Análise sismoestratigráfica dos depósitos sinrifte da Formação Coqueiro Seco (Aptiano inferior a médio), Bacia de Sergipe-Alagoas

Larré, Luciano José Costa January 2009 (has links)
A seqüência inicial S(t-r)1 recobre discordantemente as coquinas Morro do Chaves. / The Coqueiro Seco Formation comprises a thick package of syn-rift Eo/Meso- Aptian deposits that corresponds to the Jiquiá and Lower Alagoas local stages. This formation represents fluvio-deltaic-lacustrine systems. It occurs from the northern portion of the Sergipe sub-basin to the northeastern extreme of the Alagoas sub-basin, reaching up to 3000 meters of thickness in the Alagoas Low. The main goal of the present work is to propose a new stratigraphic framework for the Coqueiro Seco Formation based on seismic stratigraphic analysis, using the basic concepts of sequence stratigraphy as a general methodology. Reflection seismic data and well logs comprise the database for this work. The proposed framework was developed through the recognition of transgressive/regressive cycles, based on the distinction and identification of sedimentation patterns and key surfaces. The studied interval was subdivided into three transgressive-regressive (T-R) sequences, bounded by erosional unconformities. The initial S(t-r)1 sequence unconformably overlies the Morro do Chaves coquinas. Its lower boundary is clearly marked in well logs by an abrupt change in the resistivity and sonic logs. Its seismic signature is characterized by strong, sub-parallel and continuous events, related to the strong acoustic contrast between sandstone and shale layers, and the coquinas immediately above. The S(t-r)2 sequence encompasses the best preserved transgression surface in the area, which is regionally represented by a maximum flooding surface. Its recognition is also obvious on well logs, and it is seismically characterized by strong amplitude events. The regional Pre-Alagoas unconformity terminated the deposition of the upper S(t-r)3 sequence, which includes a peculiar evaporite occurrence. Common to all three sequences, the transgressive system tract is characterized by a diagnostic retrogradational pattern, showing a thinning-upward cycle with clean basal sandstone bodies. Its top is limited by a maximum flood surface, related to strong regional reflections. On the other hand, the regressive tract is characterized by a progradational pattern, showing a thickening-upward character. Seismically, it corresponds to progradational clinoforms overlapping the maximum flood surface. Its distinct cyclic depositional character is represented by a lithofacies array composed by a significant intercalation of fine to coarse sandstones, siltstones and shale layers. Thickness variations are related to structural elements, such as faults and tectonic troughs. Seismofacies maps point to probable sediment deposition directions from the faulted border and flexural basin margin. The Coqueiro Seco sedimentation is part of a paleophysiographic context composed of a large flexural ramp formed by a recursive series of transgressive and regressive phases, associated to a typical rift geometry. Its sedimentary architecture is seismically characterized by: a set of essentially continuous and parallel onlapping reflections, interpreted as part of the transgressive phase; a set of oblique downlapping reflections interpreted as prograding clinoforms of the regressive filling phase; and, lastly, erosional truncation features which define the sequence boundaries.

Postavení zdravotně postižených osob na trhu práce na Písecku / Position handicaped people at the job market of the Pisek region

ŠÁLKOVÁ, Martina January 2009 (has links)
The name of my dissertation, consequently The Position of the Handicapped Persons on the Employment Market in the Písek´s Region indicates that the authoress occupies with the employment rate problems of group of these persons. Not only the authoress practical experiences have caused that she has chosen this subject-matter but the topicality of this subject-matter in itself. The handicapped persons belong into the group of risky persons which are more endangered by unemployement that is why is suitable to devote them to a large extent the protection and care. The dissertation has aim to map out the position of the handicapped persons on the labour market in the Písek´s region by means of the theoretical and practical researching of two chosen instruments exploited by the Employment Agency (Labour Office) in Písek during work with this target group the counseling program of The civic society MESADA and physiotheraphy. Part of work is a proposition of sociotechnical reccomendations for improvement in the quality of mentioned procedures in the concrete conditions of the Employment Agency in Písek and MESADA too. The theoretical part passes from the explanation of basic conceptions of the given issues to description of two concrete instruments exploited for the work with handicapped persons counseling program and physiotheraphy and at the same time it describes the civic society MESADA and Labour Office in Písek. The practical part is introduced by the short characteristics of the Písek´s region from the point of view both the general unemployment and from the point of view of portion of the handicapped persons on the total unemployment (joblessness). The results of research are summarized in the graphic form or table graphs which took place in the form of questionning with the technique of structural interview. The structural review was realized with 10 persons which participated in the physiotheraphy in the year of 2008 and with 31 persons which were undergoing the counseling program from 2004 to 2008.

Význam a možnosti pedagogické asistence při školní integraci dětí se zdravotním postižením. / Importance and possibilities of a teacher assistant in school integration of children with disabilities.

BODLÁKOVÁ, Petra January 2009 (has links)
For my thesis I have chosen the theme of the importance and possibilities of a teacher assistant in school integration of children with disabilities. The research was conducted in the district of Český Krumlov. There are currently 20 basic schools and 26 kindergartens of which eight basic schools and two kindergartens have integrated pupils with disabilities. My two hypotheses are based on the fact that teacher assistants are the ones who, in my opinion, form an indispensable part of a pedagogic team, ensuring successful and beneficial integration of disabled children into the regular type of schools and school facilities and affecting the process of integration (hypothesis 1). Moreover, I believe that the competencies of two different professional groups, being teacher assistants and personal assistants, are often confused and neither professionals nor the lay public are able to clearly distinguish between their functions (hypothesis 2). In order to obtain information in respect of the set out issues, the method of interviews in the form of questionnaires was used. The questionnaire was designed for directors and teachers of basic schools and kindergartens integrating pupils with disabilities and also for parents of disabled children integrated in a regular school. The processed data are displayed in graphs and tables. Both the raised hypotheses have been confirmed. It was revealed that the respondents consider a teacher assistant as an indispensable element without which the school integration would not be successful. Some of them refer to their previous experience when no teacher assistant was available. The hypothesis which assumed confusion of competencies of an assistant teacher and a personal assistant was also clearly confirmed. The research revealed that some respondents suggested an interesting idea to unify these two assistants' functions into one that would fall under one resort. By this diploma thesis I would like to contribute to the explanation of ambiguities in the competences of a teacher assistant and a personal assistant and to promote the importance of a teacher assistant in school integration of children with disabilities.

Role učitele ve vzdělávání "sociálně znevýhodněných" žáků / The role of the teacher in the elementary education of socially disadvantaget pupils

Hirtová, Lenka January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with the role played by the teacher in the education of pupils growing up in conditions of social exclusion. The aim of the thesis is to understand the relationship between elementary school and the education of pupils with special educational needs. The author wants to find out how teachers cope with the requirements of inclusive education in their day-to-day practice. Another issue is whether pupils growing up in conditions of social exclusion have access to institutionalized help and what role play teachers in accessing this assistance. The author proceeds through qualitative research. The theoretical basis for research work is the concept of social exclusion and the concept of teacher role in the level of expectation, concept and performance. The thesis presents a legislative framework which formulates the state's current expectations towards schools in the education of pupils with specific educational needs. The text is also about how this legislative framework is reflected in the practice of elementary school and what is the impact on the teachers work in a particular class, with specific pupils. The author answers key research questions through the criteria for the distribution of support, the views of teachers and the method of their work. The author concludes that children growing...

Vyhodnocení rizika zbytkového diagramu: Trhy se zemním plynem / Evaluation of Residual Shape Risk: Gas Energy Markets

Kouřílek, Jakub January 2018 (has links)
The thesis evaluates and quantifies the residual shape risk on the Czech nat- ural gas market. The risk stems from insufficient liquidity of forward mar- ket, when energy supplier has to hedge his short shaped sales by standard baseload products available at wholesale market. Hence, energy supplier is always left with residual position, which has to be closed at spot market. We model the residual shape risk as a difference between spot and forward prices weighted by residual position, which is derived from the shape of innogy En- ergie, s.r.o. household portfolio. In order to do so we develop model for a spot price dynamics based on the daily index OTE. We price forward contracts as expected spot price at delivery. The spot price dynamics is modelled as a mean-reverting Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process, while assuming two different driving stochastic processes for innovations. First, we model them as a mixed jump diffusion process. Second, we estimate control model assuming innova- tions to come from the normal inverse Gaussian distribution. The residual shape risk is then evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation of spot price paths, which we use for hedging the portfolio shape. Five percent Value-at-Risk and the Expected Shortfall measures for the jump mixed diffusion process yield costs of 0.013 and 0.016 EUR/MWh,...

Podíly se jmenovitou hodnotou a bez jmenovité hodnoty v kapitálových společnostech / Shares with and without par value in the companies limited by shares

Komárková, Dita January 2018 (has links)
Shares with and without par value in the companies limited by shares Dividing share capital into shares with par value is a traditional approach which has been applied in company law in the Anglo-Saxon and the Continental legal systems. This rule is regarded as a part of the capital formation and maintenance rules which gradually developed mainly in the 19th century in connection with the aim to ensure the protection of creditors and shareholders. Par value originally served as an indicator of the amount which a shareholder was liable to contribute to the company as consideration in exchange for its share. At the same time it served as an indicator of the shareholder's liability. At the end of the 19th century in the United States, there was growing criticism against par value ascribed to shares, which eventually led to the establishment of the concept of no-par value. The removal of the traditional approach and the establishment of the concept of no-par value has become a certain trend or phenomenon, spreading into other jurisdictions in the 20th century, e.g. Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the future of the rule according to which share capital is divided into shares with a fixed nominal value, or more precisely, to evaluate the sustainability...
