationssystemet 1177.se vilket betyder att hur man designar systemet är av yttersta vikt. En PACT (People, Activities, Contexts, Technologies) analys strävar mot att identifiera vilka olika aktiviteter som människor gör och i vilka kontexter samt vilken teknik man använder för att ge en indikation på vad man bör tänka på då ett informationssystem designas. Denna uppsats är ett försök att analysera informationssystemet 1177.se och ge min syn på vilka förbättringar som kan göras efter att ha gjort en PACT analys.

During the seventies, it is possible to verify the arising of a set of works characterized by a tendency on recovering aesthetic elements and values from Romanticism in East-Germany Literature. That country lived under the Socialism imposed by force by the USSR, and the State exerted strong oppression, censorship and repression over people, and also imposed a realistically-based program to be followed by the writers, in order to consolidate the ideological principles of the regime the Socialist Realism, created departing from Georg Lukács conceptions on realism. In response to this context, some literary works can be considered as assuming the role of resistance, by the adoption of non-mimetic forms and techniques of writing. In this sense, this thesis aims at doing a comparative analysis between Christa Wolf s novel Kein Ort. Nirgends and Ulrich Plenzdorf s novel Die neuen Leiden des jungen W., focusing on the possible role of themes as subjectivity, melancholy and turn to past to the political and social aspirations proper of the writers vinculated to this literary tendency. The concept of Romanticism must be understood according to the particular historical meanings resulting with regard to the discussion on cultural and literary heritage. Christa Wolf s, Bertolt Brecht s, Theodor Adorno s, Walter Benjamin s and Anatol Rosenfeld s essays constitute the main critical and theoretical approach used to base this research / Durante a década de 70, verifica-se na literatura da República Democrática Alemã (RDA) o surgimento de um conjunto de obras caracterizadas pela retomada de elementos e valores referentes ao período romântico alemão. O país vive sob o Socialismo imposto à força pela URSS, e o Estado exerce sobre o povo forte opressão, censura e repressão, além de impor um programa de base realista a ser seguido pelos escritores, com o fito de consolidar os princípios ideológicos do regime o Realismo socialista, criado a partir das concepções de realismo de Georg Lukács. Em resposta a esse contexto, pode-se considerar que algumas obras literárias funcionam como resistência, ao adotar formas e técnicas não miméticas de escrita. Neste sentido, a presente dissertação visa a realizar uma análise comparativa entre os romances Kein Ort. Nirgends, de Christa Wolf e Die neuen Leiden des jungen W., de Ulrich Plenzdorf, tendo em vista o possível papel de temas como a subjetividade, a melancolia e o voltar-se para o passado para as aspirações político-socias dos escritores vinculados à referida tendência literária. O conceito de Romantismo deve ser entendido de acordo com os significados históricos particulares resultantes em função da discussão em torno da herança cultural e literária. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find what stance the particular teachers of primary and secondary schools (N=50) adopt on the problem of learning disability, especially dyslexia. Very important is to study their awareness and knowledge of this issue, their opinions and especially their personal experience. In the theoretical part of the work the history and characteristics of learning disabilities are introduced, then there is the focus on dyslexia particularly where causes, diagnostics and possibilities of reeducation are presented as well. The important part of these issues is a help of specialists which is also a component of the theoretical part. The next section is focused on teaching of foreign languages, especially English language, where the suitable methods and possible teaching aids for learning disabilities are mentioned. In the practical part of this thesis three case interpretations of pupils/students with learning disabilities are presented as well as the research - the questionnaire survey - itself. There is good knowledge of teachers in this topic which is obvious from the result of this research, at the same time their experience with these children is significant, their opinions on mixed classes are predominantly positive. M.A. / The problem setting, as a basis for this study, is the application of central New Age ideas contained in three op Phillips' texts which are presented as juvenile texts. It was necessary to ascertain to which extent the application of New Age perceptions moved preconceived boundaries and thus caused a change in observation and consciousness. It was further imperative to analyse the manner in which Phillips integrated viewpoints of the New Age in order to indicate the shift of boundaries and the change in consciousness coupled herewith. The most important standpoints of the New Age were theoretically explored during this study. The conclusion was drawn that the focus within the New Age is on movement of boundaries and change in consciousness. Holism was indicated as the core around which the New Age movement centres. It was also found that Phillips applied the holistic train of thought in her texts in order to portray the relationship between antropos and cosmos, as well as to establish transformative relationships. In view of the aforementioned goals, the main focal point of the study was the holistic way in which the most central New Age ideas were incorporated into Phillips' texts. The idea-contents of the three texts, as well as Phillips' art of writing can be proffered as transformative holistic.

Transfer pricing plays a crucial role in the financial management of TNC as it significantly influences revenues and costs allocation among affiliates of TNC that are located in countries with different tax regimes, interest rates, political situation and economic environment. Recently, transfer pricing is scrutinized in respect of tax minimisation strategies adopted by TNC which raises various conflicts of interest with tax authorities in some countries of their presence. The main objective of the dissertation thesis is to provide a comprehensive empirical study on international transfer pricing in the Czech Republic from the perspectives of both taxpayer and the tax authority. With regard to the complexity of transfer pricing, manufacturing afiliates of TNC located in the Czech Republic were selected to be examined in more detail. The thesis is structured into five chapters. The first chapter defines theoretical framework based on which the analytical part of the thesis is elaborated. The strategies applied by TNC in setting transfer prices are strongly affected by the transfer pricing regulation and interpretative experience of the particular countries in which they operate. In this context, the Czech transfer pricing legislation as well as selected case law is analyzed in the second chapter. Given the complexity of the issue of transfer pricing, the third chapter deals with selected aspects that are considered critical when setting transfer prices. The fourth chapter presents key findings regarding transfer pricing strategies applied by TNC located in the Czech Republic to transfer pricing issues. The fifth chapter summarizes the approach of the Czech tax authorities to the transfer pricing audits and at the same time evaluates related risks borne for taxpayers in this respect. The thesis reveals that manufacturing afiliates of TNC located in the Czech Republic generally prefer non market (cost based) transfer pricing methods when setting transfer prices, whereby there are several factors influencing their decision making, out of which internal economic conditions and foreign exchange risk management are deemed the most important factors, while tax optimisation as well as restrictions on profit repatriation are considered relatively less important factors. The study further indicates certain inconsistency between declared functional and risk profiles and decision making competences. In this connection, it was found out that the Czech afiliates in which the foreign parent company is involved in transfer pricing set-up incur tax losses. In response to the increasing importance of transfer pricing and international initiative Action Plan BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) it can be stated that the approach of the Czech tax authorities has become more intensified and sophisticated. The Czech tax authorities challenge declared and actual functional and risk profile of taxpayers as well as economic substance of realized intercompany transactions. Furthermore, number of transfer pricing audits has increased and become targeted on risky taxpayers such as companies granting investment incentives or incurring tax losses etc. As a result, additional tax assessment due to incorrect transfer pricing significantly increases over recent years.

In this Master Thesis there are summarized basic methods for modelling time series, such as linear regression with seasonal dummy variables, exponential smoothing and SARIMA processes. The thesis is aimed on modelling and forecasting seasonal time series using these methods. Goals of the Thesis are to introduce and compare these methods using a set of 2184 seasonal time series followed by evaluation their prediction abilities. The main benefit of this Master Thesis is understanding of different aspects of forecasting time series and empirical verification of advantages and disadvantages these methods in field of creating predictions.

The thesis is focused on the position of people with disabilities on the labour market in the Czech Republic, on the received arrangements for support of their employment and on their possibilities to get a job. The first part deals with characteristics of the present situation of disabled people on the labour market and with specification of various factors, which can influence their employment. The next part is focused on the supported employment service, which helps disadvantaged people on the labour market, especially people with disabilities, on the principles and advantages of this service and also on the comparison of the Czech experiences with experiences of the chosen European union countries. Only the nongovernmental non-profit organizations so far offer the supported employment service in the Czech Republic and that is why the following part discusses the topic of this organizations and their financing, especially funding from EU structural funds, which are the most important source of money for most of the mentioned organizations. The final part deals with the incentives, which can lead employers to employ the person with disability.

The aim of this thesis is to show the past and present situation of the bank Banco Popolare Česká republika and group Banco Popolare in the world. I will focus on usage of information systems in banks generally and I will analyze and evaluate the implementation of banking information system BankUp. I will identify the main problem points and propose some actions to be helpful in the future. I will try to find a new potential of connection of BankUp with Internet Banking and system Customer Relationship Management.

The fundamental point of the thesis is customers and their satisfaction. The theoretical part characterizes the Customer relationship management approach (CRM) and describes the assessment methods. The main objective of the thesis is to create a documented procedure for customer satisfaction assessment and an application of the chosen assessment method. The practical part deals with a fulfilment of the main objective for which the company Plzeňské městské dopravní podniky, a.s. is selected. The created questionnaire is applied to a small sample. The thesis is concluded with an evaluation of the survey results and with the applicability evaluation of both the questionnaire and the documented procedure.

This diploma thesis deals with Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The main purpose of the diploma thesis is to explore CRM theoretically, which means to explain its fundamentals, principals and goals, identify CRM processes and investigate their flow in each of the phases of CRM, to explain CRM technology and show that the implementation of CRM in organization is demanding on human resourses. The purpose is achieved by systematisation of the theoretical knowledge about CRM using a method of studying of specialized literature. The theoretical knowledge is consequently applied to investigate and evaluate CRM in Allstar Group s.r.o. company. Nowadays the effective usage of CRM system is becoming a key to get a competititve advantage for the organization.
