Dimelisová, Kristina January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals in detail with inclusive education in the Step by Step programme, especially with the intention to find out what means and arrangements the Step by Step programme uses to promote inclusive education. The theoretical background is focused on defining the key features of inclusive education, describing developments abroad and in the Czech Republic and showing the Finish education system as a good example of practice. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the brief characteristics of the Step by Step programme and compares its main principles with inclusive principles. For a deeper insight into inclusive education much of the work is devoted to analyse the main aspects of current legislation to support inclusive education, which includes evaluation of support arrangements based on literature. In connection with this, the support arrangements became the focus of the research section. For this reason a research was conducted in the practical part with the aim of mapping a system of support arrangements at a selected primary school with the Step by Step programme and to set out some recommendations for introducing functional inclusive education to other schools. Hylmarová, Renáta January 2019 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the subject of the first-grade primary school teaching assistants. It seeks the answers on following questions: what the social and cultural background of teaching assistants is; what their key motivation for is applying for this role; what their expectations before were entering the profession; what their motivation for continuing the profession is. In this master thesis, I place the emphasis on uncovering the previous job and life experiences of teaching assistants as well as how these past experiences affect their current job position. The answers for these questions are provided by qualitative and quantitative research which is based mostly on semi-structured interviews with teaching assistants from the elementary school in Prague, district 10. From the outcome of these interviews, the questionnaire was made, which was subsequently sent to assistant teachers from various parts of Czech Republic. Questionnaires were used mostly for confirmation and completion of information acquired from semi-structured interviews. This master thesis confirms that assistant teachers get involved in their profession for various reasons and have diverse previous work and life experiences. Education of assistant teachers is diverse, which in turn leads to rather vague expectations...

Použití nasycených vyšších mastných kyselin v technologii vína

Chvalinová, Klára January 2017 (has links)
Sulfur dioxide has been used in the wine industry for many centuries due to its antimicrobial and antioxidant effects. However, the problem is that SO2 is a major allergen and when consuming higher doses, health complications (such as headaches, stomach aches, asthmatic problems) may occur. It is therefore important to find a suitable substitute, or rather a supplement to this substance. One of the options is the use of saturated higher fatty acids (HFA). These substances naturally occur in nature and a small amount of them is formed by yeasts themselves during fermentation. Thanks to HFA the yeast cells´ lipid membranes are changed (their liquidity), resulting in cell degradation, slowing of metabolism and thus slowing down the fermentation until it is stopped. In this experiment, a mixture of HFA, octanoic, decanoic and dodecanoic acid, ratio 2:7:1, respectively, was used at doses of 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 60 mg/l, with two variants of the application SO2, 20 mg/l or 40 mg/l. The HFA residues, the corresponding ethyl esters and the influence on sensory properties of the wine were observed. The results of this experiment show (or HFA residues) that the more HFA is added, the more they are absorbed by the yeasts. At the same time there was a very slow esterification in time and thus a low influence on the aroma of wine. Sensory analysis showed the HFA dose of 20 mg/l as the limit from which we are able to recognize differences in HFA doses. There was also an influence of sludge particles. The longer the wine matures, the less sludge particles it contains, hence the HFA are bound on the yeast cells, and thereby their influence on wine sensory is reduced.

Vliv demografických změn na výdaje ve zdravotnictví v České republice / Impact of demographic changes on healthcare expenditures in the Czech Republic

Rybová, Kristýna January 2010 (has links)
Impact of demographic changes on healthcare expenditures in the Czech Republic Abstract This work aims to analyse the influence of demographic changes on public healthcare expenditures in the Czech Republic. The first part displays particular factors having effect on healthcare expenditures with a special focus on demographic characteristics. In spite of the fact that the expenditure level seems to be mainly affected by the economic output of particular states and new technology development, while the influence of demographic fluctuation is of minor effect so far, this situation is likely to change. The next part presents the health care expenditures evolution in the Czech Republic from the beginning of the nineties. The data sources confirm that these expenditures keep growing just the same way as in other states in the world. The last part defines and quantifies the foreseen scenarios of the above mentioned health care expenditures depending upon demographic evolution. The results of those scenarios are being compared with other analysis results focusing on analyzing the influence of ageing process and health condition fluctuations on expenditure levels in the Czech Republic as well as in other EU countries. Keywords: population ageing, health care, costs of dying, health, new technologies, healthcare...
