Studied area is located in the vicinity of the Old Brno Mendel Square, which currently operates as a transport hub. This is the area of the former factory Krass and a connected area towards the Brno Exhibition Centre. My intention was to create a pleasant site for a comfortable accommodation with facilities, services and shops. Graduation thesis elaborates on basic principles of forex and interest rate hedge and its fundamental elements as characteristics and types of hedging and focuses on use of derivatives and their combinations. Second part presents and analyzes particular examples of forex and interest rate hedge instruments practically used in world of financial markets, enlighten their structure and construction and states basic principles of their behaviour in accordance with different scenarios of forex and interest rates trends.

The text identifies significant determinants of the demand for incoming tourism of the Czech Republic, which may focus economic policy makers in the active promotion of tourism in the country. In the empirical part of the work are created some estimates of linear regression models and consequently panel dataset regression describing the influences of selected determinants of the demand for incoming tourism. Málek, L. Strategic Analysis and Plan of a Selected Enterprise. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. The text describes strategic tools that are useful for strategic management of companies. This thesis also includes general recommendations regarding the use of strategic analysis. Part of this work is the selection of an enterprise and an analysis of current situation of the enterprise. The text describes the proposal for the use of specific strategic steps for the selected enterprise. The diploma thesis could serve as a source of information for real companies and entrepre-neurs.

In the theoretical part, we introduce the concepts that have close to the issues. These concepts then will be used in the analysis of medical data and for selecting appropriate algorithms that we will use in area of data mining. The results will be tested and based on the results, that we get by algorithms, will be made conslu-sions. The practical part will run in a programs SPSS Modeler and SPSS Statistics of company IBM.
