The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the loyalty of the visitor to the destinations - the Moravian-Silesian and South Moravian regions and subsequently to formulate recommendations for the destination management and the providers of tourism services. The literature review explains concepts related to the subject matter and further analyzes the current situation of both destinations. Then, the primary marketing research was evaluated, where 353 respondents were obtained. Quality factors that have the greatest impact on visitor loyalty are identified. At the end, the destinations are compared and, on the basis of this, recommendations are proposed for increasing loyalty to these regions.

This thesis deals with the issue of social networks and their use in the promotion of a tourist destination. Using eye tracking method, in-depth interviews and survey research, factors affecting consumers on social networks and consumer preferences in this area were identified. Focus lies on the importance of influencers used in the promotion of a destination and their impact on consumers‘ decision-making process. Therefore, factors influencing the visual perception of posts promoting a tourist destination on the social network Instagram were elaborated. By using research methods and analyzing factors, the goal of the work was achieved, namely to propose appropriate recommendations for promoters of tourist destinations.

The main goal is to evaluate impact of the particular image factors on post-purchase behavior of visitor. Theoretical section is taking closer look at destination image and visitor's loyalty towards the destination. The evaluation of the current situation in this area is part of practical section. Moreover, the statistical evaluation of results of survey and the destination image analysis is also part of the practical section. As the part of this analysis is also the comparison of perception of destination image between residents of Czech Republic and residents of the United States of America.

It is possible to observe certain stagnation of the winter tourism which is linked with winter sports. The overall number of participants is not growing any more, however, new ski resorts are being set up and the competition is continuously rising. In order to stay competitive, it is necessary to take into account reasons which leads to the final decision of a tourist to choose certain ski resort. This thesis concentrates on the concepts that influence the process of choosing the destinationThese concepts, which are based on foreign literature are following: destination image, place attachment, loyalty. During the winter season of 2015 there was also a research conducted at the recently developing destination Lipno nad Vltavou, which was based on observations and interviews with the visitors. This work is divided into two parts. In theoretical part I describe the characteristics of tourism, the competitiveness of tourism and ways of its measuring. In the practical part I concentrate on the Shumava-west microregion, analysis of selected factors of destination competitiveness and comparison of selected factors of competitiveness of two microregions. The conclusion consists of summary rating and improving proposals for the status of the Shumava-west microregion on the tourism market.

The second proposal is already associated with structural modifications of the room. Tři Studně are due to its abundant natural potential tourists visited in the summer and winter months. It forms one of the most Important Recreational Areas in Vysočina. Tři Studně in the TIC will be one of the most important elements of marketing communication of the village and its vicinity.
